We appreciate your stay at Rushing Waters. We are thankful for you taking the time to do a review. Your feedback is very important to us. We set out one wash cloth and one towel for the number the cabin sleeps. We checked the water heater after your stay and had a plumber turn it down some. Sleeper sofas sometimes are not the most comfortable and I recommend for children. Our standards for cleanliness is high and we work to make things right. We wish we had met our standard of cleanliness under that bed. We hope you will come visit us again! Thank You, 4SeasonsVacations

Your feedback is so important to us to ensure that things are up to standard for each guest. There are two colanders for guests to use, perhaps not the cupboard you looked in. There are two different size teaspoons but we checked and there are several there just different sizes. We have organized items so things are easier to find. We have dusted and recleaned-cobwebs and dust are hard to keep away down a dirt road in the mountains. We look forward to you coming to visit and allowing us to host your stay again! Thank You, 4SeasonsVacations

Hi Kerstin, We are glad you were able to enjoy the peace and quite at Rushing Waters! This riverfront cabin has a large yard to the river banks and fire pit area and is plenty of space indoor and outdoor for families to spread out and enjoy. Some cabins have firewood for fire pits and other owners do not provide it. Our local stores(Food Lion, Walmart) and even convenience stations, sell dry bundles of wood for $5-$7, so it is not a huge cost for guests to enjoy the fire pit with good, split, dried wood. Our contract is clear that if guests need assistance due to lock outs from their cabins, there is a cost of $25 to have a key delivered or door unlocked. We hope you will stay again. Thanks~4SeasonsVacations
