This Deluxe Oceanfront One Bedroom Condo at the fifth floor is the right place for couples,if you want to spend a great vacations in private, came to this property to relax from the stress of the city, we are just next from the paradises village hotel with granite kitchen, two bathrooms, great terrace with awesome views while you take your breakfast or to see the breathless sunset every day you spend in this property, our condo at MARINA FIESTA NUEVO VALLARTA , is in the best and most impressive proprieties, with exquisite design of gardens, Pools and awasome Beach! Located across the street is Paradise Plaza Mall with Mac Donalds, Pizza Hut, Starbucks coffee, Subway, Restaurants, Bar, USA Consulate, Nuevo Vallarta marina and so much more... just a short walk or take our shuttle which comes and picks you up in front of our building every 15 minutes!!! No need for a car or anything as it is all right here!!


Our spacious designer decorated condo , done in beautiful Mexican colours, with the ammonites just like home ( stainless kitchen, marble, linens, satellite t.v's, large pool view patio, 1 King sized Master bedroom, two bathrooms, dinning for 5 persons, Terrance with a dinning for 4 persons and so much more.
Free Wireless internet in all the Resort.
Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes for gourmet meals, a/c in all rooms, dbl pullouts in couches, satellite with over 80 English 7 spanish channels!

Many restaurants, stores, banks, Dr's and groceries in a short walk. Head downtown by taxi ($40.00 us) or Bus ($4.00 US) just outside the Condo, the airport is 12 minutes by taxi, sorry no children for this condo.
There is a Daily mandatory cleaning Fee of $5.50 usd per person, Beach Towels are optional, Guest are expected to comply with all resort policies

Sleeping to the Surf

Our's was a much needed time of rest and relaxation and that is what we got! Listening to the surf break on the beach so close by was as amazing as always. The location of this property (Marina Fiesta) is right across the street from a mall with amenities including a grocery store, restaurants, a bank, etc. The location of the condo is also very good as it's balcony really does have an amazing view of the sunset and gets lovely breezes off Banderas Bay. The beach here is much quieter than at both neighboring properties (Paradise Village and Occidental) which we appreciate very much.

Wonderful property with extremely amazing views

We are very pleased to have chosen this property - it’s located so conveniently across from a plaza with everything we need. We would recommend this condo. Great access to the beach, and very secure. The property managers are hands on! Great response for any issues. There’s a wonderful restaurant on the property which we have really enjoyed.

Amazing views

We had an amazing stay at Marina Fiesta room 505. The balcony is wonderful with gorgeous views of the ocean, beach and of course sunsets. The whole complex is so well taken care of and is in a wonderful location. The condo overall is quaint with a beach vibe and could definitely use some updating but it’s clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed the two bathrooms and all of the fresh air with the two windows in the bedroom. We will definitely go back to this resort and hopefully be able to rent this condo again.

Beautiful balcony views

The view from the balcony and the convenience of location can't be beat. Although we were just a couple, we liked the family atmosphere of locals staying there. Have already booked our next stay.

Perfect for couples & awesome view

Although this unit needs a little work to get it from good to excellent we certainly enjoyed our stay here. This was our second stay at a place managed by Victoria and Daniel. The balcony view couldn't be any better, it was the perfect front seat to sunsets and daily activity. The bedroom has two large windows to create a very nice and constant airflow through the room, one view is toward the ocean and the other is to the main pool area. The walk down to the beach is very short and access to the mall across the street from the complex is quick and easy. This is our 3rd stay in Marina Fiesta (different units) and we love the place, it is one of our favorite condos on the resort strip. The beach is un crowded, the pools are big and the grounds are extremely well maintained. This is a unit we would definitely return to. Our only two concerns were the star fish door handles in the kitchen as they are very pointy and painful when you get 'stabbed' by them and the second was the odour from the 2nd bathroom floor drain. It was not constant but it was frequent. The second as usual is the lack of cleaning of primarily the kitchen by the complex staff before our arrival, we spent a few hours cleaning things first. As mentioned we would definitely return

great location

the couches are very comfy, king size bed also very comfy. beach not crowded at all. washer came in handy. shopping and dining right across the street. great views from 5th floor balcony

