Nestled in the gated community of Pismo Shores, our Oceanfront Oasis awaits you! Unit 126 is just a stroll from the clubhouse, swimming pool, and beach pedestrian gate. This three-bedroom, two-bath haven has been tastefully updated. Enjoy expansive ocean views from the master suite and living room.

The Pismo Shores community features a swimming pool, spa, and clubhouse with a living room, kitchen, and game room. The complex, secured by gates for utmost safety, provides private beach access.

In the master ensuite, find a luxurious king bed. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom features a full bunk bed (full top and bottom) and twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—providing a total of 6 beds.

The home includes internet service and SmartTVs, plus cable channel lineup, and several entertainment apps. Guests can use their private logins to access entertainment apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube.

Ideal for family getaways or couples' retreats.

Additional notable features: No air conditioning. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed. Keyless entry for convenience. The homeowners' association heats the swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, while the spa remains heated year-round. Please note, the property owner cannot guarantee the operational status of the pool or spa during your stay.

Kindly refrain from wearing shoes inside the house. Much appreciated!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Pismo Shores. We stayed for Fourth of July weekend and it is hard to overstate how amazing it was to watch the fireworks from the patio of this gorgeous condo. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the unit was - the photos do not do it justice. It was also well equipped with toiletries, coffee supplies, beach chairs, pool floats, boogie boards, sand toys and beach wagon. Also books, games and puzzles if you like simple old school relaxing evenings like my sisters and i do! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants - 1/2 block to Splash cafe famous sourdough bread bowl clam chowder! We did have a bit of a challenge getting response from property management to replace remote batteries for the fan - but it was probably the busiest weekend of the year so all is forgiven. Be warned - you need to bring your own hangers if you want hang things in the closet. Also watch out for black widows on the patio as we had a close call! Other than that it was perfect.

Amazing Property

We enjoyed celebrating our 30th Anniversary at this amazing property. Not only were the accommodations great, but the view is a million dollar one. Looking forward to visiting this property again!!

This was the perfect location for our family getaway. The location couldn’t have been better and the Sisters were the perfect hosts. Everything was as expected per the description. Your review Beachfront and wave ready! This condo had everything you could want, great views of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to the beach. It was well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Great beds for a restful night's sleep. Close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Our grandkids had a great time collecting shells and enjoying the wonderful weather. Property management was very helpful when we had questions about the outdoor fire table, and we really enjoyed the patio. All in all, we would give this condo a 10.

Amazing Beachfront experience

We loved everything about this unit. It’s steps from the beach, downtown restaurants and the pool, the patio is lovely, and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Great for families, easy check in and good communication.

Great Family Vacation Rental

My family of 8 spent a week at Pismo Shores & had an amazing time. Check in was seamless. The location right on the beach was ideal, along with being in walking distance to everything we needed in Pismo. The house was well stocked with all the essentials allowing us to concentrate on having fun! The gated community made us feel safe and allowed for easy parking for 2 vehicles in a very busy area of town. We can’t even get wait t plan our next trip!

Perfect condo on the beach

This beautiful condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town as well as the pier. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The family room and patio were the favorite gathering spots. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely recommend it. A wonderful place to stay.

The property is equipped with all needed amenities and more, and we loved the gated community with a jacuzzi. This lovely property will even hold all Seven Sisters and more!! :-)
