The view from the unit was incredible! The unit was completely stocked with everything you might need and was pristine clean. We had a wonderful stay! Suzanne was there to greet us and show us the many amenities this unit has to offer. Highly recommend

This is our second year renting from Suzanne and everything was just as perfect as the last time. She leaves no detail to chance. The condo is immaculate, it has a well stocked kitchen, which you donāt always find in a rental, the beach chairs, accessories, and wagon worked out great. It is hard to pack when you fly, and there were so many things we didnāt have to contend with because she thought of everything.

This condo was clean, had some nice upgrades such as a water filtration system, adjustable king bed, coffee machine. The view and balcony was spectacular. The complex was quiet and everyone we ran into was so friendly and kind. The beach was a bit far from the door but we liked that! My son enjoyed playing catch on the super huge beach. I also appreciated that the host had many items available for use such as a wagon for the beach and kitchen items. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this place!

A perfect host and an absolutely amazing condo. Suzanne has thought of everything ā I especially enjoy the view and location at South Seas in perfect proximity to all Marco restaurants.This was a repeat visit for us ā¦. And we are sure to return next year!

I have been renting condos & homes on Marco Island for years, and I can say without hesitation that this property is the best-appointed condo Iāve ever stayed in. Suzanne is incredibly intentional; she hasn't just curated a beautiful space with a stunning view, she has perfected the guest experience.The attention to detail is unmatchedāfrom the clearly labeled keys and adjustable bed to the thoughtfully placed power cubes and a generous supply of daily essentials. The condo is very clean and very well maintained. Beyond the property, Suzanne was the ultimate host, personally showing us the beach shortcut and property amenities. If youāre looking for a seamless stay, you wonāt find a more thoughtful retreat. Highest recommendation.

Host was very welcoming. She gave us all the info of the condo and marco island that anyone would ever need! Great host! Condo had everything you could need as well, shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower. Great that i didn't have to pack that!

Iāve been staying at VRBO for years, and I have to say Suzanne, was the most amazing host Iāve ever had. Views were beautiful from the balcony.Condo was perfect ! Clean and well stocked with everything youāll need. This was our first time to Mario island and Suzanne gave us the best recommendation on where to visit and eat.

Everything about our stay was perfect, we cannot wait to go back. The condo had everything we needed and more which was nice since we flew and couldnāt bring all of our own beach stuff. The beach chairs and wagon were life savers and made the long walk to the beach not feel so long! Suzanne and her husband were very responsive, we had a few questions along the way and they were very prompt to respond. Looking forward to next time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The host was truly exceptionalāso warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Suzanne went above and beyond, even assisting us with dinner reservations for a special holiday event. We travel several times a year, and weāve never experienced such genuinely friendly and attentive hosts.The condo itself was fantastic and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs were perfect for our family, and the collection of beach toys was such a fun bonusāit even inspired our 20-year-old son to build a sandcastle!The location couldnāt be better. We loved being able to walk to great restaurants and shops, and the beachfront setting made for the most relaxing vacation. Our family of four enjoyed a truly memorable week, capped off by breathtaking sunsets every single night. We canāt wait to return!

This was a great getaway place!I played a round of golf several mornings a week, while my wife enjoyed the beach just steps from our door. Afternoons were spent biking around the island - the whole place has such a laid back, welcoming vibe!We dined at local restaurants that truly impressed us, Great Seafood!And the view from the condo? It is a full sweep of the crescent beach, totally unobstructed and absolutely stunning.The unit was clean, stocked, and those Tempur-Pedic beds? Game-changer for a great night's sleep. We will be back, for sure!

Our family gathers on Marco Island every year, and finding this Condo felt like striking gold. Itās beautifully renovated, spacious, and has everything we needāfrom comfy beds for all six of us to quality dishes, cutlery, a great coffee pot, and even a small air fryer. We walked the beach daily, explored the island, and took boat excursions that made lasting memories. There are fabulous restaurants that are our go-to spots for amazing Italian food. The host was a pleasure to work withāresponsive and thoughtful. Weāre not going anywhere else. Already planning next yearās stay!

Has everything you need
Owner was very communicative, condo was spotless and had everything you need including a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers. The ocean view was amazing and the area had some good food and shopping options! In our opinion the pool was nice but we only spent one day there. Cannot have food but can have drinks.

And yes, the pool area does not allow food. Florida has red ants. If they bite you or your children, they are vicious. So they want you to take the food to the beach or keep it up in your condo. I think you can sneak in a couple little snacks here in there :). Just make sure you make friends with Tracey, the pool monitor :).

My husband grew up in NJ. He was a JAG officer in the air force and afterwards set up practice in Miami. I grew up in Western KY near Nashville, TN. After relocating with my company to Miami, my husband and I met. Over the years, we visited Marco Island and fell in love with it. Upon retirement, we decided to relocate. We live on Marco Island full time now. Recently, we decided to purchase a condo at South Seas for rental to let others discover why we call Marco our "Island paradise". Our purchase was complete on July 1, 2020. Of course the 79 VRBO high ratings associated with this condo caught our eye. The view is spectacular and it has nice furnishings. We did decide to upgrade though and purchase all new furniture for the entire condo.

There is much to love about Island Life. First of all, you always feel like you are on vacation with the beach, water and palm trees. It's so relaxing. Here are some of our favorite things we select from to do each day. We enjoy breakfast on the balcony overlooking Marco Islandās extensive white crescent beach and the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico. While walking the beach, we often see dolphins frolicking. We enjoy swimming, boating, tennis, pickle ball, biking, etc. Some of our friends like to hire a guide with a boat & go deep sea fishing. Then we relax overlooking the Gulf with our cocktails as we watch the Sunset. There will be a few months in the summer/fall that you will not have Sunset views from the condo, but you can walk down to the beach to see it. To close the evening, we head to one of our favorite restaurants. Although we live here full time, it feels like we are always on vacation.