Wonderful location, friendly experience

The view from the balcony is unbeatable, period. Sunsets are amazing and windows on two sides in the bedroom provide wrap around views as well. The beach is one of the best in Banderas Bay. This unit is part of a complex which has good security at the perimeter typical of most hotels in the area. Front desk staff are very helpful and questions or maintenance items are dealt with quickly. We left the front door open most of the time during the day, as did our neighbours, to take advantage of the breeze. Washing machine works perfectly, but there is no dryer. The laundry area is a drying area open to outside. There was no clothesline but, as we travel with a camping clothesline, this was not an issue. The unit is not “5 star” perfect but compares well to other units in the building. Many other owners seem to treat their units as week-end getaway spaces and furnish accordingly. That said, there are many families and snow-birds comfortably installed for stays of a month or more. There is something odd about the water flow of the hot water in kitchen sink but everywhere else is fine. The mirrored walls have an “antique” look similar to older apartments in Italy, this quickly fades into the background. The floor drains have to be maintained as in any tropical climate; pour in one tablespoon of bleach every couple of days. The combination of the local grocery store and Tuesday farmers market filled most of our food supply needs. We cooked in most nights. Familiar products can be purchased at big box stores a short taxi ride away. The beachside café, with very good beach and poolside service, offers many meal and beverage options during the day. Other casual restaurants are close by and a wider variety also a short taxi ride away. We certainly plan to return.

Same problems

We loved the location and view from this property but it needs a major facelift! The mirrors and windows are worn out and need repair. The tub handle in the master bath was broken and they said they were sending some one to fix it. The repair person arrived the day we were leaving. 10 days later! We stayed March of 2019 and by reading the most recent review it is still not fixed! There are to many little issues to list that need fixed or updated with this unit. The front desk also charged for extra bedding which we did not use. This place has so much potential if the owners would just do a little updating and get on the same page with the management. Pools and grounds are lovely as is the mall across the street.

Needs Considerable Work

This unit (top floor) has the BEST view of the BEST beach in the area. Great sunsets right from the balcony! You can walk on the beach for miles. The pools and the grounds are clean and wonderful. The resort is safe and has several pools. The beach has lots of palm leaf umbrellas with chairs and loungers—very comfortable. There is a beach bar with food & drinks. The unit has good furniture for lounging and the king size bed is firm and comfortable. There is adequate storage in the bedroom for clothes, but the dressers are falling apart as are some lampshades and some of the drawers get stuck. The window screens have holes in them, but bugs were not a problem when we were there. The bedroom bathroom smelled bad and we kept the door closed. There was a tub advertised there, but no handle to turn it on. The toilet in the other bathroom didn't flush—the internal parts were rusted and broken (someone used a ribbon to do a temporary fix). Some of the fans in the unit were very noisy and the lights in some didn't work. The kitchen had everything you'd need to prepare nice meals on the four-burner stove. The maid wouldn't replace the dirty dishrags and dishtowels (& dirty glasses) we found on arrival as it was the owner's responsibility. The outdated starfish cupboard handles (in the bedroom, also) stick out about an inch and are dangerous—my wife received a nasty slice. The tap water in the kitchen barely worked (10 seconds to fill a glass; two minutes for the coffee carafe). We didn't leave it on long enough to see if there was hot water. Maybe the repairs were made after we left. There are fading quality mirrors everywhere and some have holes in them. The washing machine was unplugged and had the cord draped over it and some stuff on top of it so it didn't appear to be working. This room had no electricity and obvious some remodeling project going on. The door to the unit is not secure. I could trip the lock with a plastic card. A dead bolt is needed. There is no safe in the unit so we had to always carry our valuables with us. Wireless Internet is advertised and implied throughout the resort, but it's only in the lobby. The Village Mall has several fast food restaurants and a grocer with higher prices and a smaller selection of goods. Go to a big grocer for your week's food. Good restaurants are NOT within walking distance. This unit is not worth the asking price without serious renovation.

