Cozy one bedroom on White pond (Must bring your own linens)

2 Person only. Charming little classic Cape cottage located close to town, beaches and bike trail. The cottage is nestled in the pines of a small cottage community on a 5 acre property on White Pond. Cottage has one bedroom and one bathroom. The cottage sleeps 2 people. The pond is approximately 200 feet from where the pond is located. There are no views of the pond from the cottage itself, but it is located on the front row with no cottages in front of it. There is also an outdoor shower off the back of the cottage. The pond is perfect for swimming, canoeing or kayaking (bring your own). There is a deck with a table and 4 chairs for morning coffee and bird watching. This is the perfect escape for rest and relaxation. Chatham is a quaint town with great shops less than 1 1/2 miles away. Hardings beach is less than 2 miles away. There is plenty to do on the Cape with whale watching, seal tours, shopping, nature trails, easy access to the bike path, band concert in the park and Chatham A's baseball games. NO PET POLICY, violation will result in loss of full deposit. WIFI only, no cable TV. Must bring your own linens (sheets and towels).

Meridith's cozy cottage fits it's description perfectly. It was excellent for the two of us. Million dollar view over at the pond that we loved to go to for a morning swim.

This property is in a very good location, right on White's pond and about 1 mile outside Chatham downtown. Its a newly refurnished, small cottage, perfect for 1-2 people.

Replenishing Stay in Cute Cottage

This was a terrific, restorative cottage in which to stay. I have been coming annually to Cape Cod. I enjoy this area and was glad to have found this specific cottage. The host has beautifully updated/renovated the cottage. There is a nice patio to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Great for a couple or single person.

Charming cottage on a pond

The property is beautifully landscaped with a pond beach. Quiet with several sitting areas on the beach, lawn, under trees. The cottage was thoughtfully renovated with many extra touches. Excellent condition.

The cottage was exactly as listed. We were quite happy with the space, and it was extremely quietā€”most surprising given the number of cottages spaced so closely together. It was a lovely getaway, and we were extremely happy. Thank you for the property.

Charming cottage

This charming little cottage was just right for two. Recently completely renovated and very clean. The location is very convenient to Chatham, right on Rt 28, but far enough from the road so that it has the feel of a secluded cottage community. Located on a very pretty lake with crystal clear water with ample, nicely landscaped grounds. Iā€™d recommend this cottage for someone whoā€™s looking for a quiet retreat in one of Cape Codā€™s most beautiful areas.

Petite Perfection

What a beautifully renovated cottage on the lake. Everything seemed brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal but no need because it is so close to so many great restaurants both casual and nicer. So many things to do and see nearby. I loved all the hydrangeas cascading onto the deck. The deck even had a place to sit and read. We will be back!

Convenient Cape Cottage

Location, location, location. Quiet and tranquil spot that is accessible to practically anything you may need or want to check out in the Cape. Hang out on the porch or take a stroll down to the pond with your coffee. Make sure you bring all the towels including dish and hand. Huge emphasis on following the directions provided because the GPS will take you somewhere else!

Other than cleaning people putting deadbolt lock, and having a panic feeling before locating master keys. Rest of our stay in looked like newly renovated inside was great experience.

Great location

Loved the location and the property. Was a bit bummed that the deck was not nicer. The deck and table and chairs were very dirty from a nearby tree. The furniture is also quite old and rusting. I did not think to make sure there was a hair dryer and there is not. The listing did not list one but I just assumed all rentals have one. The interior is nice and clean and comfortable.

Cape vacation

Checked in early which was nice. Inside was nice, clean. It would have been nice if the deck was swept. The outdoor chairs were rusty and the o outdoor table was very dirty. The air conditioner in main room had large gaps so some bugs got in. Very bright over head lights no lamps. Had to leave microwave light on. Brought linens but not a bath mat. Shower curtain was so short there was a puddle of water on the floor after each shower. Not even 2 full rolls of toilet paper were provided. If it provided more it would be better. Pond and location were great.

Cute retreat

The place was very clean and everything was new. It was just what was needed for a couple getaway. The location was great in the middle of Cape Cod, a short drive to everything there. I would recommend this place for two, but don't forget to bring your own towels and sheets as they are not included. It is extremely difficult to find either on Cap Cod at night in the fall. We had a lovely time.

Idyllic little cottage- set near main street yet secluded and scenic view of pond. Very relaxing and throw back to the camps of the 1950's, yet updated little cottage with everything you need. a perfect spot to relax and get away.
