Gulf View Condominiums are located in the heart of Gulf Shores. We are within walking distance to local shopping, dining, and nightlife; such as The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Alvin's Island, Shrimp Basket and Sea N Suds.

This unit is a recently updated two bedroom/ 1.5 bath that comes fully equipped for you to enjoy a quick weekend getaway or a relaxing week's stay on the Gulf. The living room comes with a full size sleeper sofa, love seat and an entertainment center that includes free WiFi . The dining room seats four, with two additional seats at the bar. The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking. The laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs with one king and one queen size bed and a tv in each room. The full size bath is located between the bedrooms; with towels and linens provided for your stay.

Designated covered parking is available directly underneath the condominium. We allow 2 cars per unit. Parking is $30.00 per car and can be pre ordered after booking.
Picnic tables and grills are located near the pool and at the back of the complex.

Pets are allowed. Please make sure to keep pets off of the furniture. All animals must be house broken. Guests will be charged for any permanent stains or damage left by the animal. If you bring an animal without prior notification, you will be charged a $100 fee.

Gulf View is located minutes from The Wharf (shopping, dining, entertainment), Tanger Outlets, The Track, Waterville USA, and award winning golf courses. The famous Flora-Bama lounge is a short car trip away.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was homey but clean and had everything we needed for the five days we were there. Kellie and Ryan couldn’t be nicer and helped us out when we were fumbling around with the Wi-Fi. The location is perfect and you are near just about everything including just a couple of minute walk across the street to the beach. It was super easy getting in and getting our parking passes and the fact that each place gets two parking spaces is amazing as welland the price is completely reasonable. Just everything about it was fantastic and we plan on coming again to stay as long as Kellie and Ryan will have us.

New favorite spot!

We fell in LOVE with Gulf Shores this vacation. This condo was a huge reason why. We loved the location, the kids were thrilled that we could walk steps to the next door snowball place (which also has an awesome sandwich called a Muffaletta). We were within walking distance of anything we wanted to do. The kids also loved the pool. Can't wait to come back.

Beach trip 2023

I was very pleased with our stay but the only thing I didn’t care for was the upstairs bathroom tub was not clean at all but other than that it was a great location and very quiet besides another guest deciding to pop large and loud firecrackers by the vehicles.

This cute condo was the perfect little place to lay our heads after long days at the baseball fields. It had everything we needed to make our stay in Gulf Shores the best! I highly recommend and will most definitely come back!

So much fun!

This is the second year that we rented this property. It’s a great value, clean, and just a few minute’s walk to the beach. It is within walking distance to my favorite restaurants—Sea and Suds, The Hangout, Picnic Beach.. I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Gulf Shores.

First Ever Beach Vacay

We had a awesome experience with our stay. The property was very easy to find, very clean, we arrived early and was able to check in a little earlier than possible. Overall I give this a 2 thumbs up. Will def return next year!!!!

Girls trip

The condo and location were perfect for our girls trip. Food and shopping, and the beach were all within walking distance. The condo was so cute and fit our needs perfectly. Any and all questions were answered quickly by Kellie. We cant wait to return and rent from her again. Highly recommend her property

Cute & Quaint with a great location.

This property is super cute and quaint and we loved the location. We had quick access to the beaches and all of the hot spots to hang out. The owners were amazing at answering our questions and responding to our messages promptly. The only thing I disliked about this condo was that there were only two towels available and we couldn’t get the WiFi or the tv remote to work. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. They did have some pretty extensive construction going on at the complex, which wasn’t a problem until 7:00 in the morning when they were banging on the stairs but that is at no fault Of the owners. We will definitely be back.

Perfect get away

The unit was very clean and quiet. Everything we needed was there. Walking distance to the Hangout and restaurants. Only downside was crossing the street to the beach..depending on the time of day there are lots of cars and no designated cross walk. This place goes on our family preferred list of places to stay.

Great place!

This is the perfect place to stay! It's very cute and cozy. It's just across the street from the beach, and it also has pretty much any cooking or kitchen gadget you need. We would definitely stay again! If you have questions during your stay, the owners respond very fast! If you chose to stay here you won't be sorry.

We love the family atmosphere of Gulf Shores. The beautiful beaches can't be beat.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We chose this condo because of it's central location in Gulf Shores. It's location is perfect for the Hangout Festival and the Shrimp Festival. We are located directly across the street from the beach. Within 5 minutes, your toes will be touching sand.

Our complex offers designated covered parking for two cars (parking passes required). We also have our own private laundry room in the unit.
We are pet friendly, as we love our dogs too. All we ask is that they are housebroken, not prone to excessive barking and leashed when outside of the unit.
