Enjoy a relaxing getaway in a cozy apartment attached to a historic home, located amidst seven acres of conserved property adjacent to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Only a mile and a half to the famous Coast Guard ocean beach. A stroll to the Seashore Salt Pond Visitor's Center, base for walking, biking, fishing, canoe trips, and Ranger activities. Easy access to the 24 mile Cape Cod Bike Trail. Convenient to Eastham's historic district, old windmill, Nauset lighthouse, Bay beaches, freshwater ponds, and the thousand-acre Audubon Sanctuary.
The apartment has a private entrance and features a cypress paneled living room with dining area, a bedroom with king size bed with new memory foam mattress, a galley kitchen, and full-size bathroom with tub/shower.
It is equipped with mini-split heat/ AC, fans, cable TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, telephone, radio/alarm clock, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, iron/board, vacuum, charcoal grill, picnic table, outdoor furniture, hammock, and beach chairs. There is access to a washer and dryer.
There is a new outside shower.
A fire pit is nearby.

We love our stay in this quaint and cozy cottage on a beautiful secluded property in Eastham. Conveniently located 5 min drive or 10 min bike to the beaches. It is attached to the owner's main unit and across from another cottage that is rented, however, the main unit caretakers are very friendly and helpful

Very clean, cozy, and comfortable apartment located just a couple minutes' drive from the beach.There is an outdoor shower in the backyard that is particularly enjoyable and refreshing after a day at the beach.The apartment is exceptionally well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, cookware, and basic pantry items - perfect if you want to save money on dining out or simply prefer cooking some meals at home.The grounds are very well maintained, and most importantly, it's very quiet at night so you can get a good night's sleep.Rick and Suz were incredibly friendly, helpful, and amazing hosts. They recommended great places for dining and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.We will definitely come back again!

We loved the little Ell cottage. Our bedroom was furnished with a comfortable king sized bed, living room and dining area enjoyed the benefit of the overhead A.C. The kitchen was well well supplied with doshes, glasses, pots and pans. All that was missing was a cheese grater! I was able to bake bread twice. Oven was reliable. Bathroom was well cleaned with servicable shower.The caretakers were helpful but not intrusive. The picnic table, hammock, and Adirondack chairs were inviting and comfortable. We didn't use the gas grill but it was available.Close to Provincetown and a short drive to Chatham, this cottage in quiet Eastham was perfect.

Beautiful Property

The property is so lovely with the 2 cottages. Very quaint and quiet. You will love the wild turkeys, bunnies, birds, and squirrels that come to visit. Staying here is like stepping back into the quaint years of the past. And, great comfortable king bed!

Wonderful Stay at the Apartment!

Ric & Suz were great hosts and when we arrived took us around and showed us everything. The apartment was small and cozy. Small kitchen but we managed. We cooked out on the grill one night. Nice little quaint apartment. We loved seeing the birds, rabbits, turkeys and chipmunks. Beautiful yard to sit and relax. Close to route 6 so easy to get everywhere. Perfectly wonderful!

Nice stay in older property

This is a small Cape cottage (attached to the managers' unit) that has a 1950's feel to it. If you're looking for modern kitchen, bath and appliances, this isn't the place for you. But if you want a step back in time, it's a beautiful property, comfortable bed, old bikes available, it's a nice place to stay. We enjoyed our week there, and managers and owners were very nice.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay! Suz and Rick are great hosts! The Ell is comfortable and cozy, everything you need is supplied. Very convenient location. We really enjoyed all of the wildlife on the property. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely place, friendly hosts.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay. The bedroom (w/ comfortable king size bed), living room, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor lounging area all nicely met our needs. The hosts/onsite managers were a friendly, helpful couple.

Secluded and beautiful property

We truly loved our week stay at Camp Seavy. The Ell apartment is the perfect place for a couple to stay with everything you may need for your Cape vacation. We took advantage of the fire pit most nights and thoroughly enjoyed gazing into the fire while sitting under the stars and listening to the nighttime sounds. What could be better? The property is simple and beautiful, our hosts Suz and Ric were accommodating and charming. Highly recommend!

Great rental

Beautiful historic, secluded property. Rick & Suz are very knowledgeable about the history of the property and area. Super close to Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Beach/Lighthouse. The outdoor shower was amazing! We had a great time and highly recommend this property.

great yard and great location

Very private, great central location, hosts very friendly and helpful. Galley kitchen is very small which makes it inconvenient to get through to the bathroom. Outdoor shower was great. Bed was huge and comfortable.

What a lovely property close to the National Seashore. It was clean and well cared for and the caretakers Suz and Ric were wonderful. We would love to come back again!

Perfect Eastham Getaway!

This cozy apartment in Eastham was everything and more for our Cape Cod stay. The property is extremely private, the hosts were lovely, it has an amazing outdoor shower, and was an easy run/bike ride away from Coast Guard. We loved our stay and would love to return sometime in the near future.

Peaceful Retreat

The caretakers were very friendly. The apt had everything we needed. The property was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed seeing the turkeys and hearing the birds in the trees. We liked how close we were to the beaches too.

Mid-August Visit

Very private, quiet but close to everything. Many Hiking trails in the area, shortish walk to Coast Guard or Nauset Light beaches. Property itself was cozy, comfortable and homey. Hosts Suz & Rick were warm and welcoming.

Fabulous!

This little but lovely cottage was everything I was hoping it would be. I went with a friend, and it was just perfect for the two of us. It is extremely quiet on beautiful grounds. There is a troop of wild turkeys who live there, deer and lots of bunnies. A very comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and truly great outdoor shower. The host were lovely. Thank you so much!

Great location and true to listing details. The comfortable king sized bed, brand new outdoor shower and incredibly friendly onsite support were added value to our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lazy hollow

We immensely enjoyed our stay the landscaping and quiet surrounding gave us the laid back vacation much needed. The accommodations were relaxing and comfortable with all the necessities and more! Suz and Ric were great, very personable and informative. We hope our journeys bring, us back!! Much enjoyed!!!

Quaint retreat, away from it all, with everything you need, & close to the beach

Suz and Rick were wonderful hosts! You can’t beat the value for the location and amenities. There’s a hammock, outdoor shower, and a grill. They even have beach chairs and toys available for guests’ use. The property feels so remote, yet is close to everything in the Cape. We saw bunnies and deer on the property. We’ll definitely be heading back!
