This is a place to reconnect with nature, yourself and family. A home designed for entertaining, 2 primary bedrooms, 2 guest bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 6” floor mattresses. 10 guests allowed inside house. One of bedrooms has a jacuzzi tub and the hall bathroom has a Japanese soaking tub.and the other master has ocean view, a settee and en-suite bathroom . Fully equipped kitchen and a solarium for dining. There is hot tub and fire pit and small BBQ (wood and briquettes provided). A lovely flagstone patio surrounded by an succulents designed ocean floor . Everywhere you look art and nature treats you to property visual delight. No dditional cleaning fee
Located on 5 acres adjacent to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. There is a hot tub and a fire pit area. A beautiful quartz flagstone patio for ocean viewing surrounded by a succulent garden in the theme of an ocean floor. There is rugged path down to private cove for bonfires, exploring and fishing. Camping /RV and pets allowed for fee. Property manager lives on site, separate driveway.
Also a studio at back of garage.

RV and Campers welcome for additional fee. $55 per person per. stay. Pet friendly additional fee of $65 each pet. Extra people and camping need to be discussed in advance. There might need to rent Porta potties.

Amplified music outside curfew 10pm

There is a 20KW generator in case of power outages.
20' sunken living room and 16’ Dining room/solarium. The private cove is ready for a bonfire on the beach. There is a fire pit and hot tub, room for camping . There is access to beach rock fishing and abalone cove. Adjacent to the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens. Perfect place for bird and whale watching from the bluffs. Watch the sunsets from a driftwood chair. There is fire pit area and a hot tub deck located away from the house.

Parties additional fee to be discussed in advance
Wedding/Special Events venue fee additional booked separately with 3 day minimum required . Any type of party or gathering has to be discussed and subject to additional fee.
. RVs, trailers and tents allowed. There is a charge of $55 per person, per stay. Booked separately. Per Pet $65.
