Relax in Paradise on St. Croix's North Shore - Cane Bay!

Listen to the soft rustle of palms and feel the caress of an island breeze as you sip morning coffee or drink sunset libations. The symphony of waves will lull you to sleep as you relax on the seaside veranda.

Bit O Paradise sits on St. Croix's famous north shore and is surrounded by stunning views of the Caribbean Sea near Cane Bay. Historic Christiansted, with its many shops and outside dining restaurants is just a 15 minute drive. Most days, you won't want to leave home - any why should you? Relax the day away by the Villa's lovely pool located sea side.

Your back yard view is the sea, and the turquoise Caribbean waters are amazing! Although the sea at the Villa is a bit rocky and mainly surrounded by iron shore/coral, there is a beautiful swimming, snorkeling and diving beach (Cane Bay Beach) just a half mile down the road. You can go into the water at the Villa, but its shallow for a while and the currents can get rough.
The Villa sleeps 10 people (up to a max of 8 adults, since two beds are bunk beds and top bunks are for children only).

Cane Bay Beach is only a half mile down the road and St. Croix's 'Wall' is only 200 yards off the shore - a world renowned SCUBA diving site!

Washer and dryer are available, however they are in a room that is in process of being renovated. It is a separate door and room from the rest of the house, and the current condition of this room does not affect any other part of the property.

***No backup power or generator service is included with this rental. In the event that there is a generator on property, and in the event it is functioning properly, it's use is purely incidental and not guaranteed. Any power outage in the area of the Villa may result in food spoilage and / or loss of use of window A/C units, toilets, showers, etc, all of which are also at the risk of the renter.***

Electricity is at a premium on the island, so please be aware of air conditioning settings and other electric usage. The total rental amount includes 50 kilowatt hours “kWh” of electricity usage per rental night. Any electricity amount in excess of (50 kWh * # of nights rented) will be deducted from the Security Deposit and charged at $0.50 per additional kWh over (50 kWh * # of nights rented), which will be measured at check in and check out via a reading of the Villa’s electric meter. As a note, only 2% of renters have ever gone over this allotment, so its enough to cover a comfortable week on island!
