Situated on the world-famous Magen's Bay, Casa JoMama is so private that clothing is optional. (Ring Camera coverage of Driveway and Front Door Entrance walkway only.) This home offers spectacular views from each room. Special features include cool tiled floors, Caribbean decor, and completely air-conditioned throughout...............living areas and bedrooms with TV/cable, Bose sound system and your choice of twin/king beds. Wonderful snorkeling from the sun deck at the water's edge.

There are three baths, including one spectacular al fresco bath, situated among prehistoric boulders. The stars and moon are your ceiling in this one-of-a-kind bathing experience. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with all appliances including a coffee grinder, blender, microwave, 2 dishwashers, and a food processor. and 30 bottle wine cooler. The kitchen has just been updated with stainless steel professional range and stainless steel refrigerator and microwave. Basic condiments, spices, olive oil, and rice are also supplied.


The canopied, tiled terrace offers spectacular views and al fresco dining. Gas Weber grill and a large table provide seating for 8-10. An automatic retracting sumbrella canopy provides shade from the sun.........and is retractable remotely to enjoy dining al fresco. Stone steps lead you down through tropical vegetation to a private sun deck at the water's edge. There is access to the water, where spectacular snorkeling on your own private reef and palapa overlooking Magenā€™s Bay. Nestled by the picturesque boulders the pool has optimum views and vistas.

The hosts were very friendly and gave us advice on restaurants and activities! The house is so awesome! Comfy beds, plenty of linens, a lot of space, outdoor bathroom was so cool, the pool was perfect, and the docks had beautiful views and tons of snorkeling gear. Will definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Jo Mama! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and truly had everything you could need from soap, shampoo, and conditioner to beach towels, which made packing so much easier. The pool was a highlight and perfect for relaxing after a day out.Access to the ocean was convenient, though it does involve going down quite a few steps, and the walk back up is a bit steep but totally manageable and worth it for the views. I recommend wearing water shoes if you climb onto the rocks. We also loved the outdoor full bathroom, which was such a unique and fun touch, especially after the pool or beach.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and felt well thought out, comfortable, and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

SIMPLY AMAZING!!!We would DEFINITELY stay again!We came to CasaJoMama to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we were so glad we did. Some of the highlights of CasaJoMamaare the amazing views, the really scenic snorkeling, the kitchen that is equipped with ALL the items you would find in a home...a REAL home!The delicious plunge pool. The sundeck by the water, a rare find in St. Thomas, made one not want to leave. Complete privacy, so much so, that it could be Certified "Birthday-suit friendly."The hosts are gracious, helpful, and respectful.On a personal note, we have traveled all over the world and this is the first time in our lives that we lost track of time.Bon Voyage!!

OMG, the house was absolutely beautiful and everything I thought it would be. Pictures were exactly how it was. We just loved the cabana down by the water. I just honestly canā€™t say enough good things about this place and I have so many that I canā€™t even pinpoint it. Just everything was great about that house.. The host were super nice and friendly didnā€™t see them much, but there was an issue. They were right there instantly to fix it which there wasnā€™t but if there was they would be.

We arrived at Casa Jo Mama on New Yearā€™s Eve, family of 7, 5 adults and 2 young kids. As soon as we landed we received a text from the host with gate code, grocery location suggestions and help with directions. We only had to reach out to them a couple of time and they responded immediately. Our grandson had a fever and ear pain and the guest book had the local urgent care information, so that was extremely helpful. The house was more than we expected. It is so beautiful and eclectic. The view is breathtaking. We loved the plunge pool, watching the iguanas in the morning and the gorgeous sunset in the evening. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, dishes, and spices. We cooked most of our meals there and sat on the deck for dinners. Having snorkel equipment there to use was very nice. We had an amazing time staying here and hope to return at some point.

Beautiful Oceanfront property!

Magical ocean front backyard with private outdoor shower and toilet. Loved the kitchen and how all the bedrooms had good separation. It was only me and my husband so we stayed in the downstairs oceanfront room bc it was the coldest

Such a cool spot! Owners were very communicative and everyone had plenty of space between the 5 of us. The view is amazing from pretty much any spot and it was just what we were looking for. If you are looking for the pampered, luxury resort, this wonā€™t be for you but if you appreciate the island feel and an epic view, itā€™s a great choice! We will definitely be back with friends and will likely spend more time at Casa Jo Mama than anywhere else. The snorkeling was good too!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Jo Mama...such a perfect location for our family vacation! The house was very private and the views were just amazing! They had everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to spread out or spend time together. The pool was an added bonus!

Perfect space and location!

From the booking process (including an early request by us for a shift by a day due to better flight pricing), to the arrival where Nikki came to the house and showed us around, to the gorgeous, incredibly amazing views, we absolutely loved our stay at Casa Jo Mama. The location is perfect and the layout of the house is perfect for a joint family trip--plenty of separate spaces both inside and out, but large gathering spots as well. We snorkeled off the deck area and saw tarpon, a nurse shark and many types of fish. I took my coffee down to the deck every single morning, and we enjoyed the pool on at least two different evenings. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, as well as the board games. Had a blast!

Our plane landed a little early and we were able to get into the house early after housekeeping completed cleaning. Great communication from the owners. Awesome stay. Very private. 100% recommend. Would go back and stay again. Beautiful location.

Pretty much heaven

Overall our experience was amazing at this property. We had an issue with the outdoor shower on out last night, but it was more of an age of the wood thing. The concept was amazing, and I used it several time. The coral reef off the secluded beach area by far had the most wildlife we saw on the entire island during our stay. We learned that the fish love dog treats. Overall 10/10, would stay again in a heartbeat

Wonderful! Best views ever!

Very clean, absolutely stunning views, wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to stay again. Very thoughtful touches that many places fall short on. Plenty of nice bath and kitchen towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies. We used every outdoor space and wouldn't have minded spending every day of our trip sitting by the pool, but easy to explore beautiful beaches nearby too. Loved it!

We have been traveling to St. Thomas and the Virgin Islands since 1982...we knew we wanted a vacation home on the water somewhere in the Caribbean....and we checked out every island ...we were drawn to St. Thomas because it is a US possession...we love the weather, the many direct flights from the states, the food and culture here...two of our sons followed us here and started a business in 1998. My youngest grandchild was born here in 2016.
