The ocean , the beach, the sounds of the waves and sea birds, fresh air, gentle breezes.....come and experience our little piece of paradise. Our Beautiful Coastal inspired Oceanfront condo with a warm seaside feel, situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea Resort. We are located 15 minutes South of Nanaimo. Our privately owned condo surrounded by tall cedar trees, has breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands and the Stuart Channel. The Ocean and beach are just 20 steps away from our condo. Picture yourself relaxing on our front patio with a morning coffee watching sail boats and cruisers go by.

Our fully equipped condo offers 1400 square feet of living space on 2 levels. We offer 2 Queen size bedrooms, 2 full 4-piece baths, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace and 50" TV, dining room, 3 balconies, free-wifi, cable, local phone calls and on-site laundry facilities. The Main living area is located on the Top Floor and the second hotel style bedroom and bath are on the second floor.

You will enjoy panoramic views from our large ocean-side heated pool and hot tub. The Hot Tub is heated and open all year round. The Pool will open on or around May 15th and close September 30th. The private dock offers boat moorage and is great for crabbing and fishing. The property has a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space.

Inn of the Sea is an ideal year round vacation getaway. It is very popular with families in the summer and as a secluded retreat in the winter. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away. Inn of the Sea offers seaside recreation, peaceful relaxation, natural beauty, and tranquility. The resort is beautifully landscaped with rose gardens and lush greenery. During your stay you may see playful Otters and Seals, Hummingbirds, Great Blue Herons, Bald Eagles, and maybe even Orcas swimming through the channel. Time can be spent beachcombing, checking out the starfish, kayaking, fishing and crabbing, or just lazing around the heated pool and hot tub.

We are located 20 minutes South of Nanaimo, 70 minutes to Victoria and 10 minutes from the town of Ladysmith.
BC Ferries, Duke Point terminal and Nanaimo Regional Airport are only ten minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay at Tammy's property ... the place was bright, clean, and well appointed with amazing views. The property was very nice with a beautiful pool and hottub on the ocean. Winter on the island

My husband and I are planning on retiring on the island and wanted to see what it was like in the winter. The Inn at the Sea was a great location. The condo had all the amenities we needed. The beds were the MOST comfortable beds we have ever slept in…could’ve had stayed forever. Beautiful location. Will be staying there again.

Very enjoyable place to stay

Beautiful property right on the water. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and rocky beach. Good location for visits to Nanaimo and Tofino. Condo has everything you’d need. Tammy responded immediately to the one question we had. Would highly recommend.

This unit was completely outfitted, comfortable, and has terrific views. Tammy was very helpful throughout the whole stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again .

Perfect for a relaxed vacation

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the property. Great location for a relaxed stay. View is great. Swimming pool and hot tub is perfect for kids. This whole place has a nice calm vibe about it. Apartment is neat, spacious and well managed. Kitchen is well stocked. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Beautiful views

Loved the property, but area was a little too remote and quiet for us. Wonderful if looking for a place to unwind and unplug but with no cell reception my teens had a bit of a hard time adjusting.

Great spot, beautiful location

Everything was great, property is in beautiful shape, unit is well appointed and bright. Brand new BBQs, kids loved the pool and all the adults were loving the hot tub.

The suite we rented was perfect for a couple. Great set-up for a short or long stay. Loved that we were steps from the craggy shore. Also liked having a laundromat on the property. Even with rainy weather, this was a perfect spot to explore the eastern side of Vancouver Island. Would have loved to stay longer!!

Great location, with all the amenities you need for a quick family getaway!

Loved the space and the property! We travelled with our 3 young kids, ages 2, 4, & 6, and we all had a great time! Between the pool, hot tub, playground and beach, we had plenty to do for our 5 day stay. The only thing that would have been helpful for us would have been an inside lock or latch for the main door so that we didn’t have to worry about our kids being able to open it so easily. Our toddler was able to open it herself, so we had to get put some items in front of the door just in case for safety. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Comfortable and fully equipped condo - with great views!

I stayed at this condo for 8 days in February and enjoyed every minute. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the hot tub was as added bonus. Great hiking trails close and the location is close to most areas and yet tucked away for total privacy. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet escape. The owners are wonderful! Very responsive and accommodating to their guests.

Enjoyable get-away preoperty

The property met our needs for a gals get-away. Kitchen was well stocked with all the implements we needed and appliances were in good working order. The site was very quiet at this time of year, and a nice spot for walks and some beach combing. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Will plan to be back next year.

Being from the East Coast, my husband and I love the ocean. We have always dreamed of owning an ocean front property and a couple years ago we made that dream come true. It was the best decision we have ever made. We now live in Morinville Alberta, just outside of Edmonton and we try to escape to the island with our kids as much as we can.

We discovered this property a few years ago when we were searching for a family oriented waterfront vacation rental. We found paradise, it had everything we were looking for and more.....needless to say we bought this condo and now want to share what we have found.

Having a dock available to moore our boat is a huge advantage to us.
Our kids would say the Pool is their favorite.
