The one bedroom condo is clean, loaded with anything you would want in a kitchen…yes loaded!! Very neat and extremely clean and beautifully designed with a crisp minimalist living room design… beautiful. I stay in turtle bay condos multiple times per year, and they are usually over decorated and loaded with junky Nick-nacks that you have to move to even get counter space. A Also walking distance from Lei-lei’s restaurant, a true north shore “stand out” of greatest quality. Walkable to great surf breaks, hidden gems for the seekers willing to walk the shoreline!! True gold

Everything is BRAND NEW. The condo is so clean and comfortable. The bed was honestly one of the comfiest I've ever slept in. The view out the back is great.A few suggestions: the email with check-in instructions needs to be updated or just made a little more clear. Park your car on Kuilima Dr and go het the fob for the gate from *inside of the condo*. There isn't an office or guarded gate where you get the fob. We arrived late at night and the gate was already open, but we drove all around looking for a place to get the fob.The condo was well stocked with everything we needed except for a broom and dustpan...but it has one now (Merry Christmas! )I would absolutely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed

Clean, conveniently located condo in the turtle bay neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach/hotel, neat and clean, and well stocked with towels, sunscreen, and a ton of beach and snorkel gear which was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay again!

The location was really quiet and peaceful. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.The host provided very clear instructions and we were able to get in easily.

North Shore Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Snorkel gear and beach items were available to use which was fabulous! I enjoyed the books available to read. The bed was comfortable. We would recommend new chairs for the sunroom and the bathroom definitely needs to be repainted. As for the kitchen. The coffee mugs were stained and the dishwasher and fridge need to be replaced (tons of rust). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cups and things for cooking using the stove. Some of the blinds in the bedroom have to be replaced! It is a safety concern. I saw a review a few months ago about this concern and it still has not been replaced. I would definitely recommend this place and it was nice.

We loved this condo for exploring the North Shore. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything, having laundry was great, and the bed super comfy. Great to have onsite parking. Easy walk to Turtle Bay Resort and their beaches, restaurants, and gorgeous sunsets.

Everything worked but definitely needs so TLC

Thankfully everything working. AC, washer, dryer etc. The location is good. Absolutely love turtle bay. Unfortunately, the Pictures don’t truly reflect the wear and tear of the condo. Much needed love is in need. Paint throughout, shower curtain needs replacing, refrigerator has rust inside and out and doesn’t look good. The floor tiles are cracked and loose and make noise when you walk on them.

Excellent location to enjoy North Shore!

Condo was clean. The kitchen was nice, well equipped. Frig is old with minor rusting on shelves. Bedroom and bathroom are fine. Nice beach equipment provided. Location is excellent! Many reviews talk about the "run down" condition. Yes, there are places where paint is peeling and drywall needs some patching. These were minor and to be expected in the humid climate that Hawaii is. We weren't bothered by that. We do suggest that owner fix the blind slats that are missing in the bedroom. Since it is the bedroom and right at the front of the condo, this should be a priority. Also, larger and more bath towels would be appreciated. For the very reasonable price, this condo is great!

Accommodating. Great area. Old school condo. No shoes inside!

Like others mentioned, needs major updating. I saw a comment about Feb 2025 updates, but did not see it and it is April. Old school feel with old school smell. Home-y. COMFORTABLE bed! Let us check-in early when asked! Close to turtle beach and about 20 mins drive to everything we wanted to do. Dedicated single parking spot! Swimming pool! Flippers and beach items! I would stay again!

Property was as advertised. Great value, sure there's a few things are little rough around the edges, you're on a tropical island surrounded by saltwater air, metal rusts. Accommodations were clean and enjoyed all of it.

