This newly renovated unit located on the 5th floor of the complex offers expansive 180 degree aqua blue views of the gulf of Mexico. Amenities included with your stay are a heated swim through indoor/outdoor pool, large hot tub, four person sauna, two pool tables and a foosball table, full gym with ocean views, a grill area with four brand new stainless grills, cable tv in all rooms, Netflix and Hulu as well as Bluray equipped, Dvd movie collection, full size washer and dryer, and free wifi. We are four minutes from Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Track Go Karts, and Goofy Golf, and only 17 minutes from the Foley Tanger Outlets. Come enjoy the powdery white sands of this island paradise we call Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Nice layout, with a great balcony and really awesome view! The bunk bed setup was really nice for our 3 kids. The pool and hot tub, as well as the game room were a nice addition.

Right on the beach was wonderful. That was the primary reason we chose this property. The bed was quite firm, and would benefit from a memory foam mattress topper. I get why owners choose a firm mattress for longevity purposes, but it was uncomfortable (note - we did not use the bunk room so have no comment on those). Huge plus - the management company, Prickett, was FABULOUS! Anytime we had a question, they replied promptly, even after hours on the weekend. We had a question about parking passes that I emailed them about after 9 pm on a Saturday after we checked in. They answered within minutes. When I let them know that the coffee pot was missing a piece, they answered immediately and offered to order another coffee maker (which we declined, I just told them I wanted them to be aware of it so they could remedy it for the next guest.) The only other negative is that the knives provided could use some sharpening. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil or appliance you would need. The balcony furniture was lovely - chairs, lounger, and chairstable. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening relaxation out there. Bonus for this location is that you can see and enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset. Grocery and restaurants nearby are plentiful. There is a coffee shop within half a block walk, hubs loved the coffee. Overall, nice relaxing place to stay.

I had to leave a day early because my knee was hurting so bad from walking up and down the stairs. My daughter had to come back she has an autoimmune disease hs. She got a bad infection on her leg from the walking up and down. And the washing machine needed maintenance and my family stayed and got woke up an hour and half before checkout and they changed the code before checkout time. Anyway worst vacation I’ve been on ever people were getting money back from the inconvenience but I’m not getting any response back.

It was a perfect location for us. It is also quite spacious with a very nice balcony. Furniture is also very nice.

Pretty good with some minor complaints

Overall the place is good! I loved having access to the porch from the master bedroom. The master bed was comfy enough. The view is absolutely perfect! Having a washer and dryer inside the condo is very convenient. There are multiple options for making coffee (kuerig and coffee pot). The walk to the beach is very quick, which was one of the things I wanted! We were grateful for the covered parking as we unloaded our car during a storm!! I don’t have many complaints about the actual condo. We would’ve liked to have a little dish soap and scrubby. I wish there had been rugs. There was not one anywhere. It felt like we were walking on sandy tile all weekend. Yes, there was a little sand leftover from previous tenants. We were not provided conditioner in both bathrooms, but I suspect that was a mistake that would have been fixed if I had cared enough to communicate it. As far as the building itself, I did not like walking through the parking deck to get from the pool to the beach access gate, having re-enter the code each time, putting on and taking off shoes each time as well. The pool was a nice size for the amount of guests that were there in September. During summer months, I imagine it would not be large enough. I was sad there wasn’t any umbrellas out there, for shade. These things were minor and we definitely enjoyed our stay, but it gave me some things to consider next time I’m searching for a beach condo:)

Summer vacation

Loved the location and size of the condo. There were a few negatives though. Was not very clean, sand all over the floor and dirty towels hanging on back of bathroom door. Also had a terrible smell that caused us to purchase air fresheners to stand it. There were no sheets on the 2nd bedroom bed, the WiFi is not good at all.

Great location with a fantastic view!

Loved this condo! Second time staying in this building and we had a great time. Matched the description and photos exactly. We had an issue of disposal getting stuck and they immediately sent someone to fix it. (Completely our fault for letting a water bottle top get stuck.) There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Wish we could stay longer

Very much enjoyed our stay. The rates were affordable in early May. But they go WAY up as summer approaches, wasn't sure if it would be worth it so we booked for earlier. Nice property. The indoor pool was pretty small, but heated which was good. If you plan to stay here, make sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels as the owners only provide one roll each. I would definitely stay here again.

Beachy at Crystal Shores West

Location was great! The farther down the beach the more crowded it was. There was good beach space for families staying at CSW. We had a few issues with the cleanliness of the condo. I know it’s a quick turn around for the cleaning staff but there were a few things that had been over looked. The rental company said they would address our concerns. The condo has a fun, beachy vibe! You can tell that they’ve done some updates to the condo. The kitchen is decently stocked for those who eat in. It also had a Keurig- wish I’d known before I bought and brought coffee. There are a few more updates needed. Balcony chairs need to be replaced. The table on the balcony was a good size for our family of four. We love to eat with the ocean in view. The master bedroom is in need of a mattress upgrade but the room itself is roomy enough for a stay at the beach. There was a dresser and two night stands with plenty of storage space. The extra bedroom was great for our kids. They loved the bunk bed!
