Your 2nd Home by the Sea!
The beauty, romance and excitement of one of the most pristine beaches in Mexico with a panoramic view of the ocean. Rocky Point is nestled in the Gulf of Mexico, 212 miles from Phoenix or Tucson.

Uno Mas is an amazing beach front property featuring:

Duplex home with each side having 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths with an interconnecting door.
· Each side has a master bedroom with a king size bed & a private full bathroom.
. Each side has a full bathroom in the hallway.
. One side has a Queen bed and Twin bunkbeds in the second bedroom.
. The other side has a King and a Twin boat bed.
· A fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and all other major appliances. (full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, blender, carafe coffeemaker and toaster).
· A great room that includes ample seating to enjoy the vistas of the ocean.
Satellite TV, DVD and ceiling fans.
· Outside shower. 
· A fabulous deck overlooking the ocean with a big palapa shade and patio furniture.

Please do not mess with our security camera, it is installed at the entrance of the property to protect our guests. Any guests tampering with the device will be charged a fee from their deposit. There are NO cameras inside of the home, common areas or patio area.

Great Stay

Place is perfect, just a block away from the ocean, not too far from down town. This is a great place to get away from the daily grim and relax.

We enjoyed our stay in Uno Mas and Las Conchas

We enjoyed our stay in Uno Mas. It has a beautiful deck to relax on with a stunning view of the ocean. It's very vlose to beach and the house had all accommodations we needed. We relaxed in the mornings with our coffee on the deck and enjoyed the view. The home is very clean and it was very quiet there also. It would be perfect for a family vacation.

Property as described in listing. Close proximity to beach, all of the amenities a family would want for a weekend getaway. I will definitely rent at Uno Más again.

Uno Mas was perfect for our family which included 3 teenage boys and 2 adult daughters. The property was clean and well maintained. Access the beach was an easy walk and the views were great.

Amazing Vacay

Wow. What an amazing property. Short walk to the beach, outside shower to rinse off sand. Huge patio to sit and relax. The House has A/C, direct tv, fully loaded kitchen, comfortable beds, wifi, the kids loved that. I would definitely be returning for another stay in the future.

We were here for the 3 day MLK weekend and this house was exactly as listed. Plenty of room. Great view of the beach from the large patio and just a short walk down to it. I cooked 2 of the 3 nights and the kitchen had everything I needed. The first floor casita was a nice siesta room. I will rent Uno Más again.

Thanksgiving Family Dinner

My wife & I rented Uno Mas, in Las Conchas, for a family Dinner on Thanksgiving, we had her mom & dad, her brothers, their children & our kids, we rented because our place is a 2 bedroom & small. We were looking for a bigger place just to rent for the weekend to have a family gathering. We live in Penasco 50% of the time, my wife is from here & I am from Texas, my wife's family is from here. I have family that lives here as well. We own property & my family owns property & a restaurant here, So we are very familiar with everything. This place was awesome & lived up to it's reviews. The property management staff were great & the property was just a short walk from the beach. Bring your beach wagon, we had ours to haul stuff. They had beach towels here & everything you need to live here, cook, eat & sleep. All you need is food. We had an awesome weekend with the family & I would highly recommend this place, we will definitely rent it again.

Nice and Quiet

For the most part the property was as expected in the description given. It was clean and well kept. The only real problem we had with the property was the wifi access. It was fine in the main living area, kitchen and on the one side of the outside deck, but there was no service in the master bedroom (didn't check it in the other top floor bedroom) and no service at all in the downstairs apartment. This made it difficult for the family that was there to use the wifi and they had to come up the stairs every time they needed to use it. Other than that it was a nice property. We liked it's proximity to town and to the beach. It is a second row house but that wasn't a problem to get to the beach. We were able to gain entrance to the property without any problems and any questions I had before we went to Rocky Point were answered promptly and effectively. The deposit on the house was refunded promptly as well. We had a lovely time and would consider using this property again in the future.

Rocky Point Birthday In Paradise

We LOVED LOVED LOVED Uno Mas and can't wait to come back. The house/patio were nicely furnished, even beach towels were provided!! We should have had more soap and toilet paper...after 5 days with only 3 people (we were supposed to have 4 people and stay for 7 days), we were nearly out of both.

Would likely rent again but...

The property seems very well kept up and supplied (kitchen necessities were surprisingly generous, compared to my past experience with other properties) with 2 small exceptions: 1) There are no screens on any windows, so it is impossible to get fresh air without letting mosquitoes in. 2) The lockbox is rusting and I had to fight with it to obtain the keys. Fortunately, these can be easily remedied by the owner. More concerning is the fact that I sent a message to the owner immediately upon renting, asking for an earlier check-in time. I received no response except the obligatory canned one from the property manager. Hence the one star for communication.

Excellent beach view.!!

Uno Mas house is worth every penny..!! Is more then I expected, with a few steps aways from the beach!..House was clean and well equipped, felt jst like home, took a few things to use to make our daily meals and guess what?! I did not need to use anything of mine, kitchen had EVERYTHING..!! as well the house does, from towels, to board games, books and cable...Outside was furnish as well, had a cook out by using their amazing house grill, so we could sit out and enjoy not jst the food and the family time, but the phenomenal view of the beach..!! Sadly we got the keys locked in, and getting a hold of the owner was no problem, he send help and we were back inside the house within 10-15 mins, excellent service.! Definitely would be looking forward to book this place again in our future vacation to Puerto Peñasco.!!....

Uno Mas is Incredible!

This place is everything we expected and more. This was our first time going through this process so we had some trepidation; however, the house was perfect and the view from the patio spectacular. We saw that someone had said the walk to the beach was too far. . .odd, as it's about 350 yards and takes 4 mins from the front door to the water, while carrying a large cooler. The separate quarters downstairs is amazing and allows for some privacy from the main house, which is definitely big enough for a group of 6 to 8. It was stocked how labeled and it couldn't have been easier to take possession of the property or to leave the keys at the end of the stay. When we return to this area, it will definitely be to Uno Mas! This trip was a college graduation present to my daughter and it was as perfect as can be. Robert Taylor

Terrible beds and bugs

Place was clean, well equipped, and has a great patio, but you have to share the patio if someone is in the other unit. Luckily there wasn't anyone there or we'd have been super mad, as we thought we were renting a single family home and this is actually a duplex with a shared patio. The third bedroom has no A/C and is too hot to sleep in. The beds are old, and super uncomfortable. One of our party got bit by bugs all over his legs. The bites were happening at night and we believe were coming from his bed. It's a short walk to the beach but the pics make you feel like it's right on the beach.

Please note that the place is yours entirely, Place was originally set up to rent out the whole house. The owners have shut off there part of the property for there own personal use, and never rent out there part or do they stay when guest rent out the place. So the whole patio is only for the party renting the place at the time. There is an AC unit in the guest bedroom downstairs. The walk to the beach is minimal.
