Welcome to Sunrise Lake House, where every morning starts with a breathtaking view over Canandaigua Lake. Perfect for families, this spacious Finger Lakes lake home combines luxury, comfort, and plenty of ways to enjoy time together. The open main floor is bright and inviting, with panoramic windows framing stunning lake views. Relax on the wraparound sofa, cook in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and share meals at the dining table that feels almost outdoors thanks to the wall of glass surrounding it.

The main-floor primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct patio access for peaceful mornings by the water. Upstairs, the open loft doubles as a family game room with air hockey and an arcade systemā€”plus two cozy bedrooms (one king, one queen) and a sleeper sofa.

Outside, take the tram down to your 250 feet of private lakefront, perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking up the sunshine. The manicured gardens and quiet setting make it a peaceful retreat after a day exploring nearby wineries, trails, and local favorites like Bristol Mountain or the New York Kitchen.

Located just 15 minutes from downtown Canandaigua and across from Wegmans Organic Farm, Sunrise Lake House offers the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure. Gather the whole family for a stay filled with laughter, sunrise views, and memories you'll treasure long after your vacation ends.

This home has a strict no confetti policy. Please do not use confetti of any kind inside, or outside the home.

**3 Night Minimum stay required May 1 - June 23 and September 11 - October 31.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

Note:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
2. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
3. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.

Amazing Lake house and property

This lake house is absolutely beautiful from the beautifully decorated spacious interior to the incredible outside landscaping and view of the lake. You wake up every morning to a fantastic view of the lake. Communication was great and house was well stocked with essentials. Canā€™t wait to come back again!

Fantastic house!

We loved this place. Great set up for 3 couples to gather for a winter long weekend. We cooked, played games around the dining room table, and watched the Super Bowl. Thehardscaping of the backyard is incredible. One suggestion for winter renters it would be nice to have some throw blankets for hanging out in the living area.

Literal house heave

There was a friend group of five people that need a year to plan any kind of get together. The house had everything and more. The sunrises were amazing over the lake and there was something beautiful to look at our every window. Beds were comfy and house had a cozy feel. Only recommendation would be to upgrade the couch. Definitely has seen a lot of love and gathering over the years. Canā€™t even call it a critique since all five of us were able to nap on it at once after returning from the wine tour. Loved this place and recommend for large parties!

Beautiful lake vacation home

The photos are accurate. The home was clean and comfortable and I canā€™t say enough about the view and the property. We enjoy the outside as much as the inside communication with the property manager was a little on the slow side, but they were very nice and accommodating once we spoke. No complaints. The only downside in the home is that the oven doesnā€™t work all that well. Took forever to roast anything but no problem, we found plenty of great restaurants to enjoy and spent less time cooking and cleaning! The landscaping is gorgeous and the patio and deck in the back is incredible. The view is beautiful all day long, not just the sunrise. And we even got to watch a thunderstorm from the living room. What a treat to just launch my paddleboard right from the dock in front of the house without having to load it in and out of my car. It was wonderful being able to pull up right to the dock in a rented pontoon boat to pick up our family and then drop them off. My grandkids enjoyed playing on the beach with their bubbles and yard toys. They were so sad to leave and took an extra few minutes to say goodbye to the house before we left. The home is spacious and our family was able to spread out, relax, and just enjoy ourselves without getting in each otherā€™s way. There were plenty of toys and games all throughout the house to keep everyone busy. The air hockey table was a real treat! Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful, clean house with great lake view

This property is spacious and well maintained, it looks recently renovated. The kitchen, dining room and living room all look out on the lake. The property is beautifully landscaped. I wish we could have been there in the summer! Unfortunately, we had a rainy/snowy November weekend- but the house was still very cozy and comfortable. It looks exactly like the pictures online.

First stay on Canandaigua Lake

The home and property were beautiful. We really enjoyed the multiple outdoor levels and tram to take you up and down to the dock. The home was very spacious and clean. We did find it inconvenient that the management company does not provide all of the paper towel, toilet paper, and trash bags that would be needed for a group of 8 for 3 nights (have never run into that before in the numerous other listings weā€™ve stayed at).

A lakefront oasis

This is by far one of the best vrboā€™s we have ever stayed in! The house was very clean and spacious. All of the furniture was newer and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the linens werenā€™t dated. The kitchen was fully stocked and it wasnā€™t a bunch of hand me downs - new white plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, appliances, an amazing smoker/grill outside, etc. Even though we didnā€™t have young children, there were games and books and toys. The TV was new and they had a Nintendo loaded with 600 games. And the best for last ā€¦ the location ā€¦ the manicured landscape ā€¦ the view ā€¦ the sunrises. The outdoor space exceeded our expectations. Multiple levels of sitting including a deck, a patio, a boardwalk, a dock, and Adirondackā€™s by the water. We even saw a double rainbow after a short rain. I wish I could attach pictures to the review. Highly recommend this property! We will be back to stayā€¦

Absolutely beautiful home and fabulous time in Canandaigua!!!

We booked this house for a family trip, including 3 siblings, 2 spouses and our 91 year old mother. The house was absolutely fantastic and perfect for our stay. The house is beautiful with a gorgeous view of the lake from every room. The outdoor area was also stunning with beautiful landscaping and seating. The elevator going down to the water was also fantastic. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic and very well appointed. We cooked most of our meals in, so it was perfect. We absolutely loved the house and location, and would love to rent the home again in the future. It's certainly a magical place. The management company was easy to work with and very responsive with any questions while planning this trip. I truly can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this beautiful home. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this stunning home.
