This beautiful, three bedroom house has every comfort and upscale amenity you want (including a private pool, OUTDOOR JACUZZI and tiki bar) for an incredible, unforgettable vacation! (All on one floor and no steps to climb!) Two master bedrooms, each with unbelievably comfortable king mattresses! (Both mattresses over $2500.!) We own a furniture and mattress store on the island, and pay particular attention to ultimate comfort for the ultimate vacation! The third bedroom has two fabulous twin beds. (It is a daybed and the pop up bed can be put at regular bed height and locked. Both twin mattresses are very comfortable.)
There is a beautiful comfy Four Seasons sofa and loveseat in the living room and a big comfy recliner for Dad!

Our home is professionally decorated and fully-equipped. It is less than 1/2 a mile from the beach, (easy, short bike ride) Or, only one mile up the road is the brand new renovated Sea Pines Beach Club, with bathroom facilities, parking, food, drink and live music! OR spend the afternoon by your completely private heated pool (extra charge to heat the pool), with tiki bar and jacuzzi! Eating in? We have a well equipped, modern kitchen, large dining room with a view of the pool, or eat out by the pool with the lush tropical setting!

Dining out? Hilton Head has everything from fast food to five star restaurants! There is much to do here or stay in and watch DVD’s (we have a nice selection) on the large high definition flatscreen TV (cable with Showtime AND TIVO!)

We provide all of the little extras that make your vacation a joy and hasslefree! (Like bikes, beach chairs, and high speed wireless internet.. if you MUST!)
There is a jacuzzi tub in the second bathroom, in addition to the outdoor jacuzzi! Lots of backyard ambience and fun to be had, whether you are a couple or a couple of friends!

Home away from home

Vacationed here 13 years ago in this very house for our honeymoon. MJ has such a lovely home that was perfect for our family of 4, in a FANTASTIC spot in Sea Pines so close to everything.

Great, well equipped house. The pool and hot were an added bonus. Very close to lot 8 to catch the trolley to the Beach Club.

This is a great place! We loved the location as well as the pool/spa and bikes ready for our use. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for meal prep and serving. MJ was a wonderful host and always available and helpful when needed.

Great Time!

Our stay in Sea Pines was great. We biked the nature trails, enjoyed the local gardens and the beach. The cottage was welcoming and comfortable. Hosts were attentive. Great location too! Easy access to all attractions.

Overall good

Owner is great. Property is very nice. Pool and hot tub onsite was a plus. Everything you need is included. A couple small issues with things that didn't work but did not detract from a nice vacation.

Sea Pines

Nice location. Some of the usual expected items for this price point were not what I usually encounter. There were 2 dish towels for a week, 2 hot tub towels for 4 people and when I asked for more I was told it was a mistake that those were not even supposed to be there there and that guests were to provide their own. 4 personal bath towels for a house that is supposed to sleep 6, 5 dish washer pods for the week that we rationed, a tiny bottle of cheep dish soap, ran out of toilet paper on the day we left. We replaced the dried out salt and pepper and rancid olive oil. A bike was missing and they did get it to us by the 3rd day. You are supposed to bungee cord lock the garbage cans or you will get a fine for a mess, could not locate these bungee cords. Just not the feel of other VRBO's where you know you and the house are well taken care of. Looks like past reviews with same type of comments were told that owners only provide a "starter pack" for supplies and that you need to provide your own when you stay. Just used to the Cosco size container of dishwasher pods for use. I should have read more reviews. My bad. It was adequate. Not a wow.

Sea Pines near beach

Thank you MJ, what a fabulous hostess! Yes everything everyone's saying in these reviews: Great pool, hot tub/spa, bikes, beach chairs, clean house. Superior service as MJ coordinated with us to get pool heat. This time of year slightly cooler. I forgot to write things in the guest book of suggestions of things to do. Yes the Sea Pines bike trails, pool, hot tub, beach, Harbourtown Light House and shops, Coligny Plaza Shops, golf and mini golfing, the French Bakery in Shelter Cove. For restaurants, Frasier's is near the house with golf course view, pretty reasonable pricing for higher end food. Lowcountry Backyard was great southern food and moonshine, southern drinks and eats. Great unique shopping at Coligny Plaza. Also there, several homemade ice cream shops with creative flavors. The bikes and beach chairs available by the owners were a huge plus. Six minute or so drive to downtown groceries, shopping, restaraunts. Overall, a fantastic home and location!

Fantastic location, all inclusive neighborhood

Very quiet neighborhood, restaurants, beach,grocery store and more. All located within a bike ride, trolley ride or car in a 5 mile radius. It was very nice to have the plunge pool to cool off in after returning from the beach or daily activities. *heads up* The dryer was only issue. It did take hours to dry 2-3 towels. There was a message from owner/housekeeping to minimize the amount of clothes. Even then it still took a long time to dry. However this did not ruin our trip at all. The outdoors worked just fine to dry towels! Would definitely return. Decorated beautifully and description online is exactly what we experienced. Thank you!

