Great location with terrific views. Nice pool and helpful to have a bar staff as well as daily maid service. Unfortunately it can be noisy at night as there are several venues close by that play music late into the evening. The unit is clean and functional but slightly worn in places.

Great trip

Great views, everything as advertised. The staff was very friendly, our maid Celina was the best! Great location. This was our 15th time to PV, our first at Pinnacle. We can't wait to come back.

Great place, lacking condo amenities

This condo is in a fantastic property. We had a great stay and always love coming here (it's our 4th time to this property). Negatives: The condo really needs some upkeep. For starters, the VRBO pictures need to be updated - we weren't sure if we were in the right condo it has changed so much. Note that there is now a condo building right next to this so there is no view north. The pool area in the condo building next to this one has full view inside this condo and balcony. Bath sink did not close so we had to wash swimsuits in the kitchen sink. Barely any dishware, no spices at all (not even salt/pepper). Brought our own coffee maker as they only offer a standard pot. Only 8 hangers available. Owner takes the remote for the exterior sunshades (we discovered AFTER arriving) so we had no use of the balcony in the afternoons. Positives: really comfortable bed, amazing view west, great old town location.

So comfortable

The furniture was comfortable. We felt like we were in our second home. The view was wonderful from our comfortable and roomy terrace! The only negatives were the place could use some coffee mugs and the two plants blocking the side balcony need to be removed.

If you like to stay in Zona Romantica, this is a great choice. Uninterrupted views, clean rooms and a nice location.

Love the Pinnacle

We’ve stayed at this property often and enjoy it each time. This time we rented several units for a couple of birthday celebrations and everyone was happy with the location, amenities and service. Well done again Pinnacle!

Amazing Sunset Views

The condo was perfectly appointed. The balcony was the best feature. It was very spacious and offered amazing sunset views. The condo was in a beautiful building. The location was perfect. The hike up the steps was a bit much, but it was good exercise. The TV didn't work. We had to call three times to get it reset. We eventually just gave up. There was another condo building being built next to the building, it was very noisy. Overall I was very pleased with the Condo. I would definitely stay there again. Hopefully the construction will be finished by time we return.

November 2018 Vacation

Great place. We loved it all. The accommodations were exactly as pictured and the views were wonderful. Everyone at the resort was so helpful and nice. Yes there was construction noise but couldn’t hear it from inside with the doors closed and honestly it didn’t bother us at the pool. Great location and easy to get to all the main attractions. So happy that Le Bistro Cafe on the RIo Cuale is open again! We would return in a heartbeat!

Really Nice Property in Superb Location

The property is exactly as pictured. It's a really spacious, well-appointed space with an incredible view. You are steps away from everything PV has to offer. The service at the poolside bar was great from Cesar. You will read reviews that mention construction and yes, there is a new building being built next door (not even in the foundation stage) as well as construction on other surrounding buildings but PV is evolving so there is construction going on in most areas. We couldn't hear anything from inside the condo, only outside. I'd highly recommend this place!

Modern condo, great views

This condo is modern, clean and stylish and located in the heart of the Romantic Zone (Old Town). There are cobble stoned streets that you can wander down to delicious coffee shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. The wrap around deck is awesome and the views are spectacular. It is only a couple of blocks to the beach and about 3 blocks or so to the Malecon (boardwalk). It was very safe for us to walk around and check out all the street vendors, artists, shops, galleries and more - just a lovely area of the city with so much to see and great culture to take in. This condo was perfect for that. And the pool deck at this building is awesome too. The building overall is very modern and clean, and the staff were all so friendly. We loved it here and would absolutely go back.

Absolutely wonderful!

What an incrdible vacation! This condo is every bit as beautiful as the photos, but they just cannot fully convey just how spectacular the view is from the wrap-around balcony or how flawless the service is! Everyone from the front desk to the bar staff remembers your name and your personal preferences. This corner unit condo has everything including the most comfortable bed ever and an incomparable, unobstructed view of the bay and old town Puerto Vallarta. The location couldn't be better... Right in the heart of the Romantic Zone and only two blocks from the beach. Too many wonderful restaurants and not enough time! Every meal memorable, but I think my favorite was the perfectly grilled Rib Eye steak with all the trimmings on our own balcony while enjoying a spectacular sunset. Sunrise was pretty special too... morning coffee with a rooster softly crowing of in the distance while the city below was coming to life. We can't wait to go back!

Just outstanding accommodations! The one bedroom corner suite was beautiful with great views of the ocean and the city from the large wrap around balcony. Full kitchen allowed us to prepare some meals at home (although you're surrounded by excellent restaurants within a couple of blocks). Wifi in the room allowed us to stay in touch with those at home. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the bartender. The pool area was my favourite place to relax and read - first class. The Signature is located in the Zona Romantica i the old part of PV. Just 2 blocks from the beach and countless great restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation and the Signature helped in making it wonderful. Can't wait to return next year. The Signature was rated 5 out of 120 PV accommodations-easy to see once you stay there. Room Tip: The corner suites have great views and a great breeze.

Gorgeous Condo! Great Staff! Fantastic Views! A TEN!!

We spent a most enjoyable week in this well appointed condo. It was a corner suite with phenominal views of the ocean and the city. Right in the center of Old Town, you are close to everything including the beach. We were most most impressed with friendly,helpful staff, central location, gorgeous infinity pool, popular swim-up bar, peace and quiet-- and most of all to the tastefully decorated condo with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, outdoor BBQ, loungers and table and huge panels of sliding door windows that welcome the outside "in". I hear the "pinnicular" (Funicular) will be open to whisk guests down the hill by the end of this November! That is fabulouse! It all was fabulous and we shall return!!
