Knutson & Associates Property Management is so proud to be representing this absolutely breathtaking ground floor unit in building 4. Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice a large open, fully remodeled kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops. Fully Equipped with cookware, dish ware & all appliances you'll need.

The Open Living Room Room Walks out onto a spacious lanai which fronts the water, being Direct Oceanfront. Listen to the waves crashing from your little oasis!

Tiled throughout, this spacious floor plan is incredibly unique with special features that many units at Surf & Racquet Club do not have.
The Master Bathroom has a large soaking tub, with its own walk in shower as well!
Louver jalousie windows allow cool air to pass through the space if you need. Both Bedrooms in the Front & Back have comfortable King Sized Beds.

Direct oceanfront views from Living Room & Master Bedroom! You can comfortably sleep 4 people total in this 1170 square foot luxury condominium.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to.

The unit overall was great, we especially loved being able to hear the ocean while falling asleep. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked with the basics, which made our stay comfortable. We did run into a minor plumbing issue, but the property managers were responsive and resolved it during our stay, which we appreciated.One thing to keep in mind is the location. You’ll likely need to drive for most activities, including beaches, dining, and coffee. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us, we found ourselves wishing the condo was a bit closer to some of the areas we preferred to spend time in.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a positive experience with the unit itself.

Many guests specifically choose this area for the quieter oceanfront atmosphere away from the busier resort zones, though we certainly understand that depending on preferred activities and dining spots, some driving around the island is often part of the Big Island experience. Beautiful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was ideal, especially the back patio where you could sit/lay and watch/listen to the ocean. The kitchen was relatively well stocked with dishes. The pool access was a bonus.

We loved our stay, very nice opening doors while we sleep to hear the ocean and enjoy coffee on in the morning! Clean and stocked. Only complaint was the washing machine left our clothes super smelly.. just needs a good cleaning I think.

Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't beat the view from this condo! The unit was nicely decorated and well equipped and the AC was essential to our stay. The Surf and Racquet Club is a short drive from Kona and walking distance to a decent snorkeling beach. There's also a shopping center just minutes away which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoy our 12 nights stayed ,, I Love everything about the property, i like the view, air conditioned works really WELL,all the kitchen utensils are awesome,and even a lot of SPICES that u can use to cook,, this property is very for me is A 5 STAR,, I WILL COME BACK AGAIN...

Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice, the only complaints I would have would be the sliding glass door did not function at all in the bedroom and only partially working in the living room. Also there was no designated guest parking spot for this unit, so if the two visitor spots were taken, it could be a bit of a walk. Loved the unit though!

Stay in Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are deciding to book a stay in Kona, close your eyes and book this place. We had a wonderful baby moon in this oceanfront property and would love to stay here again. We had everything we needed and more. It is very close to some nice beaches, magic sands beach being our favorite. The property was equipped with necessary beach gear and had a fully equipped kitchen. They also had some basic kitchen condiments and made it easy for us to shop and cook our own meals. Extremely satisfied with the stay and highly recommend to everyone, including elders and kids.
