Centrally located on the Cape - our warm, welcoming updated cottage offers a ton of amenities: Central A/C, large private backyard with a large 2 tiered deck made of composite wood & outdoor shower. Great for outdoor fun & relaxation. Cottage also has an Arlo video front door bell. Our Home Away from Home!

We’re privileged to have guests who return each year to enjoy another vacation stay. Vacation time is important which is why we strive to make our cottage a welcomed respite.

The cottage has a large, fenced-in yard. Glass slider doors lead out to 2-tiered deck with privacy fence, Weber gas grill, patio cooler, outdoor dining table & chairs, 2 chaise lounges. The 1st bedroom is spacious with queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds - both have plenty of storage.

Our guests comment on how well appointed the cottage is; we offer:
Free WiFi, Internet, flat screen high-definition TV (with HD cable, HBO access), Bose SoundBar, Apple TV, Amazon Echo Dot, Bose Sound Dock, dishwasher, gas stove, Keuring coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, flatware, pots & pans and glasses (indoor & outdoor), utensils, lobster pot, games, full size washer and dryer, ping pong table, games, beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels beach bag and beach carrier for your convenience.

The ping-pong table located in the semi-finished basement is perfect for some family fun after a day at the beach or on those rainy days!

Looking to take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket? The Steamship Authority Ferry is only 4.2 miles from the cottage, by passing Rt. 28 traffic. This cottage is the perfect home away from home in a location where you can enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer - just like the "Welcome to Yarmouth" signs say - "Cape Cod within Reach".

We really enjoyed this cheerful and comfortable vacation home! Michael could teach a master class on how to set up a vacation rental. The cabinets and drawers are labeled with their contents, and so many essentials were provided, including beach chairs and toys.. Our teenagers loved playing ping pong in the basement every night! The home was in a great location to explore Cape Cod.

Another great holiday!

Everything was great!

Completely updated, comfortable home - highly organized, very neat and clean. The hosts thought of everything and are very responsive. This was a very relaxing and peaceful stay, and there are many beaches and attractions nearby.

Great getaway!

We have stayed in this beautiful home for many years. It is a great location, very clean and tastefully decorated. We had fun playing ping pong, sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and going to local beaches. The owners are always responsive and very thoughtful down to the gift basket they leave for their guests. This is our favorite place to stay on the cape!

Perfect Cape get away

This was our favorite summer rental we have had in years! This charming home was beautifully decorated. It was well stocked with high end amenities. The beds were super comfortable. The indoor and outdoor spaces were relaxing and very well maintained.And the owners were extremely helpful and responsive. Hoping to return for another visit soon!

A perfect place for your family vacation

The house of Phyllis and Michael has everything that you need and more for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, you have lots of things for a nice day at the beach and the back patio with the grill is a big plus. Clean and well equipped

The house is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need and the Keurig and pods were especially welcome. The queen bed is very comfortable. The hosts were extremely responsive to our questions and the check in was quick and easy.

I love this property! It is a good size, love the open concept, the back porch and the ping pong table! It is so clean and tidy - they have everything so you really just need to bring clothes and yourself! We had a wonderful time!

This property is extremely well thought out. Lots of extras like beach equipment and toys. well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The only thing we could think of as an improvement would be seasonal beach passes if they are available

We are so happy to know families enjoy their stay. Unfortunately our town does not offer Seasonal beach passes for families that are renting. There is an option for a weekly pass which is more economical than a daily pass. The passes are good for any Yarmouth beach, with the exception of the residential beach. Maybe one day there will be an option for this. We appreciate the feedback. Thank you!

Best VRBO experience of all!

You will not find a cuter, more well equipped or organized cottage than this centrally located gem. We've had VRBO experiences from coast to coast and this was our best experience so far! To celebrate our 30th anniversary, we spent 10 days here in total comfort and we truly felt at home each evening as we returned to this adorable place after our days spent touring Cape Cod. Highly recommend!

Perfect house!

