Enjoy the pools (open April 1 through October31) or a direct pool view from your screened porch OR have the “Beach Life” with only a short walk to the ocean which provides endless possibilities of all day fun.

Consider Booking in summer months ( June-Mid August) from Sunday to Sunday, this helps to ensure cleaning is complete before arrival, Saturday is the heaviest travel day in HH**

Beautifully decorated Villa, 2nd floor unit , famous Coligny shopping and the beach an easy short walk away. The walk time is all depending on your party size, age and ability. (For me and our family its 7-8 min. easy walk to beach, with my parents its longer but all easy with dedicated walking path) Also you can access the beach, shopping and Coligny with a quick bike ride! This unit has a fully equipped kitchen including full size washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrella provided along with a rolling cooler & beach buggy to get all your things there! Enjoy a cold drink and the pool views off the screened in porch! Walk to one of 3 pools,[ open April 1-October 31] one of which is directly behind your get away home! First come first serve tennis court on property. Golfing is abundant with Shipyard and Sea Pines only a 5 min. drive away. Come see for yourself and relax at your new home away from home. You will fall in love with everything that it has to offer-just as we did!

WE STRONGLY ADVISE purchasing inexpensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected event such as sickness, weather, accident etc.. to be able to plan travel without worry of losing any money on your much needed vacation if you needed to cancel.

2 Car Parking passes only are allowed per villa. Parking passes are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We would like to respect all of our neighbors, Sound carries :) Quite hours 10PM - 8AM, strictly enforced due to full time residents.
Pool Hours are from 9am-9pm strictly enforced, the pool is not heated and is closed to swimming Nov-March. No hanging towels on front door balcony.
Only small shovels on beach, fill in all holes when leaving due to sea turtles laying eggs and hatching. Do not remove live sea creatures. Love HHI!

We had an incredible stay! Even better than what’s depicted in the photos. Three fantastic bedrooms and 3 large bathrooms. Loved the screened in porch. Perfect spot to sit and read in the evening. All the beach accessories were a great addition - quick/easy paved walk to the beach. Having washer/dryer in the unit was a plus!

Another perfect stay

Perfect Summer Vacay

Took four teens to HHI and they loved it. The house overlooks the pool. The balcony is great for morning coffee and reading. All of the kids had ample space for bathrooms and sleeping. Easy accommodations for bike rental drop off and pickups, close to Public and Walmart. Right on the bike trails, which are not lit at night for anyone on them! But a five-minute bike ride away from Coligny Beach, which was a true Southern joy. The property is two minutes from Sea Pines and lots of local shops and restaurants. We definitely recommend this location! Wonderful accommodations for those who want to get the family out or just cook in and have a movie night! Also—they have absolutely everything you could need for a beach trip! 10/10 — would recommend!

Beautiful Home!

We stayed with our adult children (6 adults in total). Was wonderful we all had separate bedrooms and baths. Beach was an easy walk. Would totally recommend!

Great condo close to shops & restaurants

Great condo, great location, place was clean & host was wonderful too… Walk to beach is short but a little bit too much for my kiddos to walk with all our gear so we wound up driving, but there was a public lot with free parking right at Coligny Beach, so very convenient.

Amazing Location and Beautiful Home

We celebrated my 60th birthday and this home was perfect. We were amazed at all the.little touches, and everytime we went to look for things they were already providedright down to even batteries for the remote. The Villa was VERY clean and beautiful decor. 4 minute drive to the beach, restaurants and great shopping. Wonderful vacation, will definitely consider again. Thank you for the wonderful accomodations and great communication Lisa.

Beautiful renovated townhome in a great location

We loved our stay. The townhome appeared to be recently renovated. It was gorgeous and clean, and came equipped with everything that you could possibly need, especially in the kitchen. It is clear that the owners take pride in the home, and it did not seem like a rental, but rather a home. The screened in porch was so nice to have in the evenings, and because we have children, we loved being right near the pool. It was roughly a 7-10 minute walk to the beach, not bad at all. We certainly plan on returning!

