Vista Verde - Vacation Rentals by Five Star Properties

“Vista Verde”….Green sprawling views abound as soon as you take your first step into this 2-bedroom 2-bath upgraded Hilton Head condo rental at Plantation Club villa. All this, just a short walk to the beach!

The kitchen is fully remodeled and appointed with new stainless steel appliances, Granite counter tops, and high end, self-closing cabinetry. An open floor plan offers golf views from the kitchen, dining, and living room. The dining room has a high top bar table with seating for 8. The beautifully furnished living room features a pull out couch and additional seating, all of which overlooks the greens. There's also a private balcony to fully enjoy your own private “Vista Verde”.

The master bedroom features a king bed and continues the coastal theme with soft blues and beige.

The guest bedroom has a queen bed, large closet space, and is tastefully decorated also in a coastal theme

Plantation Club is located next to the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point Clubhouse which is just across the street from the Sea Pines Beach Club. Enjoy a quick walk from your villa to the beach! You're just 250 yards from all the amenities that Plantation Club Villas has to offer!

The villa is completely tiled in a warm beige and is very welcoming all overlooking the #9 fairway of Sea Pines' Atlantic Dunes Course. Come to "Vista Verde", sit back and enjoy!

POOR1. Most outlets did not work; 2) bathroom exhaust fans interconnected but no outside vent; 3) dirty dishes in cabinets; 4) when stripped bedding, urine & blood stains on mattress cover; 5) no detailed instructions on how to operate TVs; 6) TV remtes did not work due dead batteries; 7) one TV had to be replaced as it did not work at all; 8) text response by property mgmt was nonexistent and my followup by phone was met with corresponding poor response; 9) iron excreted more water on clothes than steam; 10) no instructions on protocals for reserving chairs and umbrellas if not supplying own; 11) bathrooms stayed humid had to run fan continuously for even the washcloth to dry overnight; 12) throw in basket in living room was smelly; 13) sister who has a keen sense of smell, complained of urine smell in her dressing area and bedroom; 14) dresser draws has a strong offensive odor; and 15) overall, place could have used a thorough cleaning from top tp bottom and anything that could have been washed should have.

Great location but needs updating

The location of this unit is great! Nice view of the golf course and easy walk or ride to the beach and several restaurants. My biggest complaint is the washing machine because it smelled horrible! I only used it to clean beach towels because I didn't want my other clothes to smell. Ice maker works but will not dispense without getting stuck. Overall, everything was pretty clean, just musty smelling. The air conditioning units are extremely loud outside of the unit but not really too bad from inside. I really appreciated all the starter supplies when we checked in! Very generous-tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, dish soap and so on. Check in procedure was easy. I was surprised when the door code stopped working around 8am the day of check out. Thankfully, my husband was still inside the unit so I could get in when I was locked out while loading the car.

We have visited HH many times and have always stayed at the same place. I was a little nervous this time booking with a different rental. I was relieved when I opened the door and saw the condo. It was the perfect place for us. The things important to this grandma are cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. This rental met my standards in all 3 categories. I will be booking here again.

you would not like

Very old furniture, place smelled bad, no way to operate TV's and no direction, they shut down the key before way before 10 AM. Lucky that Meredith was at property office or we have missed our plane, bad view hidden by trees. They increased price by a lot.

Could use some attention. Water in fridge wouldnt work. Ice maker was frozen, had to thaw out. Several light bulbs burned out. Incinkerator is ready to blow up. Bathroom curtain rods are rusty, if you put a towel on them to dry they turn orange/rusty. Perfect location Walking paths, bike paths, golf course,beach,restaurant,bike rental.pool. All within walking distance.

Not Stunning

Unit is described as "stunning ". It is not. Condo was clean and in a good location, but the unit is showing its' age (old pillows, rusted patio door/holes in screen, shower rod rusted.) Unit is also on the second floor and the view of the golf course is obstructed.

Amazing week

The property was very nicely decorated, and everything was very clean. We had one issue with the cable, but management came right over and helped us fix it. We would definitely go back.

Great property!

Only a 5 minute bike ride to the beach! Right by the pool. Everything was well kept and clean. Highly recommend.

Quiet, private, safe and serene

Pros -- Sea Pines! Sea pines beach. All-inclusive, pool use, beach proximity. Nice decor Cons -- Bathroom sizes (master was comically small), Low ceilings, more than 1 gate pass costs $, pool code wasn't obvious in welcome packet but prop mgmt returned our call quickly, renovations were being done in the unit above us with power tools during daytime Overall -- a nice 2br condo in the heart of SP. about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach club, ample parking, fair value.

Great visit

Very comfortable great location and excellent responsiveness when (minor) issues needed resolving such as replacing a number of burned out light bulbs and getting us back into the condo when the code we had been using for a few days decided to not accept the code. I only mention this to brag about the responsiveness of the property managers.

The air vents are dirty - need to be cleaned. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location. Close to beach, sea pines center, etc. Enjoyed our stay.

Cute condo

The condo was in a great location with immediate bike path access. It was well lit at night and quiet. The view of the golf course was nice and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. The interior and decor is a little outdated and some of the lights need attention as they did not work or flickered when turned on. Regardless, we had a great vacation.

Property was so so, needs a lot of painting, the vents were filthy, the rods in the bathroom were rusted and needs replacing. The screen was off the track, husband put it back on, plus the screen had a lathe bandage over the hole. Had to replace batteries in the wall clock. Vacuum cleaner was broken. Key code was deactivated before check out time. Dogs barking constantly, people upstairs made a lot of noise in the unit above us when we arrived elevator out of order. Finally fixed Monday we checked in on a Thursday. Owner really needs to replace coffee maker and a few other things. Light switches in kitchen didn’t work at all.

Great location

There were little things that needed fixing that could have made it look better and bumped my rating from a 4 to 5. For instance, the fan in the bathroom was rusty and had black spots mold all around it, the curtain rod was rusty, and they seem like such easy fixes. The location was fantastic, very close to the pool and a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Had one Colin because the batteries died on the remote control and within 20 minutes. I had replacement batteries. Very easy to rent and check in and check out.

Great View

The golf course view is fabulous, my husband really enjoyed it the most! The unit is very spacious, with plenty of room to move around and not feel closed in, and having a utility room with a washer and dryer is a bonus! We were comfortable the entire stay! You are just a few short minutes from beach access as well. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again!!

Sea Pines

The area was beautiful however location and access to the beach was difficult. There are alot of private beaches in the area with restrictioned access. Coliqney Beach was a public beach however we had to walk a literal mile to it due to limited parking. The room was clean and stocked well with plates, glasses, and appliances. Lots of shopping centers and places to eat. Beautiful landscaping.

Excellent Location

This is the 5th week we have stayed in this condo. With 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms it's perfect for 2 couples. It's right on the bike trail with a 5 minute ride to the beach. We also enjoy the pool with its partially shaded deck.

Wonderful stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property!! It was clean, wonderful layout, and had just what we needed. We did have fewer towels the first night but after sending a quick email to the property manager, within a few hours, we had all the towels we needed! Our family would definitely stay there again! :)
