Paradise Found/ North Captiva / Heated Pool

Escape the crowds to a remote tropical island paradise that can only be accessed by ferry, private boat or small private airplane. This 4 mile long-1 mile wide island offers miles of pristine white sand beaches, abundant wildlife and 3/4 of the island is part of an accessible land reserve.


Our newly remodeled home has all the luxuries including a large heated private pool, spacious pool deck and Margaritaville theme bar with seating for all. Lounge in the round bed at the pool or in the chaise lounges and patio furniture. Swing yourself to sleep under the palm trees in our hammock. Our ground-level pool bath includes a private outdoor shower and half bath for easy access.

The top level observation room with exterior deck overlooks the Gulf offering island views with extraordinary sunsets. This room has a comfortable Queen pull out Tempur-Pedic bed. Surrounded on 3 sides with windows for great protected viewing it also doubles as a 4th bedroom.

One floor below the observation room, you will enjoy a tastefully decorated open living area complete with large flat screen TV, large comfy couch, fully equipped kitchen, screened patio with patio table and comfortable seating, dining area coffee/drink bar area and full bath. The screened balcony at tree-top level extends the living space outdoors to take advantage of the beautiful natural scenery and tropical island atmosphere.

The master bedroom with king bed, and master bath are located one floor below the main level. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, as well as a third full bath and washer/dryer are also located on this level. Both Master and Mermaid room have TV's.


Only steps to miles of beach with no crowds or cars!

Included with the rental for our guests are a four person Golf cart, two single kayaks, one double kayak, one child kayak, life vests, ample beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a propane grill to complete your island getaway experience.

Enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets that will be a favorite lasting memory for future years to come.

Bring your poles and fish off the beach, bring your own boat or charter for some of the country's best inshore and offshore fishing for Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Snapper and much more.

Our island paradise is not accessible by car.
Enjoy a short boat ride over with views of the islands, birds and dolphins on one of two ferry companies. Take your private boat or fly your private plane in and walk to the property with landing and tie-down privileges.