Great View but dated

First, let me start by saying that the view from this unit is spectacular as are the sunsets. The unit itself is very dated. Drinking glasses were not clean and there wasn't hot water in the kitchen. To be fair we were told it would be looked into We had to buy a pot so we could boil water to clean the dishes. It is stated that this unit has an oven but it is just a toaster oven. The unit was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. If you are not interested in cooking then this unit would be fine..

Great location

The apartment is in a very nice location. The view from the balcony is great. Good place to watch the sunset. It was comfortable and pretty well had everything we needed. The Paradise mall is right across the street and this mall has some reasonable stores, a decent grocery store and a few restaurants. We enjoyed our two weeks very much.

Awesome condo. Everything stated in the listing is true to fact: room is inviting and clean; ocean view is gorgeous--listen to the waves throughout the evening; beach is outstanding for walking and relaxing; clean/accessible pools at your doorstep; grocery, bank, Starbucks directly across the street; excellent authentic restaurants a few blocks away. Outstanding customer service by all of the friendly and accommodating staff! Will return without hesitation.

very relaxing

very nice room except for the smell coming from the laundry room excellent view and very friendly staff. the most difficult thing was the amount of staff that spoke English, but we seemed to communicate quite well. we had a great time and would consider another visit in the future

Very beautiful and well manicured. The pools are beautiful and clean and the beach is wonderful.

Room was less than inviting. When we entered the room the odor blew us away. There was a rotten egg/sewage smell coming up from all the floor drains in the condo. The couch was visibly dirty. Cooking utensils were dirty. We have never experienced such a language barrier. Overall we would not recommend room 505 to anyone. In need of updating and remodeling. We understood that we needed to pay $3 a day for 2 people for housekeeping. We left $3 everyday on the bed for this service even though there was never a mirror cleaned in our bathrooms. We believe that the housekeeper's intention was to please us however, the training must be substandard. When we checked out we were charged $3 a day housekeeping. Because of communication issues we paid for this service twice. We also did not understand that if we wanted our sheets changed there was an additional charge. We also did not understand that if we wanted our towels changed there was an additional charge. This is our first VRBO experience and we think that because of the language barrier things were not understood or explained as well as they should have been. The view from the balcony of the condo was beautiful as advertised.

Great view, good stay, would come back

Room had a great view of the ocean, never had trouble getting a chair at anytime on the beach. Grocery store and some fast food across the street. Had to walk a few blocks for a couple of good sit down resturants other than the mall next door but was good to walk after eating. Only issue for me was bed was too hard for my back but spouse said it was ok for her. I would stay again

Unforgettable experience in a deluxe apartment

We had the pleasure to spend a wonderful week in October 2014 in this exceptional apartment. The apartment does not leave any open desire. It is equipped with a separate bedroom and a cozy living room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all necessary appliances, pans, dishes. Of course, no lack of 2 Flat Screen TVs with international programs. From the living room you have access to a terrace with a wonderful sea view. Every room has his own Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Especially at this apartment are the mirrors. They partially cover the entire walls. This makes the spacious apartment even bigger and from almost everywhere you can so see the sea. Outstanding! The apartment is located on the top floor and is accessible by two elevators. It is serviced and cleaned daily. The whole outside area is very spacious with 2 large swimming pools and of course their own “palapas” (palm roofs) on the beach. There is a restaurant on the premises at the beach front and the chef cooks whatever the guests want, cool drinks. Very personal and good service. At the lobby and at the pool area you can receive free Wi-Fi. Parking is enough available and free. Check-in and check-out formalities are efficient and fast. The entire staff is very friendly. We can only recommend this apartment and we will book it for sure again at a future trip to Puerto Vallarta.
