Oceanfront 4 bedroom House, Pool and Deep Water Pier!!

Wow! Mesmerizing views, outstanding location, directly on the Atlantic Ocean, so close to the Ocean that you can practically fish from the patio. Speaking of the patio, it's over 40 feet long. You may just spend your whole vacation sitting on the patio watching the bay slowly change into 1000 different shades of blue. We have a 28 foot heated pool with a view you will not forget connected to a 40 foot pier. Rent or bring your boat! You will love it! We have several Paddle boards, and kayaks. We also have a bunch of Beach Cruiser bikes and a game room with a ping pong table, card/chess/checkers table, video games, a large screen TV, and a piano. You will not be disappointed in this place! There are no houses in the lots right next to this house on either side facing the Ocean, so there is great privacy here. There are restaurants nearby and a very nice Kid's Park (just down the street). Please check out the pictures and my reviews. (pool heat, if requested is $195 a week) I do Last Minute Deals! ...

Great vacation

Wonderful house and nice location to grocery and restaurants. Great view of the ocean from all bedrooms. Loved the daily Manatee visits right in front of the dock! Already planning our return trip.

Awesome House on the Ocean

Great property, very clean and organized. We enjoyed everyday outside at the pool. We have been coming to Marathon for about 5 years now in the spring and fall, this is definitely the best house we have stayed out!

Wonderful Home and Location

Great home and location in Marathon. We had the best time at this wonderful home. The location was great on Marathon. Many great places to eat and the attractions and stores were only a few minutes away. The home was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Truly a great home and vacation experience.

Fantastic Spot

Our family stayed at this property last month and can't say enough about the location and the views. The house is spacious and clean and amply accessorized with everything you could possibly need. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful and offers phenomenal privacy. Our family loved the experience and hope to revisit in years to come.

Peaceful Getaway

This house and the surrounding property are truly amazing! The ocean views are unbeatable, dock right outside, and adjoining pool is the best. Todd is very responsive and offers lots of information on the locale and activities…. We will be back again.

Family lobster mini season

We had a wonderful time at this property it had everything that we wanted location was perfect our family loved all the bedrooms and the cooking facilities were amazing we caught a lot of lobsters and also a lot of fish and my grandson absolutely love the pool reviews were absolutely fantastic we would definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a good time

Spectacular views and privacy

What a Beautiful vacation, we came with fishing boat in tow, had a very successful fishing experience, the house was very clean and well stocked. The landscaping was perfect, and the pool was a plus on the hot afternoons. We loved the privacy of this home, also had a visit from a manatee! We will return.

Loved every minute!

Beautiful,clean home with great views! Our family enjoyed fishing from the dock,kayaking and paddle boarding. We used the bikes to sight see,go to the grocery store and Dunkin Donuts for morning coffee. This home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation in the sun. The owners are very helpful and caring.Cant wait to return next year.

Waterfront perfection!

Stayed the week between Christmas and New Years and would’ve lingered longer if we could!! Easy location in central Marathon but it felt a world away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets at this terrific oceanfront property...well-appointed for a large group with no shortage of fun...perfect spot to bring your boat...kids loved fishing right from the dock. We’ll be back!!

Well, I am married to a great wife and have 4 adult children. We have been doing Vacation Rentals since 2012. We have 3 properties in Marathon, FL, two condos and a 4 bedroom house on the ocean. We spend a lot of time traveling, lately on our Harley. We are having the time of our lives with running our Vacation Rental Business and living the dream mostly in Wisconsin.

We own 2 Condos in the Marathon Area (Coco Plum) and have been managing them as a Vacation Rentals for the last couple of Years and have had a blast doing it. So we decided to jump out of the airplane and buy the gorgeous house right on the ocean. It comes with a 40 foot Cement Pier with a dredged channel to the deep water Ocean. But the Bottom-line for us was The Crazy, Gorgeous View. It is truly mezmerizing! You can literally watch the water change from turquoise to navy blue to white to sky blue. It is fascinating to watch. So Rent this beautiful home enjoy your own study in Blue.

The Gorgeous View... Seriously! It is hard to describe. The patio glass doors are over 7.5 feet high. You can literally watch the water change from turquoise to navy blue to white to sky blue. It is fascinating to watch. So much of this house is Brand New! The house has been remodeled and supplied with everything you need for a great Vacation! ... Kayak / Paddleboard launch, Kitchen upgrade, Kitchenware, Beach Bikes, Kayaks, Paddleboards, Hurricane Windows, Furniture, etc. There is a ton of Privacy, since this Home is located next to empty lots on both sides of the house.
