Apartment overlooking the sea with private pool

The apartment is accessible from the private terrace (with partial sea view) is composed of a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room has a kitchen (stove, oven, hood, sink and refrigerator) with dining table and six chairs, a sofa bed, with mobile TV. The first bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe with hanging rail, chest of drawers and mirror. The second bedroom has twin beds (which can be joined to form a double bed), chest of drawers and hanging rail. The bathroom, with a sink, toilet and bidet, has a shower. From the bedrooms, as well as from the living room, you have access to a solarium with private swimming pool, equipped with outdoor shower, relaxation beds, plus sofa and armchairs; always in the relevant private there is a covered barbecue area with wooden pergola and equipped with table and chairs. In the outside there is also a corner laundry room with sink and washing machine. The apartment has a private parking to accommodate up to two cars.

Sicilian Holiday

First experience in this small villa. We found amazing beaches not so busy a short distance away by car. The place is really nice for a small family, the sea is located a few steps away but not suitable to swim if you have small children. In general good value for money, the owner Andrea was very hospitable throughout the journey. The only flaw was the internet connection, we couldn't have the line for almost the entire duration of the holiday. Otherwise an experience to repeat for sure 👍

Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Pool und der Außenbereich mit der Outdoor-Küche sind ein echtes Highlight und laden zum Entspannen und Genießen ein.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Kontakt war angenehm und unkompliziert.Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN ist leider recht schwach und hat zeitweise gar nicht funktioniert. Wenn das verbessert wird, ist es absolut perfekt!Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben 9 wunderschöne Tage in Marina di Modica verbracht. Die Wohnung mit Pool ist sehr schön, es fehlte uns an nichts. Einzig das Internet hätte besser sein können, aber das ist glaube ich ein Anbieter- und kein Vermieterproblem. Ein Mietwagen ist speziell bei den höheren Temperaturen nötig, aber es ist Alles mit einer kurzen Autofahrt gut erreichbar.

Traumhafte Unterkunft mit tollen Pool

Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Woche bei besten Wetter verbracht. Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit einem tollen Pool den meine Kinder geliebt haben. Den Außenbereich mit Küche und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir sehr genossen.

Hübsches, modernes Appartement in Strandnähe mit Pool

Die Wohnung und der Außenbereich sind sehr gepflegt und suaber. Alles entspricht den Abbildungen im Internet. Zum sind es nur wenige Schritte, aber zum Sandstrand ist es etwas weiter. Es gibt eine gute Infrastruktur (Restaurants und Supermärkte) und eine gute Anbindung für Ausflüge nach Modica, Ragusa, Noto etc. Andrea und Familie waren immer gut erreichbar und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns. :)

wunderschönes Appartement in Strandnähe

Wir waren Anfang Oktober zu zweit in Marina di Modica und haben uns für dieses schöne Appartement entschieden. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und groß. Hinter dem PKW-Stellplatz ist eine überdachte Terasse mit kleiner Outdoorküche und Grill. Hier kann man wirklich toll sitzen und hört abends das Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund. Von dort aus hat man auch einen tollen Blick auf den Pool, für den auch Liegen bereitstehen. Das Meer war zu unserer Reisezeit wärmer als der Pool, an heißen Tagen war er aber eine tolle Erfrischung. Hinterm Pool befinden sich Loungemöbel, ein Schirm und somit eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Wäscheständer sind dort ebenfalls zu finden. Vom Inneren des Appartements aus, kann man von jedem Raum in den Gartenbereich gelangen. Es sieht dort wirklich alles so aus, wie es auch auf den Bildern erkennbar ist. Es ist schön eingerichtet und farbenfroh gestaltet ;) Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, es könnte aber mehr Stauraum für Kleidung vorhanden sein, insbesondere wenn man mit mehr als zwei Leuten dort ist. Für uns hat es so alles vollkommen ausgereicht. Die Küche ist wirklich toll, da man 4 Flammen am Herd hat und einen Backofen, sowie einen sehr großen Kühlschrank (Kühl-Gefrierkombi). Für die Selbstversorgung ist das natürlich ideal. Lediglich kleine Küchenhelfer könnten mehr vorhanden sein, wie ein Schneidebrett oder eine Grillzange. Vor der Küche befindet sich auch noch eine kleine Terasse, die in Richtung Meer angelegt ist. Man kann dort morgens sehr schön frühstücken. Für einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gab es leider nur einen Satz Handtücher, so dass es gut war, dass wir zusätzlich eigene eingepackt hatten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön ruhig. Man ist zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten am Hauptstrand, mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Generell kann man von dort aus mit einem Auto sehr gut die Ostküste bereisen/besuchen. In 20-30 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Ragusa und Modica. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Nähe oder in Pozzallo (5km). Zusammenfassend hatten wir einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt, auch weil wir durch Andrea so freundlich (mit lokalen Süßigkeiten) empfangen worden sind. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben und war in der ganzen Zeit stets über Whatsapp erreichbar. Sein Schwiegervater wohnt direkt nebenan, kümmert sich um den Pool und hilft sofort, falls was ist. P.S.: Als Tipp: Ein ganz tolles Restaurant ist das Emporio Caccamo in Marina di Modica.

