This is a family-oriented condo. We do not rent this unit for bachelor or bachelorette parties. You also must be 25 or older to book.
Dolphin Point condos are located directly on the Destin Harbor. There's 5 acres of beautiful, landscaped grounds. There are tennis courts and pickle ball courts for your use. The beautiful pool is always refreshing and inviting. It is heated in the winter starting during our spring break months.
We have several areas for you to sit by the water and watch the dolphins and fish. Also, there's several places set up if you choose to grill out.
You can take a short water taxi ride. The water taxi can pick you up at in front of B parking lot and take you to multiple restaurants and shops that are on the harbor down towards the Emerald Grande.
We are 2 blocks from the beach. The beach access is back the way you drove on to the property. It's at the beginning of Moreno Point Road at the 3 way stop signs. Come be our guest and enjoy the private beach that you'll have by renting property at Dolphin Point. Don't bring anything for the beach. We have chairs, toys and a wagon to carry them in.
We provide free Wi-Fi for this unit. This condo has 2 large bedrooms, both with new pillow top mattresses and beautiful furnishings. The master has a king bed and has a walk-in shower bathroom. The other has two double beds with reclaimed wood headboards. Its adjacent bathroom has a shower/tub. Both rooms are furnished with the finest of linens.
The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you will need if you choose to stay in and cook.
This condo faces south. There is a large balcony overlooking the lagoon, harbor, beach and pool. Our large balcony is a great place to pass the time sitting in our Adirondack chairs.

If you have a boat and wish to use the boat slip, I will need to know the make of the boat and you must provide me with the updated insurance policy.

Great place!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this cute stay just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Loved the views of the bay and calm atmosphere. Would definitely stay again.!

Clean with Great Location

Myself and three friends were in town for deep sea fishing. We really enjoyed the place. Close to restaurants and activities.

Everything you need!!

Great visit, we flew in so having a beach wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas at the apartment was great!! Easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach depending on the group walking and private beach access is right at the end of the street. Also great Harbor access to fish off of. Belinda was fast and responsive to any questions and made the stay very easy, would stay again 11/10.

Beautiful!

We have been to Destin many times and I can say this has been my favorite place. Although it is not right on the beach the views of the harbor were amazing and you could see the beach from the balcony also. The condo was very clean and neat which made for a comfortable stay. It was also a quiet area and perfect for families! The pool was beautiful and never crowded. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!! Loved it!

Loved it!

We had an incredible time. Plenty of space for our family of four and not feel like we were crowding each other. Condo is in a great location for an easy drive to all the hot spots near Harborwalk Village and you have a great view of the fireworks from the complex itself. With the rental you have access to a private beach for the area, which was awesome so you aren’t fighting for a spot near the water. We will definitely return here on our next trip.

Family vacation

This was our first family vacation and with kids ages 3, 6, and 8. The place beautiful to stay in and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool. One thing to keep in mind is the distance to walk to the beach. It isn’t a big deal for adults and older children, but does become a problem with smaller children. It is harder to wrangle the beach supplies and tired little ones who also want /need to be carried. The beach is beautiful! Also to keep in mind (for the younger kids) the beach in that area drops off a bit right away. We found that the state park Henderson Beach was perfect for our kids and it was an easy drive. Overall it was a wonderful stay, just a heads up for families with smaller kids to be prepared with more strollers/wagons for smaller kids. A beach wagon and umbrella chairs etc were supplied at the condo.

Girls trip

Beautiful condo in a great location by the harbor. Clear check-in instructions and how to get into the pool area and the gate at the beach. It was great to have a cart, chairs, umbrellas and toys provided. It is a 10 min walk up to the beach as described. We had trouble with the master bath toilet and had great communication with the owner, but was unable to get it fixed before we left due to the holiday. Still flushed, just had to do it manually from the top tank. Never had trouble finding a parking spot-additional parking for “B” building around back. Enjoyed sitting in common area by the harbor, where there is a grill and tables to watch the fireworks on the 4th of July and on Thursday nights in the summer. Pay laundry machines at the end of the hall by the elevator. We hope to be back and would stay here again

Fabulous Vacation

Beautiful condo…comfortable and homey! We appreciated all the beach supplies and cart. Short walk to the beautiful, not crowded beach. The water taxi picked us up right next to the condo and took us to dinner. Condo was super clean too. Would highly recommend it! Thank you for a great week!!