Family Vacation

The property was very clean and well equipped. We took advantage of the shuttle to the beach since the parking lot was so close. Property manager/owners were very responsive. Owners providing beach chairs was a big plus. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Home in Sea Pines

This is our second time visiting HHI and first staying with MJ. Her home was perfect for our stay and included everything for a great vacation. The location is ideal and only a quick bike to the beach, Salty Dog or Coligny. We loved the small pool to help cool off and the outdoor lights was a nice touch. There were 4 beach chairs and bikes available for use. One of the bikes had a flat tire, but MJ was very responsive to get it repaired within a couple days. She even dropped off another bike to use in the meantime! Thank you for the memorable vacation and we look forward to staying with you again!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!! Private, Clean & in paradise!

My family and I absolutely LOVED it here!!! This was our second time to Hilton Head. First time we stayed in Palmetto Dunes. So, that also makes this our first time in Sea Pines. WOW! As I expected, we liked Sea Pines a lot more. It's much more spread out, so more trees, wildlife, privacy and explorations! There are many ways to get to the beach from here: walk, bike, trolly, (drive in evenings or very early am). We drove to "Lot #8", which was about 1/2 mile away and parked, then rode the trolly (which my kids loved). Hardly any wait for the trolly and it takes you and picks you up right from the beach club! The house is perfect! The beds really are amazing! Very rarely do we sleep well away from home but we slept great here! The master bath shower was clean and had good water pressure. Our younger two kids shared the other bedroom with the king bed, which worked great. Our older two kids slept in the smaller room which had a daybed and pull out trundle. All four kids slept well, so no issues. There is also a pullout bed from the couch in the living room but we didn't use it. Furniture was all extremely comfortable, esp for a vacation home. My kids favorite part was having their own pool! After coming back from the ocean, rinsing off, they'd swim for a few more hours! My wife and I would relax, read or get in the hot tub while they swam. The pool is small but my kids didn't mind at all! Actually it was great cause my 7 year old could almost be in it without a floaty. 😀🏊‍♂️

Scenic Area

This house is in the middle of a forest. If you didn't know the ocean is a 5-minute bike ride away, you wouldn't know that you are at the beach. There are huge trees that create a canopy over the whole neighborhood, so there is plenty of natural shade. We had two geckos that patrolled the pool area of the house and ate any bugs that they spotted. The property is very private in the back, as the yard has a fence. Behind the fence, there is dense bamboo that goes up about 25 feet to provide further privacy. The house offers many amenities - 4 bikes that I did not have to pay separately to rent, a hot tub, a small in-ground pool, a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower, to name a few. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen has everything that we needed for cooking, along with spices. They also provided starter supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo. The host was very responsive. We had a minor issue with one of the bikes. It had a flat tire. They sent someone the next day and their service changed both the front and the back tires and brought the bike back within hours. The location is fantastic. We were within minutes of 4 different food stores, restaurants for any kind of food you might want. We lived on the bikes, as there are dedicated bike paths through the whole community. We went to Savannah, GA for a trip and it was less than an hour by car. We had a great time and highly recommend this house and this host. You will not regret it.

Relaxing Week

We would rate our stay 4.5 overall. The house was fine, close to the beach and restaurants, but there is one bathroom light switch that needs to be fixed and all switches and fans definitely need to be labeled. Also, be sure to bring toilet paper, soap, and facial tissue; what is provided is not enough for a week. If you drink coffee, you’ll need to bring your own pods, as there is a machine, but no assortment of pods, as we’ve had in other places we’ve stayed.

Sea Pines Delight

House was great, location was perfect. Pool and hot tub were used each and every day of our stay. We also used the bikes for most of our travel. Can’t wait to make a return visit!!

Loved this Property

This property was well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possible need. The owner MJ was very quick to respond to my call I was unable to access my email for entry instructions' and was very caring and pleasant to talk too. We will diffidently want to book again on our next visit to Hilton Head.

Great spot

The property was clean and well taken care of. MJ was responsive when pool needed to be cleaned after a storm. The house has everything you need - didn’t know their was a grill which was a bonus. Good location. Having 4 bikes was great too. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We have furniture/bedding stores here locally, and stay on top of design, comfort and quality. We've had rental properties for over 25 years, and that's how we travel, personally. We love staying in homes rather than the sterility of a hotel room. We are very picky in choosing where we stay....so we make sure our rental home is top notch! (Check out our previous guest comments....we get rave reviews! ALWAYS check out previous guest comments before you rent. It tells volumes! Also be sure to check that those comments are current.)
We do our best to make our home a five star vacation home, and we love our renters!
There is no better beach than Hilton Head, and our little slice of heaven is ideally located, priced excellently, and well....just fabulous! Come visit us!

Sea Pines has always been our first choice. It is the essence of Hilton Head, and has everything you want, from great beach, the Forest Preserve with fishing and trail rides, Harbortown and all it's wonderment, casual dining to 5 star dining, and South Beach with live entertainment! There's also the horse stable with petting zoo and tons of bike trails. It's all here! You can park your car and reach everything by bike. Lawton Woods is dead smack in the middle of it and we love it all!

The unique benefits of our home are many! We have a totally private back yard, that is jungle-like beyond our fence...and inside our fence you have your own private pool, with four lounge chairs, and four dining chairs and dining table (with umbrella), a tiki bar next to the outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue grill, beach chairs and bikes!
Inside, it's all on one floor...no steps to climb. Well layed out, beautifully decorated, and well equipped, with nohing left to chance. If we find a need or want, we fill it! We spend as much time here as we can!
