Welcome to our charming two-story beach house located in Ocean Bay Park on Fire Island!

Our calendar always accurately reflects current availability. We remain one of the highest rated rentals on the site with a rating and rental history of over ten years.

The house:

Our fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric oven. Plus, we provide two coffeemakers, a microwave, toaster, and a variety of blenders for your convenience. We supply free coffee for your stay!

Dine indoors at our spacious table for eight with mood lighting, or savor your meals at the outdoor dining area, also seating eight.

Ceiling fans and skylights create a breezy ambiance throughout the house, offering respite from the summer heat that surpasses most air conditioning systems.

Downstairs, our guest bedroom boasts a comfortable full bed. Upstairs is loft-like. There you'll find a spacious master bedroom featuring a luxurious queen bed. The second upstairs room features two cozy twin beds.

Most people love and use the outdoor shower in the summer! Inside, you'll find a full bathroom downstairs with a tub and shower and a convenient half bathroom upstairs.

We have two TVs on the Dish network and offer high-speed FIOS internet access. We also have various old school board games and cards if you are so inclined.

This home underwent a stunning remodel a few years back, complete with new shingle siding, a sturdy roof, energy-efficient windows, stylish ceiling fans, and inviting skylights.

Step outside onto the wrap-around deck, offering multiple secluded seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the serene views of our lush garden and visiting birds and butterflies. Delight in our perennial garden featuring seasonal flowers, and aromatic herbs. Don't forget to garnish your cocktails with fresh mint from our garden. We recommend mojitos!

You can enjoy long walks, catching a glimpse of Fire Island deer native to the island or explore the area with ease using our five adult bikes. You might even see a shy red fox!

Fire up the Weber BBQ gas grill for the ultimate in summer outdoor cooking!

We provide ample linens, towels, and kitchen supplies to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Take advantage of the clothes washer and dryer in the shed for longer stays.

Our beach block in Ocean Bay Park is among the finest, situated adjacent to Seaview and its first short block, ensuring a less crowded beach experience compared to neighboring blocks. We provide beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas. Indulge in the ultimate outdoor shower experience after returning from the beach.

The ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the downtown Ocean Bay Park commercial district, The house is in uptown Ocean Bay Park which is very residential. Downtown Ocean Bay Park is just a short 5-minute walk from the property and features bay front dining at Schooners (adjacent to the ferry) and Flynn’s (at the other end of OBP) and the town's grocery store. The district has expanded in recent years and includes a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, nursery, and jewelry shop and a bicycle rental shop. It is close enough to visit whenever you want but far enough away to retain the solitude and quiet of the neighborhood.

We generally host four but can accomodate up to six, extra charges for beyond four.