Wonderful Stay September '24

The vacation condo was exactly as pictured and clean. Kitchen was well appointed with appliances and some pantry staples. The furnishings were nicely maintained. The condo had beautiful art pieces anyone would love in a home. Ceiling fans in all common rooms including the porch kept everyone comfortable. There is also a nice assortment of beach supplies (cooler, chairs, buggy, floats, and toys etc...) in the closet. Location is perfect. The area was skirted by Hurricane Helene. A tree fell leaning on the roof of our unit. Thankfully there was no damage to the condo roof. We reached out to Lisa, she responded immediately and the HOA maintenance for the community were onsite within hours and the tree was removed. This did not delay or interrupt our trip at all. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be a repeat guest in the future. Thanks Lisa!

Fall Break

We had a wonderful time during our trip to HHI! The unit was spotless and more than enough space for my husband, myself, and our 9 & 6 year old. The kitchen was fully equipped and I loved having access to a washer/dryer. The entry closet is packed with beach chairs and a wagon which were so helpful. The walk to the beach is exactly as described and was no trouble at all for our group. We also enjoyed the screened in porch and drank our coffee out there most mornings. I wasn’t overly impressed with the pool - the size was fine but it didn’t seem to have been maintained while we were there. Lots of leaves in the water and on the pool deck and the pool chairs weren’t clean either. That being said my kids could have cared less and enjoyed swimming in the pool after visiting the beach - may have just been because we were there in the off season. The condo itself is lovely and ideally situated and seemed close to everything. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, family friendly place to stay on HHI near the beach!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed. We LOVED the screened porch and spent many hours enjoying it!! Only issue was resolved within hours of reporting. It would be helpful to note that the property is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Difficult for those who have mobility issues.

Such a great time!

With this being our first time to HHI, it was definitely very enjoyable being so close to the beach. The place was just as described. We were able to walk to the beach with no issues. The host was very responsive and had a lot of information laid out in a folder. Definitely will be staying here again.

Fantastic Condo!

The condo was spacious, clean and updated. Fully stocked kitchen and sand equipment and chairs/umbrellas. It was located right next to the pool. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive. We plan to stay here next year!

Graduation Celebration

We chose to celebrate our son’s high school graduation with a trip to HHI so he could golf all he wanted. Our family of 5 enjoyed ourselves so much this last week, we are already wanting to come back. I cannot say enough kind words about Lisa’s accommodations. Her place is so clean, organized and beautiful!!! We had absolutely everything we needed for a family of 5. Our graduating son felt quite special with his own space upstairs. The porch was perfect for early mornings and the kitchen had everything we could need for cooking meals. The location was perfect and riding our bikes on the beach was one of our favorite things to do. I cannot thank Lisa enough for sharing her home with us so that we could make amazing family memories. We cannot wait to be back and stay at this beautiful place again.

Clean and convenient

We just left the property after a 1 week stay. The condo was very clean and well equipped. I loved the extra touches like extension cords/fans etc and the beach equipment that was available. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. I only had one time I needed to communicate with the owner and she was very responsive. A few notes - we did travel with my older mother who does not have an easy time walking. I don’t know that we’d stay here again with her. It’s about 200 feet from the parking lot and up a flight of stairs to get into the unit. (Which, is very much not the fault of the owners and was somewhat clear in the listing. Just something future renters may want to know). It took the rest of us about 15 min (with small kids 3-7) to walk to the beach which is pretty reasonable. It’s almost exactly 1 mile walking to get to Coligny Plaza. The beach wagon in the rental made that very possible and we were so happy to have it available! Thr screened in porch is really comfortable - a nice place to sit and you can easily see the pool. The pool is close to the condo and was clean and the temperature was comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Fantastic stay for our girls' birthday celebration

This property exceeded our expectations. It was decorated to the nines and thoughtfully stocked. Lisa was a fantastic and communicative host and her instructions about the hike and area were extremely helpful. The location is excellent, quiet and relaxing but close to the beach and shopping. We would love to return to this beautiful home and beautiful Hilton head!

Spring Break Trip
