Family-friendly, Charming Beach Retreat Nestled in Windy Hills w/WiFi

Enjoy a true home away from home in this spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house just 2 blocks from the beach! Nestled high in the trees in the quiet Windy Hill neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach, you can sit back and relax on the huge screened in porch, large living spaces and either of the two luxurious bedroom en suites, while all the attractions of the beach, golf, shopping, and fantastic restaurants are just around the corner!

The open-plan first floor includes a well-appointed eat-in kitchen with double oven, full island, dining table for 11+, and a large living room with plenty of comfortable seating in front of the flat-screen TV. There is also a laundry room and half-bath off of the kitchen and a quiet second living room/parlor with another flat-screen TV. Down a private hall off the main living room is the first of two en suite bedrooms. The downstairs en suite bedroom includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a deluxe bath with oversized Jacuzzi-jetted tub, walk-in shower, vanity, walk-in closet, and separate toilet room.

At the top of the bright, open staircase the second floor en suite bedroom includes a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and large bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and separate toilet room. Continuing through a third living space with TV and 2 twin daybeds, the third full bath has a walk-in shower, large sink vanity, and toilet. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs, one with queen bed, and one with 2 twins. In the upstairs living space, there are two daybeds, and there is a “secret” twin bed tucked away in a nook at the top of the stairs!

This home has everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped with all appliances, dishes, utensils, and glassware to prepare large family meals. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Underneath the house, there is a large outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are available in the outdoor storage room. Free WiFi is included.

Great location

This house was perfect for a group of 7. 2 minute walk to the beach, just south of Barefoot landing and in a quiet/cozy neighborhood. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Myrtle.

Perfect quiet home away from home

The property was top tier in rentals. The feeling and vibe in the home made it a great place to stay in Myrtle. Would recommend anyone to consider this property for any future needs. Clean, well laid out, and genuinely made us feel at home.

Great overall house

Property is close to the beach and as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable and the house had enough space for 8 guys comfortably.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of living space to share, beds for us all to sleep in, and the housr was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. We really enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio as well. The outdoor shower made it super easy to clean up after the beach. The location was perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach and a short drive to restraunts and activities for the kids. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Windy Hill Golf Trip

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. Also plenty of kitchen utensils to have "family" meals together.

Great family stay

We had a great time in North Myrtle. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a family get together. We loved the screened in porch for dining and relaxing. The beach gear made the beach so much more enjoyable for the kids. The space was just right for our crew. This VRBO is a great location for a relaxing getaway with the family.

Wonderful Family Rental

Wonderful week at this spacious and welcoming rental. The kitchen was well stocked- loved the extra fridge and the multitude of beach supplies as well. Huge kitchen table - with leaves - perfect for board games!

A wonderful home

Our stay was amazing. In a great location, steps from the beach, with everything you could need provided in the home. We loved hanging out on the closed in back deck. House has way more space than the pictures would suggest. I highly recommend staying here, and if we every make a trip back to Myrtle, this is where we will stay.

Gorgeous house, closer to the beach than we expected, everything you need is right there and the owners, I couldn’t ask for better people to work with. If I can come again, I will bring all adults and no kids!! LOL

Family Reunion

The home we leased for our Family Reunion was perfect in every way. The Location is close to the beach, shopping. and entertainment. The neighbor is quiet & safe for walking at any time. The home itself is adequately furnished, from the kitchen to numerous beach toys and comfort items which can be conveniently taken to the shore with the wagon which is provided. The management was quick to respond to my request for information. I would definitely return here in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Property

My extended family stayed at this property and it was absolutely wonderful! Plenty of room for 10 people and short walk to beach. All beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were provided which was hugely beneficial as we were able to pack light! Hosts were extremely responsive to questions and/or concerns. I would definitely book this property again.

Comfortable & Roomy

We enjoyed our stay at this property! We enjoyed being able to prepare home cooked meals & gather as a group. Plenty of sleeping space for a large family or multiple friends! Perfect distance from the beach- very easy walk (even with kids & all the beach things) and we loved having the outdoor shower! Sue & Larry were very responsive & kind. Was nice & clean. We would definitely stay again!!

Just Perfect

Things I was concerned about before the trip: #1-The walk to the beach would be too much for my arthritic knees and my 7 year old. But it was perfectly fine. Literally 3 houses over and one block to the beach public access with a shower right there by the dunes. We went back and forth multiple times a day. Perfectly safe, even for the 7yr old who "ran on ahead of me" every time. #2- That if my daughter wanted a teammate to come over, there would not be enough space since there were already 11 of us. Absolutely not a problem at all. The house has a whole "underneath area" where we set up 2 corn hole games and still had plenty of space to hang out. And with that incredible back porch that is half the size of my house! #3-That the "beds in the hall" (as other reviewers called it) would not be appropriate to use as sleeping space for the teen age kids. That space has a bathroom attached, so it couldn't have worked out any better for the teenage girls (4 of them!) to share that space and have that bathroom. The smaller girls were in the bedroom beyond them and it was no problem at all. #4- that i would be spending my week keeping the house clean of "beach life" and constantly sweeping , vacuuming, or harping on kids to be cleaner. There is the most perfect setup with a full enclosed shower, shampoo, soap, and all in the underneath of the house. Suits off right there, and switch clothes and it was perfect. and the house is set up and floors designed to not make it difficult to keep clean at all. #5- I need so much cooking wise to feed my large family, it is difficult to cook other places. Not here, though! Plates and cups galore, pots and pans and casseroles and 2 ovens! I brought so much that I didn't even need! We had the most incredible week at the beach. I cant imagine anyone *not* thinking this house was worth every penny.

Amazing house

The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Couldn’t have been happier. So much room for our group of 10 to spread out and be comfortable. Plus it was such a close nice walk to the beach and back. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun at the Beach!

Very clean and loaded with dinnerware and appliances. Lots of "staples" in pantry. Wish it would have been closer to beach, but this was our choice and available.

Perfect for family

The home is well appointed and had all the amenities necessary! We celebrated my mom's 80th birthday while we were there. Other family members came down and stayed at a neighboring resort. We had a big dinner one night on the large porch outside. The screen makes it a wonderful relaxing space all day or night. I absolutely love the decor! The place is very updated and modern in function but the decor takes you back to traditional southern South Carolina. Definitely hope to return!

Family Vacation

We did a multi-generation vacation, with it being my daughter’s first trip to the beach. We had an excellent time. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to everything else in North Myrtle Beach!! There was plenty of space for everyone, everything was very clean, and the owners were very helpful in answering any questions we had!! We would all recommend staying here!
