Coastal three-bedroom condo near the beach, pool and park

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is the perfect place for families and friends to gather for fun in the sun. Located on North Padre Island, only minutes to the beach, fishing and local restaurants.

After a day at the beach or exploring the island, hop in the sparkling pool or take the kids to the park down the street.

It is a great location to visit Port Aransas, the Aquarium, or the Lexington too!
The possibilities are endless, so pack your swimsuit and get ready to make memories!

About The Condo
Guests will have access to the entire condo and use of the shared pool area.

On the first floor of the condo, guests will find the kitchen and a comfy living area with a couch, recliner and swivel chair. The kitchen is fully stocked with your basic cooking needs. There is a half bath located on the first floor.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. Bedroom three has a full bed. There is a second shared full bathroom located upstairs. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.

Guests are provided with a starter set of consumable items such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags, and hospitality soaps. For longer stays or more intense use of these items, consider pre-packing some from home.

Be sure to pack some beach towels! We do provide towels for the bathrooms, but they should not be used at the pool or beach.

Garage can be used for parking a small car.
Please be aware that the hurricane bracing on the garage door hangs lower.
Use caution when opening a back hatch.

Additional parking is available on premise.

Other things to note
Please note: Pets are NOT permitted and if found, guests will be fined and pets will have to be removed from property immediately.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo. If you smoke outside, please be courteous and clean up after yourself.
