Family-Friendly Oasis - Salt Water Pool - Minutes From Beaches & Entertainment

As of January 2023 our pool has been converted to a salt water system instead of chlorine. Better for your skin, better for your hair, easier on your bathing suits and just a more enjoyable swimming experience!

Note: After a summer stay by the owners, this property has some updates not reflected in the photos. This includes, new welcome entryway, closet shoe storage, updated wall decor, living room furnishings & rug, indoor/outdoor sound system, patio furniture, native tropical outdoor foliage, drawer organization and welcome booklet!

You'll enjoy this home's open floor plan, hand scraped hardwood flooring throughout and beautiful renovated kitchen and appliances. Additional seating areas accommodate any style of dining. The generous master suite and two additional serene bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 8.

As you step through the front door into the great room you can see straight through the wall of sliding glass doors that leads you right out to the covered lanai area and HUGE crystal clear salt water pool. Beyond that you can enjoy the privacy of your own large, green, fenced back yard and outdoor lounge.

Our beautiful 15x30 ft. fully enclosed pool is solar heated and screened in to protect from mosquitoes. (Solar heating is environmentally conscious, but temperature will fluctuate depending on the weather.) Hang your swimming accessories on our custom shelving and enjoy a variety of pool toys on the freshly painted non-slip pool deck. The pool area and lanai are perfect for relaxing, grilling your fresh catch or enjoying happy hour.

If you're traveling with kids there is a whole closet of toys, books and games to keep them occupied during that classic 4pm Florida sun-shower.

Fall in love with the sound of the rain under the tin roof of our newest addition, the Outdoor Lounge. Relax anytime under the shade with power outlets, string lighting and two high power fans keep you cool.

Bedroom Descriptions:

Bedroom 1 - The Master Suite - Queen Bed and en-suite bathroom with soaking jacuzzi tub, shower and huge walk in closet. Recently installed grab bars make this space accessible for all ages.

Bedroom 2 - Boho Beach Room - Queen Bed, dresser and ample closet space. Pack N Play in the closet.

Bedroom 3 - Nautical Bunk Room - Queen over TwinXL bunk bed and freestanding TwinXL. The bunk room comfortably accommodates 4 adults or children and has black-out curtains so you can sleep in.


Both bathrooms include granite topped vanities with a shower/bathtub and newly installed grab bars for improved accessibility. Guest bathtub has been recently resurfaced and refitted.

Other amenities include washer/dryer, large family dining table, outdoor dining area, propane grill, beach towels and chairs, high speed WIFI, cable television and streaming options, flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, Bluetooth audio connectivity to indoor and outdoor speakers, dishwasher, convection oven and range top, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster oven and fully-equipped kitchen.

Take an evening walk to enjoy live music and dining at a Sarasota favorite, The Parrot, or a multicultural variety of other restaurants including Japanese, Colombian, Mexican, Thai and Peruvian in the same plaza. It's just another short walk or drive to Sarasota's Amish community featuring Yoder's Fresh Market and restaurant, Big-Olaf Creamery, Der Dutchman restaurant and gift store. Publix grocery and many drug store options are also only a few blocks away.

This wonderful home is centrally located and just minutes to the beach and only a short walk from the newly open Legacy Trail. The Legacy Trail is perfect for exercising, biking, scootering or taking a stroll. We are also only a short drive or Uber ride to downtown, golf courses, several malls, etc., and only minutes to I-75 via Bee Ridge or Fruitville roads.

Home comes with all towels and linens and there is a pack n play available for use. There is no smoking allowed on this property including in the outdoor lounge. No pets are allowed, but those with highly sensitive allergies should be aware that dogs and peanuts have been on the property in the past. Parking is available for 1 car in the garage and up to 4 in the driveway.