Great condo in a great location with tons of amenities

We really enjoyed our stay in this resort. The grounds are impeccable and you're surrounded by lush greenery, a ton of birds and you back up to the walking path and golf course. It has a nice patio with a table and chairs. Its very quiet and serene. I stayed on three islands in three different VRBO and this was my favorite. It is so well equipped for the beach and water, they have pretty much everything you need. We had nice beach chairs with umbrella, snorkeling gear and beach towels. I was quite surprised by the amount of goodies we had access to. And if they do not have the kitchen utensil you are looking for then you don't need it..... LOL There was a room ac unit inside the front bedroom as well as another unit in the main living area. The place was great for me and my husband, did not feel cramped at all. I also loved the north shore location as well as being very close to the beach that is open to the public and is right behind the Ritz Carlton. The was only one issue that for me, was not so mush of an issue but thought it should be mentioned. This unit is very much in need of a remodel. The unit is NOT in disrepair, it is just in need of some cosmetic enhancements. If you are a picky pick that wants everything perfect, might not work for you. It is clean and everything works and works well. Once again, so many accommodations inside the condo, but really needs new flooring, appliances, doors and some paint. Again, I would go back and rent it all over again, for sure

Turtle Bay Condo

If you're making the North shore your base, this is the perfect location. Close to the Ritz Carlton is a plus - for nice restaurants and public beach. The condo complex is well-maintained and safe. Nice pool area. Great communication with the owner - responsive & helpful.However....the condo itself is in absolutely terrible shape. Kitchen appliances are rusted and need replaced; paint & plaster are peeling from walls and doors; the AC does not work well; ceramic tile flooring is cracked and chipped, making it dangerous to walk barefooted in the unit. Too many other concerns to mention. The owner explained that the condo was scheduled for renovation this month (Mar 2025) but this had to be postponed to the summer. For this reason I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone until a complete remodel of the unit is finished.

Great location near the best surf spots

The location in turtle Bay is excellent. Enjoyed the walking trails and local surf spots. The doors and walls could use a new coat of paint. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and glassware you would need. Overall we were very pleased with our stay here

Perfect getaway for the north shore!

Beautiful place by turtle bay and easy access to the beach. You can walk to the beach or go golfing next door. Has everything you need! Kiley was so nice and easy to communicate with! They'll make sure you feel at home. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean just a few things required updating. Enjoyed being on the ground floor, with a screen enclosed lanai and the opportunity to sit outside on the lawn. Area requires a car to sightsee. Loved the availability of beach chairs. Ritz hotel is very nice but pricey. Enjoyed their beach area.

Quiet, clean and comfy

This condo is the perfect spot for exploring the North Shore. While I would agree it could use some TLC it is clean, comfortable and very quiet. Easy walking distance to a couple small beaches. Kiley is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would definitely return.

So easy

Kiley was extremely accessible. Love the first floor location. The bed was super comfortable. The lanai was beautifully facing the golf course. Can’t thank Kiley enough.

Nice north shore condo

Nice location, 15min walk to beach alongside golf course, surf high in January, easy access to beach at Ritz Carleton. Owner very pleasant and quick response to minor issue (entry instructions).-Condo in need of updating I.e. fresh paint job needed, especially bathroom, appliances are older (dishwasher rusty) ..pretty much have to drive to shopping and restaurants (except Lei Lei’s on the golf course)..Overall, would stay again, due to location and quiet surroundings.

Lovely Getaway

I stayed at this property for 9 nights at the end of December 2024. I agree with several other reviews that some maintenance could be done to improve a few interior issues, but overall i found the property was perfect for my needs.The kitchen qas well stocked,and had all of the things i needed. The view from the lanai was very relaxing.The location might be the best thing about this property. Most of the activites and sights we wanted to see were within a 30 minute drive.Overall, we were very pleased and not only would we highly recommend this property, we would not consider staying elsewhere now! Excellent experience!

Fun time in Hawaii

It was our first trip to Hawaii - so much fun! The condo was nice and quiet, clean and suited the purpose of giving us a landing spot after a full day of being out and about. The location was good, only a 15 minute walk to Turtle Bay. Weather was great too.

This property gives us everything we look for, a quiet slice of tropical paradise just steps away from any adventure we may want to have. Life is as good as it gets on the North Shore. We love the location with so much to do but still has a homey feel and real privacy.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Wake up to the sweeping landscape and view off our screened in lanai. Just a short stroll away is a gorgeous beach that is as private as you can get- well other than your regular turtles and Hawaiian Monk Seals friends! The combination of the sweeping landscape, privacy, with so much to do just foots steps away, despite living on Oahu, we instantly feel like we are on vacation!
