We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The host was truly exceptional—so warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Suzanne went above and beyond, even assisting us with dinner reservations for a special holiday event. We travel several times a year, and we’ve never experienced such genuinely friendly and attentive hosts.The condo itself was fantastic and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs were perfect for our family, and the collection of beach toys was such a fun bonus—it even inspired our 20-year-old son to build a sandcastle!The location couldn’t be better. We loved being able to walk to great restaurants and shops, and the beachfront setting made for the most relaxing vacation. Our family of four enjoyed a truly memorable week, capped off by breathtaking sunsets every single night. We can’t wait to return!

Host was very welcoming. She gave us all the info of the condo and marco island that anyone would ever need! Great host! Condo had everything you could need as well, shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower. Great that i didn't have to pack that!

Everything about our stay was perfect, we cannot wait to go back. The condo had everything we needed and more which was nice since we flew and couldn’t bring all of our own beach stuff. The beach chairs and wagon were life savers and made the long walk to the beach not feel so long! Suzanne and her husband were very responsive, we had a few questions along the way and they were very prompt to respond. Looking forward to next time!

I’ve been staying at VRBO for years, and I have to say Suzanne, was the most amazing host I’ve ever had. Views were beautiful from the balcony.Condo was perfect ! Clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need. This was our first time to Mario island and Suzanne gave us the best recommendation on where to visit and eat.

This was a great getaway place!I played a round of golf several mornings a week, while my wife enjoyed the beach just steps from our door. Afternoons were spent biking around the island - the whole place has such a laid back, welcoming vibe!We dined at local restaurants that truly impressed us, Great Seafood!And the view from the condo? It is a full sweep of the crescent beach, totally unobstructed and absolutely stunning.The unit was clean, stocked, and those Tempur-Pedic beds? Game-changer for a great night's sleep. We will be back, for sure!

Our family gathers on Marco Island every year, and finding this Condo felt like striking gold. It’s beautifully renovated, spacious, and has everything we need—from comfy beds for all six of us to quality dishes, cutlery, a great coffee pot, and even a small air fryer. We walked the beach daily, explored the island, and took boat excursions that made lasting memories. There are fabulous restaurants that are our go-to spots for amazing Italian food. The host was a pleasure to work with—responsive and thoughtful. We’re not going anywhere else. Already planning next year’s stay!

Absolutely perfect!

We loved staying at this property- so much so that we asked the owner to rebook the same unit for spring break 2026. It is gorgeous and the view of the beach and ocean is amazing. Suzanne does an excellent job communicating and making sure that we knew what to expect upon our arrival. It was a smooth check in process and we had no issues. Suzanne has thought of everything with regard to the unit. We have rented many places over the years and when I say this is the finest, I mean it. The beds, linens, towels, dishes and the well stocked kitchen were of high quality. They had a reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen, which is great because it meant we didn’t have to buy water bottles while there. I appreciate that the owner has taken all of these extra steps for a great stay. Also, there were enough beach chairs for everyone and a beach wagon- which if you are familiar with the South Seas, you know it’s a must. It is a beautiful beach that is also quite expansive, but you will definitely want the right equipment. We personally love the walk and how big the beach is. Suzanne also had a cooler and other beach essentials for us in the condo. I give this stay an A and can’t wait to return.

This condo is EXCEPTIONAL! It was impeccably clean with attractive decor, well-stocked (the condo even has a lighted vanity mirror with magnification for older eyes and a split mattress with adjustable base, so that each partner will be comfortable). In addition, Suzanne and her husband were the BEST HOSTS we've ever encountered, and we've had many! Last, but not least, this condo offers a MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!!! This is the only condo we will rent when visiting Marco!

Has everything you need

Owner was very communicative, condo was spotless and had everything you need including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers. The ocean view was amazing and the area had some good food and shopping options! In our opinion the pool was nice but we only spent one day there. Cannot have food but can have drinks.

Great Christmas Getaway!

Our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat over the Christmas holidays was absolutely lovely. The condo exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures! It has a great layout, was super quiet, and incredibly relaxing, with stunning sunset views from the sixth-floor balcony. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, exactly as advertised, which made preparing meals a breeze.Being right on the beach made this stay extra special. We enjoyed the short walk to the shoreline, which wasn’t far at all, and the provided backpack beach chairs were a fantastic bonus. They made our beach days even more comfortable and enjoyable.Suzanne, the owner and host, was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay, even helping us find Christmas dinner take-out options by personally calling local restaurants. Her responsiveness and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated.The condo pool was nice, though the day we visited happened to be a bit cooler, so I would have preferred the pool be heated a few degrees warmer. Despite that, the pool area was clean and enjoyable.This condo was the perfect spot for a peaceful Christmas holiday getaway with my mom, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Suzanne, for your amazing hospitality!

