This is a beautiful 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath, 3500 sq foot house.
This home has everything you need for attending musical festivals, watching tennis, playing golf or simply to getaway and relax. Our fabulous backyard makes this home resort like with salt-water pool, spacious heated jacuzzi with a waterfall, outdoor kitchen with a BBQ Grill, and sunken fire pit. Relax by the pool in our covered cabana or soak up the sun in the lounge chairs and outdoor bed. Put on your favorite music and hook up to the outdoor speakers while playing several of our lawn games including cornhole, 4 in a row, ax throwing or spikeball. Enjoy a round of pickleball, bocce ball or a friendly game of beach volleyball.

The house has top of the line appliances, sunken bar and indoor/outdoor living. It sits on a beautiful 1 acre lot across the street from Coachella and Stagecoach festivals and is a short walk to the concerts!!! We are located on private secluded street that provides everything you need for the perfect getaway.

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful stay (8 adults and 5 children ranging from 1 - 8 years old). We spent all of our time in the backyard enjoying the amazing pool and courts. We would definitely love to come back and Sheri was the best to work with!

amazing time

We went for a nice relaxing weekend. This place did not disappoint. Pool/Spa are amazing. Pickleball was fantastic, cornhole was great. Enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy a nice sunrise/sunset. No reason to leave the property, sit back and relax.

Everything about this property is amazing. The photos don’t do it justice. Went there for a bachelorette weekend, the house had everything we needed, never had to leave. Sheri was so kind, communicative, and helpful. Amazing experience.

bachelor party getaway

enjoyed our stay here. in a strange development, not near any sort of downtown area (about 40 minutes away from DT palm springs). But that doesn't matter at all- there is a great pool, hot tub, pickleball court, lawn, sand volleyball court... big kitchen and lots of space. perfect for a big group that likes to have fun outside.

Excellent for big group celebrations!

Wonderful experience for 15 lovely ladies celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday! They loved the volleyball and pickle ball courts! The pool, sunken fireplace seating area, and so much room inside and outside for fun with any large group of friends and/or family! There’s enough room for several cornhole courts and dancing, so perfect for celebrating or lounging! Sheri and her husband were wonderful as well very helpful and facilitated a most enjoyable experience! The listing is highly recommended!

One of the best trips I’ve had in the Palm Springs/Indio area ever and I come out a lot ! The host was amazing, there every moment we needed her! House was amazing, included everything you need for a nice mini vacation to enjoy the pool ! Will return again

Amazing Place!

From booking through check out, Sheri made the process a breeze! The house was amazing, and made our golf trip very special. There was plenty of room, activities and amenities. We had a chef cook us a private meal one night, which also made this trip special. The backyard was amazing, and all of the guys had a blast. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Great weekend

Very clean and fully-stocked. This house had everything we needed for a fun weekend. Property was better than the photos, especially the backyard. Will recommend and stay again next time I'm in the desert.

Incredible weekend in an incredible house

14 of us headed to Indio for Stagecoach and stayed at Sheri and Scott’s beautiful house literally across the street from the festival. We could not have been closer!! The house is beautiful and very large, photos do not do it justice. It has 4 true bedrooms with a 5th semi-bedroom office space that has a futon. Everyone was extremely comfortable (even those that slept on the massive couch) and there were tons of little touches that made staying there even easier (shampoo in the shower, towels for an army, pool floaties). The kitchen was fully stocked and the pantry even had some necessities that they had left for guests to use. The pool and outdoor space was incredible and the boys enjoyed playing bocce ball all weekend. We grilled, lounged by the pool, listened to country music with the fabulous surround sound speaker system, and stumbled back from the festival without having to worry about shuttles or ubers. Thank you Sheri and Scott for a memorable weekend! We hope to return very soon!

Great home and property!

We recently stayed at this home on an acre of land with 2 other families and both the home and property are great! The pool and backyard are great for hanging out and there’s a lot to do. The kitchen and family room space are enormous and great for family/friend stays. The back glass doors open up completely to allow a huge indoor-outdoor space. We definitely enjoyed our time there!

Gorgeous getaway in Indio!

This home is a hidden jewel in Indio, CA! Although the featured pictures are beautiful, the property is even more stunning in person. The gourmet kitchen, volleyball court, pool/hot tub, and main TV room provided endless hours of fun for my friends and family. Sheri is a fantastic and thoughtful host and I would highly recommend her property! Thank you!

Amazing place, pictures don’t do it justice.

We did a guys golf trip here. The house was amazing and had everything we could possibly need. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous with so much space! Our only regret is spending too much time on the golf course and not enough time at the house! Would stay here again!

Perfect house for Coachella

This was such a great house for a big group! We loved the outside yard activities and pool. The kitchen was perfect for our family style meals! Can't wait to come back!

Great house for large groups/families

While this house may not have the most updated or modern feel, it is a comfortable large house that was perfect for our 4-day get-together of 3 families (6 adults + 6 kids). During our stay (March 2017) one of the rooms had a twin + bunk beds which the pictures don't show but was perfect as a kids room. The outdoor covered patio is such a lovely area, and the pool has a large shallow portion perfect for small children (and/or adults lounging). We weren't able to use the pool the first day because the water was freezing (despite very hot days) so it would have been nice if the pool heater had been started ahead of time for our arrival. The owners seem very nice.
