Welcome to this beautiful home nestled on the pristine east-side lakefront of Bear Lake, ID!

This home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 family rooms each with queen pullout sleeper sofas, and a laundry room. It is furnished with the finest of finishes and tastes.

Cooking dinner for a crowd is a breeze in our gourmet kitchen equipped Thermador and subzero appliances, an island, and two eating areas.

The master suite boasts a king bed, TV with DVD player, lakefront views off the porch, a 5 piece bath, and walk in closet. It also has a couch with a pull-out queen bed.

The secondary master suite on the main floor has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and breathtaking views of the lake. The 3rd bedroom on the main floor has a double over double bunk bed.

Downstairs is a kids dream with a bunk room that sleeps 8 (4-twin over twin bunks) and a game room equipped with a large TV and built in blu-ray player, Wii, and a combination air hockey/pool table.

Outside, enjoy the large deck and watch the colorful sunsets over the lake, grill your dinner on the outdoor BBQ or just relax and read a book.

This property is truly one of a kind due to the proximity to the lake and beach.

Awesome view

We enjoyed being able to stay so close to the beach and have our own beach front. The familyroom/kitchen/dining space was great. Plenty of room for everyone to sit down to eat and lots of cooking space. The extra large fridge was great to have. We did have trouble with the kitchen circuit breaker the first morning (which we were warned about). Luckily it was just once. Having four bathrooms was great however it was inconvenient for those that stayed downstairs to not have a bathroom in the basement. The owners were very generous with the use of their life jackets & lake toys. Neighbors were friendly too. However we felt the house was a little small for our size group of 10 adults and 8 children. Also not well sound proofed so you could hear others talking in other parts of the house. Overall we had a great time!

Wonderful family getaway

The house was just right for our family. Everyone enjoyed the basement, with comfy furniture, large tv, air hockey and pool. They could play and be loud and those of us upstairs weren’t bothered by the noise. The kitchen was very well equipped! We had all of the amenities we needed. The view of the lake from the east side is spectacular. The sunsets were incredible. The walk to the lake and sandy beach were short, and we were allowed to use their kayaks and paddle boards. We will definitely be going back next year.

I would prefer to keep this place a secret

Best vacation rental ever. I don’t want to share. The location, property, amenities, management, and even the weather were all 100% perfect. It’s obvious the owners love their home and we can definitely understand why. Thank you for sharing!

Lovely Beach front home.

Fourth year we have stayed here. We really enjoy the property. And will most likely stay here again. It's in the far Northeast corner of the Lake; a little out-of-the-way from a lot of the crowds. The new asphalt roadways are a huge improvement. Very clean and well kept.

Piece of heaven

Our favorite rental to date, this house is a perfect place to unwind, relax and have fun. It’s right on a sandy beach that is private to the community so very little traffic on the beach and in the water. Water level is such that we could anchor our surf boat right off shore. House is well stocked with all necessities and even some toys if you don’t bring your own. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. Wi-Fi works as expected considering the proximity to town. The beautiful sunsets are the best! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Family reunion fun!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property!!! Whitney the host was so easy to communicate with!!! They were stocked with so many fun toys for the lake. The only reason we didn’t give the full five stars across the board was when we pulled out one of the hide a beds the sheets were dirty. But there were plenty of clean sheets in the closet so we changed them and we were good to go! I would recommend this property to everyone!!!

Fantastic property with a well stocked kitchen, toys for the beach, and plenty of room for family. We've stayed in the home twice and look forward to it every year. Highly recommend!

Excellent location! Very clean!

This is such a great house!

We loved our stay here and would highly recommed this home to anyone. There was plenty of room and the home was right on the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed and we loved the large tables to play cards and games on each night. We didn't even use all the beds there were so many. It was so clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor equipment and sand toys were such a hit with the kids. We hope we can back next year! We loved it!

Incredible property with a perfect location

The home is beautiful, very well stocked, literally on the beach, just steps from the water. We had a wonderful time and were very impressed with the home. It has plenty of bed room for kids and adults, has a great open common room off the kitchen. The bedrooms and great room all face the water and the views of the sunset and lake are phenomenal. We absolutely loved this property and are hoping to return next year. Thank you for providing such a great place for our vacation!

Exactly what we needed!

I am so happy to write a glowing review for this property! It was so much more than we expected... the pictures do not capture the quality and peacefulness of this home. It is well maintained, wonderfully stocked, excellently located and just simply the perfect beach house! We had 9 people in our group and the home was extremely spacious for all of us. The kids had plenty of room to do their thing while the adults had plenty of space to visit.... I would recommend this home a hundred times over!

Beautiful. Relaxing. Perfect.

This house was A-mazing. It felt like Cape Cod (or what we imagine Cape Cod would feel like :D). It was beautifully decorated and had an incredible amount of beds and space to spread out. It had a high chair and pack and play for babies. It had two large totes filled with sand toys. Large shovels for making sand castles, etc.. Two kayaks and Paddle Boat were included for your enjoyment. Paddle boards are available for rent (they have two). Lot's of life jackets. Clean. Internet. Can't say enough good about this place. This will become a family tradition. The only bad thing about this place is you won't want to come home.

Great Beach House!!

The beach house was perfect for the 13 us. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pictures do not do this house justice at all. The master bedroom and bathroom were amazing, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was super roomy. The couch in the main living room was super comfortable, a great place to nap. There was definitely enough seating for everyone when it was time to eat. The 2nd master bedroom was also very roomy and comfortable. The greatest hit, I think was the downstairs "play room" with the pool table. We had "kids" ranging from 10 years old to 21 years old and they all seemed to equally enjoy themselves. The bunk room (which is not pictured on the website) had plenty of beds for everyone. The bathroom that is off of the laundry room has a very tricky sink. Beware, you will be splashed when you turn it on. The kitchen was well stocked for the most part. However, it did only have one cooking spoon and when you are cooking for 13 people, one cooking spoon just does not cut it. I let the Manager know and I was told to use a spatula. I feel that this problem was unsolved. I had my son, who was coming up later bring me a set of cooking spoons from my home. Other than that, there were plenty of dishes and utensils. There were plenty of beach toys in the garage to play with, having access to the kayaks was great. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we hope to be able to come back again next year. Instructions given by the property manager for access to the house were very clear and easy to follow. Overall it was a great home and we had a great stay.

Fantastic Home on beautiful beach!

This house was perfect for our vacation! The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked inside and out! The toys available for use on the lake absolutely made the trip! Being right on the beach was essential and it made "beaching" with little kids as easy as possible! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family Vacation!

We could not have asked for anything more! This place is perfect! We had an amazing stay. The kids had their space and the adults had ours and plenty of space for all of us together. We had no complaints at all. The house is clean and beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! We had a wonderful family vacation and did not want to leave. The owners are so friendly and were very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a very relaxing stay. We would love to rent this property again!!

We will be back

We arrived in the afternoon with 3 separate families, and immediately felt at home! The finishes were nice and very comfortable. The views and proximity to the beach- fantastic. Kids were able to be watched from the deck as they played at the waters edge. We brought our boat and launched it from the North Beach, and used the swim platform off the shore at the home to swap out boaters/skiers. We did have a lot of bad weather, which limited our time outside or on the water, but still found time spent indoors very relaxing and enjoyable! We loved it and would definitely stay here again! WiFi was the only missing piece