Marco Island December 2024

For a family of 4 (children ages 12 and 9), we had a wonderful time in Marco Island. Suzanne was a great communicator and offered spot on recommendations including various restaurant choices. The property was very clean with convenient access to the beach and several restaurants. We would encourage renting bikes as we used them frequently vs. driving. We also frequently used the club house, which featured several popular amenities. We would highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous view

Check in smooth. Suzanne owner met me and gave be an in person tutorial. Very helpful. A gift of wine was waiting for me. Much appreciated. Condo was spotless. Can’t beat the view. See all of beach North to South. Cost of convenient parking $100. Cost of laundry card $10 then you have to add money to card to do laundry $2 wash and $1 dry. Owner offered me a card that was left by previous tenants. Would do a repeat stay. Very friendly management people at Southseas tower 3. Owner was exceptionally nice.

Wonderful Condo - Highly Recommend!!!

We had a wonderful time this week. The condo is amazing - nicely updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen (we make a lot of meals during beach week)! Master bed is amazing, an adjustable bed!! Location was perfectly located on the south end of Tigertail beach. The condo has everything you need for the beach, just bring your swimsuits! The owners were amazing and communicated with us throughout the week as needed. We had a great week, hopefully we will be back soon!!

Wonderful stay

Everything in the condo was clean and organized. Everything you need is provided, and Suzanne was very helpful and responsive. The condo building is well maintained and felt very safe. The beach is a little bit of a walk but it is very nice and was never crowded. The water is quite shallow a long way out. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay

We’ve been doing our family vacation to Marco Island for the past 4 years. This is the first year we chose to stay at Sandy Feet Retreat and this will absolutely be our go-to place from here on out. Suzanne met us at check in and walked us around the property grounds and made everything super easy. The location was perfect, and best part were the bunk beds for the kids. So many of the condos for rent have a second queen bed or 2 single beds, Suzanne did it right with bunk beds! We enjoyed the views from the balcony, staying right on the beach, and the cleanliness and comfort of the condo!

Top notch

Suzanne was an incredible host! She's so kind and easy to work with! A personal tour of the unit and grounds was a very welcoming check in! The unit was extremely clean, well organized and cozy, and the master bedroom bed... absolutely fabulous. Best sleep of my life! The kitchen and beach closet were very well stocked with everything we needed and then some. The view is incredible, and even better than we could have imagined! The walk to the water was slightly longer than expected, but a beach wagon makes it fairly easy, and it's definitely worth the walk! What a wonderful week we had at Sandy Feet Retreat!

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

This was my first Vrbo experience. The bar has been set very high now. The condo was perfect and just as pictured. Very quiet and everyone was friendly. The covered parking was awesome to keep the heat out and the rain off of us. The owner was very prepared, made the process seemless and more than helpful. Totally recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.

Business and Beach Trip

Suzanne is an awesome host. Communication was spot on and timely. Dinner recommendations were very much appreciated and accurate. This rental has everything one needs for a great vacation. My husband grew up in NJ. He was a JAG officer in the air force and afterwards set up practice in Miami. I grew up in Western KY near Nashville, TN. After relocating with my company to Miami, my husband and I met. Over the years, we visited Marco Island and fell in love with it. Upon retirement, we decided to relocate. We live on Marco Island full time now. Recently, we decided to purchase a condo at South Seas for rental to let others discover why we call Marco our "Island paradise". Our purchase was complete on July 1, 2020. Of course the 79 VRBO high ratings associated with this condo caught our eye. The view is spectacular and it has nice furnishings. We did decide to upgrade though and purchase all new furniture for the entire condo.

There is much to love about Island Life. First of all, you always feel like you are on vacation with the beach, water and palm trees. It's so relaxing. Here are some of our favorite things we select from to do each day. We enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking Marco Island’s extensive white crescent beach and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. While walking the beach, we often see dolphins frolicking. We enjoy swimming, boating, tennis, pickle ball, biking, etc. Some of our friends like to hire a guide with a boat & go deep sea fishing. Then we relax overlooking the Gulf with our cocktails as we watch the Sunset. There will be a few months in the summer/fall that you will not have Sunset views from the condo, but you can walk down to the beach to see it. To close the evening, we head to one of our favorite restaurants. Although we live here full time, it feels like we are always on vacation.

We want your stay to be enjoyable and memorable. Please know that cleanliness is imperative to us! We inspect after each cleaning. Should you encounter any difficulties whatsoever, we are just down the beach, so we are there for you. We hope you enjoy your stay.
