Oceanviews to amaze you! Stay in our luxurious top of the line vacation home!

Watch dolphins play and hear the sound of the ocean all from your private deck! You can't get any closer to the ocean! This beach front home offers a heated pool* with ocean views. The charming home has an open concept which includes a cottage style dining table with six chairs (other seating available) an open bar with five stools, great room with glass front overlooking the deck, pool, and ocean.

The smoke-free home is decorated in a 'pottery barn' style with leather sofas (one being a queen sized pull-out bed), cathedral ceilings and a first floor master bedroom suite with private deck with ocean views has a huge master bath, jacuzzi tub and separate shower. New remodeling in kitchen, including flooring and cabinetry.

The two upstairs bedrooms one with a queen and one with two double beds include ocean front balconies and NEWLY RENOVATED private baths with tub and shower. Owners insure the home is freshly painted and immaculate. This lovely home is sure to please! Season rates vary from calendar.

*Pool heat is available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

MONTHLY RATES AVAILABLE - Rates include ALL taxes & fees EXCEPT pool heat. Additional refundable damage deposit is required.

Great house and great location. The pool is amazing but I would recommend the depth being displayed somewhere and on the listing for safety reasons. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Heavenly Hilton Head

Overall, my family (6 adults and 1 child 2 infants) had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. The house has a great layout for families with open kitchen and living area. The pool was great after being at beach all day. Just beware of bees and wasps. Two of us got stung. The views are amazing and closeness to beach a great perk. House is in need of a few updates. But nothing that will ruin your stay.

Beachfront Getaway

Our first impression when we walked through the front door was "WOW" and our last impression when we left was "WOW". The home, the pool and the beach were all incredible. We would recommend this property with 5 stars.

Great Spot

House was great. Location was great. Pool was great. Weather was great. Robby was quick to respond when we had questions. Everything was so great we booked it again for next year.

Gorgeous Home !!!!

This home has it all, the views are gorgeous from all angles of the home. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great family getaway. The bike trails were amazing and the house was fully stocked with all items we needed!!!! Highly, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway or vacation!!!!

Perfect location!

We rented for spring break with 2 families…4 adults and 5 kids (ages 8 and under). We wanted the heated pool and ocean to keep the kids busy and the super short and private walk to the ocean was perfect. The house was at the end of the road so it was very quiet and private. We walked with the kids to Coligny Plaza, which was only 1.5 miles. Tons of shopping, outdoor restaurants, play area and ice cream places for everyone! Island Getaways was easy to get a hold of and so was Robby, the owner. They took care of any issue as soon as they could! Overall it was the perfect location for our trip and we look forward to renting from Robby again!

Review of 7 Roadrunner Lane

We really enjoyed our stay. The location cannot be beat. Just steps from the ocean. The property was clean and in great shape. Robby responded to questions before our stay very quickly. During our stay, the air conditioning broke, but was fixed within a few hours of us calling the property manager. I highly recommend the property.

Amazing location, great stay

This property's location and amenities are fantastic. The beds are fantastic and the beach views from every room really take advantage of the location. The only downside is the swimming pool needs some upkeep. It looked pretty dingy with lots of paint peeling. That didn't stop us from taking a dip but we didn't end up using the pool as much as we originally anticipated.

Great House and Location

Our family had a great vacation. This was our first time renting a house (normally go with Condos). Michelle (property manager) was wonderful to work with. We had a few glitches (grill ran out of gas and pool was not warm enough) Michelle was right on it. Island Getaways was great as well. We LOVE Hilton Head and we will be back to rent this house again.

Amazing vacation!

This is a phenomenal property! It is literally 10 steps from the sand and the proximity to Coligny and other shops and restaurants allowed us to maximize our time in the pool and at the beach. The property owner Robby is extremely communicative and helpful. I read some of the other comments about the property being older and not as clean as expected, but we didn't experience that at all. We travel frequently and this is without question a property we will return to. Thank you Robby, it was a fabulous week!

Relaxing, AMAZING views!

We stayed for a week at this beach house. Kathy made the booking process very easy and was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the property leading up to our trip. The house itself was very clean and in great condition. The bathrooms especially have obviously been recently updated, beautiful finishes! The views from this home are breathtaking, the pictures really do not do it justice. OCEAN VIEW from EACH bedroom!!!!! The pool is a great size and awesome to have when you get tired of the sand. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Great Spring Break

From the moment we walked in we knew this house was going to be perfect. We had 4 adults and 3 boys stay together and the layout worked great. It was amazing to sit on the back patio and be able to see the ocean, watch the kids play and have amazing privacy. The only (very tiny issue) was that there was an odd noise at night that sounded like a ball bouncing every so often. Never during the day. We couldn't figure it out. Dishwasher worked but not great... Truly minor issues given the location (direct beach access that is private), amazing beach, super quiet street with easy access to stores if needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Vacation Property

This was one of the best beach vacations we have “ever” experienced. The property location was within minutes of the grocery stores, shops and restaurants. It is on a dead end street for privacy. The house was amazing. Many amenities were included that were not listed, examples, a second refrigerator is located in the laundry room, the master bedroom has a double shower stall (huge). The personal pool was a game changer. With the additional overhang always allows you to get out of the Sun. Plenty of lay down chairs. The house was very clean. Very well stocked kitchen. We had dealings with the on site Property Management Company several times. They took care of the situations immediately, very impressed! Would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an excellent vacation experience!

NO ONE HAS EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT! REALLY??

Why have there been no reviews of this home since 2012? The home is extremely dated - and the carpet is so nasty we put towels on the floors in the bedrooms and bathrooms (why is carpet even in the bathroom?!) The BBQ grill was a fire waiting to happen - owners did have a new one delivered- their standard answer to everything is "no one has ever complained about that"! The TVs didn't work - we called the cable co. and got them up and running - your welcome. The pool needs to be re-vamped. Very disappointed as this was our annual family trip - definitely not worth the $$$$

Lovely Property with beautiful views in an excellent location.

We absolutely loved staying in this house. It was bright, spacious, and the views were outstanding. The furniture was comfortable, especially in the family room and kitchen. We loved being steps from the beach and being able to set up on the beach but return to the house for snacks and bathroom access. I liked how it was at the end of the street and that nobody came down to where we were unless they had a reason to. Every bedroom had a balcony and we could enjoy views and sounds of the beach no matter the time of day. The kitchen table was perfectly sized for us to sit together and eat and play games. The extra refrigerator in the laundry room was very helpful. We would absolutely stay there again in the future. The only problem with the property is that it is in desperate need of a deep clean in the kitchen. The dishwasher is full of mildew, so even after washing the dishes in the dishwasher, they came out smelling funky. Every dish I pulled out of the cabinets was dirty smelling or covered in some sort of film or junk. The refrigerator made a terrible humming noise the entire time we were there, and even though it had the fastest ice maker in the east, it really needs to be replaced as well as the dishwasher. There were dead bugs on one of the trays sitting on the island and we had a problem with gnats the entire time we were there. The silverware was all dirty too. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, but the kitchen was just awful.