Great location

Our family of five really enjoyed our visit to this location. The short walk to the beach was easy especially with the wagon available to bring the beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was a nice option as well. Happy the kitchen had all the needed appliances and pots and pans. Would recommend this location to others.

A little paradise get-a-way

This property was in a fantastic location, well kept and wonderfully stocked. If I were to make one suggestion, that would be to have a small map of the area. We arrived pretty late and in the dark it took us a hot minute to find Building B. As far as the map, where to access the pool, where to go for the water taxi and which gate to use for the beach would have been nice.

Great Location.

great location for those that don't want to spend the extra money and rent a car if your flying. Took the Destin Shuttle service from the airport to the condo. Everything is a short walk and we also used the water taxi to go shopping and eating at different restaurants. The condo is perfect and was super clean and decorated with costal decor. We would defiantly come back again to this unit

Great location, Clean & Spacious

We enjoyed our short stay at this condo. It was very clean and nicer than in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the large balcony was great. Unfortunately, the water was off for most of our 2 days there due to a break in the line and construction was going on beneath us, but we were at the beach for most of time anyway.

Excellent place to stay!

The condo and the location was perfect. I loved the experience of being on the harbor while also being so close to the ocean. The condo was clean and very well-appointed, perfect for our family of four. The check in process was super easy and Belinda was great to communicate with during our stay. I would 100% recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again.

Nice place

Was a great condo. Everything was there for us including everything we needed for are 15 month old that we didn't have room to bring with us, crib, high chair, stroller. A nice few min walk to a beautiful beach and Wonderful views of the harbor from the condo. Would stay again!

PERFECT LOCATION 5 STAR VACA

The only problem we had was that the stay wasn't long enough! We were VERY happy with our stay and the conveniences available. Definitly do the water taxi! Made the stay even more special! Belinda responded very quickly to all of our questions. Five star Vaca!

Great, quiet area close to beach!

This was a great, spacious property within walking distance to a private beach. The complex grounds were immaculate and we enjoyed the shared pool. The views of the harbor were fantastic. We’d definitely book this property again and explore more that the area has to offer!

Fantastic Stay on Holiday Isle

This condo is in a great location! It was clean & well appointed with everything you need for the kitchen. They even have a wagon, beach chairs, an umbrella & beach toys to use while you are there! Private beach within a 5 minute walk from the condo! The owner was great to work with as well! I would highly recommend!!!

Loved it here

First with the only con-the washer and dryer are not inside the unit-but on-site (at the end of hallway). For a mom of little boys, this was not ideal-but we made it work. ***bring quarters*** Aside from that-we had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful with great views of both the harbor and the ocean while on the balcony. My children loved the pool as well as the beach. The beach was about a 10 min walk from condo. Mrs Belinda provides everything you need for beach-including chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to haul it all in. (Grab an umbrella with a latch-not just one that slides together-the wind was rough a few days!) The beach is private-which means way less crowded. My kids could run and play and build sandcastles without being on top of people. The overall area is beautiful and quite-which is exactly what we were looking for. Mrs Belinda was great to work with-we had some issues with the ac upon arriving-but she had someone out first thing the next morning to fix it and refunded us for a night. A few tips from our trip *Pay attention to the building-this condo is in B-we tried to get into 604 A. Oops!! * do a Walmart pickup from destin Walmart (schedule at least 2 days ahead to ensure you get a time slot) * destin harbor was awesome (eat at East Pass-so good!) dolphin cruise waa great We would definitely go back again!
