Rockworks Villa- off the beaten path for peace and tranquility

Rockworks is a spacious two bedroom home located on the quite north side of St. Thomas with the second bedroom across the sunny deck for maximum privacy. The main pavilion consists of your kitchen, dining areas and King Master suite. The house is perfect for two couples or a small family and is all on one level with only one step up into the houses and has convenient parking for two vehicles. This estate features your cocktail pool which is approximately 10' x 18' (3' to 4.5' deep), terraces with palms of all types along with fruit trees and bright tropical flowers. Rockworks was designed for air flow which allows guests to enjoy the tropical breezes, though the house is fully air-conditioned. We are 1/3 of a mile above Dorothea Bay.
Rockworks is situated on the same estate as Stone Cottage, but privacy is complete between the two. You could book both villas for up to seven people. We are constantly upgrading furniture and bedding, please understand that not everything will be the same as pictured at all times :)
* Caretaker lives below and on lower level of Rockworks (underneath 2nd pavilion) with own driveway and entrance. Privacy is assured and complete. NO EVENTS at this property! This house is for your group only. No outside guests are allowed without owners written permission.
*For any children under the age of 18, you are required to sign a Child Liability Waiver
*Please note that if you book during hurricane season and a storm should come, please be prepared to vacate the villa. We highly recommend CFAR (for any reason) Trip Insurance during any portion of your stay!
* Gardeners come to our property twice a month with no certain date set. Sherri will notify you the day before they are coming. Thanks for understanding!
* The pool is a "Cocktail" pool - approximately 10' x 18' x (3' to 4.5' deep) and is all you need!
