Walk a few Steps to the sand and hear the Ocean Waves from your own home. You are very close to LAX so you will definitely hear and see the planes take off and Land. Most people love this location for that reason. Should you not be a fan of seeing and hearing the Airplanes than this would not be an ideal location for you.

Beach chairs and sand toys at the house. Bike path takes you along coast both south Manhattan Beach/Redondo/Hermosa and north for 10 -20 miles ( Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, Malibu).

Barbeque from the roof deck with the best view you will ever find.
All Linens and towels, soap and toiletries provided.

Numerous grocery stores including Trader Joe's, Bristal Farms, Ralphs, TJ Maxx and Kohls Dept stores within a few miles.

You will have privacy and access to the entire home including the double level decks.

There is a exterior room in the lower back which is for our private use and a completely separate entrance from the home that only we have access to and use often. There is no common entrance or door adjoining the two.

TV, Wi-Fi, and phone with a kitchen complete with dishes, glassware, pots/pans and utinsils, coffee maker, and blender. Kitchen with granite countertops and bar stools, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and Washer Dryer.
Towels and bed linens are provided. Long driveway with Plenty of guest parking both in the driveway as well as on the street. In Playa Del Rey it's Never too hard to find street parking.


Fantastic Location- Playa Del Rey is a Quiet charming small beach town and one of LA's best kept secrets. The beach is walking distance from the house just a few homes away. Playa Shopping is unique small town shopping. There are Different types of restaurants from casual Italian dining at Café Penguinis to The Shack a landmark known for its burgers or Mo's Sports Bar with delicious food.

You can bicycle up the beach path a mile or so north into Marina Del Rey. You bike into and over the bridge into Famous Marina Del Rey with all the most beautiful Boats and Luxurious Yachts into Fishermans Village.

Enjoy the ocean breeze in Playa Del Rey while viewing the Grand Pacific ocean north from Malibu and south to Palos Verdes all the while watching boats/and on Thursday you can see the regattas coming and going in and out of the Marina Del Rey jetty. Heading north leaving Playa Del Rey to Marina Del Rey our neighboring town just a 10-15 minute walk or a 10 minute drive or bike ride to Fisherman’s Village. The Marina has a casual beachy vibe and offers casual and upscale restaurants and boutique shopping. Lots of outdoor activities/excursions including renting water sports equipment such as kayaking, jet skiing, parasailing, paddle boarding, rowing, boat chartering (motor or sail), gondola cruises, harbor sunset cruises or water taxi around the marina restaurant/bar hopping, sport fishing excursions and picnic or enjoy free summer concerts in Burton Chase Park.

Continue 5 minutes north of Marina Del Rey to Venice and enjoy the street performers on the Venice Beach Boardwalk and the fabulous unique shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney.
Heading north from Venice in just 5 minutes you will enjoy Santa Monica and the Santa Monica Pier, shop or dine or enjoy the street performers on the 3rd Street Promenade or visit incredible galleries.

Head directly east from Santa Monica to Beverly Hills and enjoy upscale shopping and dining on Rodeo Drive, take a tour of the stars homes (Star Tours) or take a scenic drive along Mulholland Drive.

Book an excursion to Catalina Island on the Catalina Express from San Pedro or Long Beach. Catalina is 22 miles long and 8 miles across and offers scuba, swimming, hiking and backpacking, camping, shopping, dining, heli-hiking, biking, kayaking, golfing and fishing.