Condivido in pieno tutte le recensioni positive. Il posto è molto accogliente, non avete bisogno di nulla, c’e quasi tutto. Esterno con cucina grill e patio davvero un valore aggiunto. Piscina perfetta e pulita regolarmente. E’ un po’ fuori dal paese, ma chi conosce il posto, sa che è un plus ! Non dimenticate di farvi dare i giorni e gli orari dei vari venditori di prodotti locali che passano direttamente a casa vostra...

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 superbes semaines en Sicile. L’appartement est impeccable,soigné et décoré avec goût. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que l’espace extérieur. Nous avons par ailleurs eu un très bon accueil du propriétaire qui était toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Cet appartement est très bien situé et proche de la mer. La région est superbe plein de choses à voir et nous avons pu découvrir de magnifiques petits villages pittoresques.... bref à refaire et à conseiller

Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2017 für 11 Tage dort und haben es genossen, morgens auf der Veranda mit Meerblick zu frühstücken und Abends dort unter Meeresrauschen zu dinieren. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und modern, vor allem aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt zwar ein Geschirrspüler, aber dafür gibt es ja einen Mann :-) Die Wohnung ist bis max 4 Personen ausgelegt. Der Pool war uns in dieser Jahreszeit definitiv zu kalt, aber ihn abends beleuchtet zu sehen, war sehr romantisch. Von jedem der Zimmer kann man auf die Poolseite mit einer dahinter liegenden, strohüberdachten Loggia austreten. Dort befindet sich auch ein kleiner Grill, sowie ein Waschbecken und eine Gaskochstelle sowie ein Essbereich für 4 Personen. Auch eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Aussenbereich. Es gibt genügend Liegen und Stühle auf der Terrasse. Bis zum Meer sind es ca. 5 Minuten, allerdings gibt es dort nur vereinzelt winzige Sandstellen zwischen den Steinen. Ein Spaziergang von ca. 20-30 Minuten benötigt man, um zum Hauptstrand in Marina di Modica zu gelangen, wo es neben einiger Pizzeria´s auch einen "Tante-Emma-Laden" mit einheimischen Erzeugnissen gibt (empfehlenswert: die eingelegten Oliven!). Ein Supermarkt liegt ca. 7 Autominuten entfernt. Dort kann man sehr günstig einkaufen. Ansonsten liegen ca. 13 Km Traumstrände mit Dünen östlich von Marina di Modica (ab Pozzallo), aber auch westlich in Richtung Donnalucata. In der Hauptsaison machen in Marina di Modica wohl viele Italiener Urlaub, ab September wird es ruhig. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen, sie liegt zwar etwas ausserhalb, dafür absolut ruhig.

Beautifully presented apartment

Beautiful spotlessly clean apartment in a quiet area that was more like a small Villa. Our host Andrea was very friendly and efficient we could not have asked for better service. We where greeted by Andrea himself and a lovely selection of local produce. Family members live next door but are in no way intrusive. They maintained the pool daily and even supplied us with gorgeous traditional arancini (homemade). The apartment is well equipped with lots of towels and utensils. We were supplied with an additional camp bed at very little cost and while there is not much storage for clothes the Outdoor area more than makes up for that. The sun loungers and outdoor furniture was very new and made the area very relaxing. The gazebo area is perfect for a sheltered lunchtime and then gets the evening sun for a relaxing cocktail. The area is traditional Sicilian and very few have much English but it was fun trying to communicate. We would recommend hiring a car as the beach and Marina di Modica centre is too far to walk in the heat. The local beach is lovely and not too busy during the week but avoid it on Sundays. There are some activities on the beach paddleboats, banana boat and some sailing however active teenagers may struggle for things to do. There are lots of restaurants to choose from along the marina and some nice pop-up bars worth a try. There is a small market most evenings and it's worth a browse. Trying the Sicilan Granita is a must and highly recommend" Tasta Gelato " on Corso Mediterraneo for breakfast, wonderful flavours and chocolate croissants. Boca Marina is worth a visit also, very reasonably priced and great views over the beach. The apartment is a great base for travelling to Modica and Ragusa which is a must. We travelled to the Etna Land which was great having a water slide section and a theme park together. The water park was quite busy but the best part about it was the theme park which opened after the water park closed. Even in the height of summer it was not busy and you got straight onto the rides. A bit of a drive (2hours approx) but a great day out. We highly recommend and will be back soon. Thank you Andrea.