Beautifully maintained and super organized property! They thought of everything to make their guests’ stay enjoyable and comfortable. It was a perfect location - close to restaurants, beaches, mini-golf, water park, shopping, etc. The communication with Michael and Phyllis was great throughout the process and they provided wonderful information for the area. If we visit this area again, we will definitely stay at this property!

Wonderful stay!

We loved staying at this location. Everything was very clean and decorated very cute. We loved the decor, outdoor shower, and deck. The washer and dryer came in handy. The house had everything we would need to make our stay complete. There were even sand toys for our grandson. Phyllis even had a small birthday gift for our grandson Henry. We would highly recommend this rental.

Dear Sweet Mother of Pearls….this house was PERFECTION!

This was quite honestly the most wonderful house I have ever stayed in. The location was absolute perfection—so close to the beaches and everything else I could possibly need. The amenities in the listing were above and beyond—so much of everything I needed. So clean, so well stocked, so absolutely perfect! It was the perfect way to end a crazy school year and I absolutely cannot wait to hopefully be back again next summer!!!

What a gem! This cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. Has everything you need just bring your clothing. Great location, close to beaches, golf, mini golf, grocery, shopping. Great Family Vacation

My adult children and I stayed at this beautiful home the beginning of September. We have not been to the Cape in years and had a great time and great weather. The home was very clean, so cozy, decorated so nice and beachy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed going to the beach, going out to eat, going to a brewery, playing corn hole, ping pong, hanging out on the deck and the outdoor shower was great! The house was so close to everything from the beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Phyllis and Michael were great to communicate with and even checked in on us during our stay. Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home and we hope to stay again sometime.

Unbeatable vacation home!

We love this house! This is our sixth summer staying in Michael and Phyllis's home for a week, and this wonderful home is now completely interwoven into some of our happiest family memories. It really is the perfect rental. Updated and beachy but still cozy and welcoming. Great deck and fenced backyard. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Kids love the ping pong table in the basement. The house has everything you need, and the owners do a spectacular job of maintaining and improving it every year. We have already booked for our SEVENTH year next summer! Wonderful warm vacation home!

The house my sister and I stayed in Yarmouth was a dream come true. It is a very pretty 2 bedroom cottage with an open floor plan and large deck. It was extremely well appointed and every kitchen tool and supply was exquisitely organized and available. The house was furnished with modern furnishings and a beautiful decor. In addition, the finished basement had a washer and dryer as well as a ping pong table. The location was excellent and it was in a lovely neighborhood. A privacy fence and additional parking spots were well presented. We are looking forward to a return visit because it offered much more than we anticipated. Well done.

We purchased our 'home away from home' in April 2014. Our first goal was to completely renovate this lovely cottage for our family and guests. We love the Cape, and have been going there for over 30 years. We continuously make improvements and work diligently to maintain and improve our cottage year after year.

Living just outside of Boston is an added convenience which allows us to visit the Cape often. Most importantly - we are close by for our guests if they need us.

The location is amazing - centrally located on the Cape makes it convenient for your Cape excursions - only 1.7 miles to 1 of many beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and activities.
Our cottage is close to many activities, beaches, shopping and more.

We love the layout of our home with the open living area, the abundance of natural light, its convenient location, and the feeling of warmth it offers. The private fenced-in back yard, with a 2 tier outdoor deck, outdoor shower grilling.

There is also a great bike/walking path in front of the cottage.

You can spend the day on the deck sunning, grilling and using the large patio cooler to save trips to the kitchen for a cool beverage. There is a ping-pong table located in the semi-finished basement along with golf putting practice cup, club and golf balls for your enjoyment.

There are numerous salt water and fresh water beaches nearby; Nantucket Sound is only a little over 1 mile from the cottage.

The home is set back and elevated from the road, it's minutes away from Rte. 28 and Rt.6. for your Cape Cod excursions. Wether you want to drive to Provincetown or take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard, or Nantucket - this location makes it all possible.

Miniature golf, shopping, an inflatable waterpark, kayak rentals, fishing, public golf courses, tennis courses and Recreation Areas(parks) are close by.

We have the best of both worlds here - quiet yet close to all the fun!
