Everything we needed.

My husband and I stayed in PS1010. We found the unit clean and comfortable. Our favorite spot was the deck with gulf views. The location was great. It was not overly busy, but had resturants, grocery stores and shopping lose by.

Had a great stay with me and my fiance! Property was clean and right off the beach. Got to check in 4 hours early as well! Will be staying here again.

Nice and affordable

We had a great stay here with our 2 kids (ages 9 and 13). The pool area was nice and clean. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach. The property is a little older, but well maintained. We will definitely come back.

Lovely

Warm and welcoming unit where our family of 4 enjoyed the view from the porch and hearing the waves. Right by the ocean, 2 pools, great restaurants, and fun shops. Lovely staff also.

A bit dated, but great value

The property was definitely dated and could use a refresh, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The beach was wonderful and Perdido Key is a great location to escape some of the crowd, but still be close to the action.

Well equipped condo close to ocean and needs!

The manager was friendly and helpful with all processes. The condo was fully equipped with all needs and wants (and a HUGE TV in living space). The pool and beach are easily reached, and the updates look fantastic. We booked our return trip our last day there!

Wonderful Getaway

This condo was just as advertised. It felt safe and all the codes were easy to use. Our visit was cut short by Tropical Storm Claudette but the time we spent there was wonderful. Communication was great. The beach was lovely. The desk staff were friendly. We would love to return again without a storm!

Great Location

The location of this complex is great. It is ocean front with awesome views of the beach and ocean from the balcony. It is very near to grocery stores and restaurants. Other attractions such as the state park and museums are nearby. There is small shopping complex across the street with boutiques, restaurant, pizza, ice cream, etc. The complex is also small, so no crowding on the beach or at the pool. We had some minor issues with Wi-fi, but otherwise were very satisfied with our unit.

Our stay

We rented beachfront chairs. Last time we were at Perdido Sun no one could put there stuff in front of rented chairs,but now they do. So we ask why we would rent beach chairs for 130 dollars a week and have a blocked view of the ocean. If this is the same next year we will be looking for another place. Otherwise it was great. Thanks

Perdido Sun visit

Been staying here off and on for 25+ years. Absolutely beautiful beach and accommodations. Easy to book, check in and out etc. We have encountered a couple of units over the years where things needed repair. Unit 1010.. blinds are broken on the sliding doors. Many slats missing. Lots of what appears to be mold along the bottom of the sliding doors and I know that’s an moisture issue. Just mentioning. Also, these units are pretty expensive to rent. Toilet paper and such should be fully supplied just as if you’re in a hotel. Thank you. We will be back.

Very relaxing week @ the beach.

Wonderful condo for me and my husband. Had absolutely everything we needed. Comfortable king size bed (I’m purchasing the sheets they use- so nice!) We did have to call for maintenance and they arrived very quickly and resolved the issue promptly (hey, things happen, but awesome response and service). We loved the building size - low density- only 93 units. Check in was easy! Beach chair /umbrella service was great. We don’t like to drag stuff to the beach. Convenience is worth the cost in our opinion. The condo doesn’t have a washer dryer inside but it was just 2 of us, so I used the laundry room on the ground floor 1 time and it was not a hassle at all. There’s a book exchange in the lobby that was very nice. I borrowed and read 2 books from it. We had perfect weather the entire time. Wish we could have stayed longer than 8 days!!! I’d love to come back to Perdido Sun but we are probably going to have to stay somewhere else that is pet friendly. I missed my 9 lb. Yorkie terribly. Highly recommend this condo. We’ve been coming down to the gulf for 25 years and stayed at many condos. This one ranks up there as one of the best we’ve stayed at.

Less than expected

Our stay was fine, but as soon as entry into the room the floors were dirty, sand everywhere before we even made it to the beach, I walked across the floor barefoot and the bottoms of my feet were black. The mattress topper on the pull out couch was dirty it looked like it had mouse droppings on it. Most of the silverware was dirty and had to be rewashed before use as well as plates and Bowls. I’m pretty positive when I booked the room it had a twin bunk bed listed and a washer and dryer Those were not actually there. The blinds for the balcony were broken off, there was rust on most of the vent covers, trim was missing in the main bathroom area and nails where sticking out(safety hazard), the spray nozzle on the sink fell off while using and the dishwasher didnt have enough power to even get the dish detergent out of the loading dock. On top of that around 8 am every morning two big ropes were being swung from the top of the building one almost striking me in the face and some type of concrete grout was being dropped onto the balcony. The toilets didn’t seem to flush good and both bathrooms smelled like sulfur. While showering the drain would hold water up to your ankles and the shower head and nozzle probably needed to be replaced years ago. The building seemed clean and the pools were well maintained but the exact condo we stayed in needs a lot of attention.

Love coming to this property. Second time here and will be back. Perfect location with shops and great din8 g places right across the street. Close to the State Park and that is a great place to walk and do some great shelling! Love the choices of indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. Easy on and off the beach.. Super friendly staff and helpful!

Great weekend getaway

Nice place but.....

Place was clean, nice furnishings inside. I guess the only issues they may want to look into for this place is the deck furniture was horrible!!! Come on if you want a good review put out some decent deck furniture. 2 places you spend the most time at a place like this. 1- on the deck overlooking the gulf and 2 in the bed. Bed is wayyyyy past its prime time to cough up for a decent mattress. Other than those 2 things (which are very important) place was great!
