The location was great. Place was nice but the frig was leaking and the ice maker didnā€™t work. The place never got cool. The beach chairs were not the best. We bought two chairs and left under the bed. Beside that the place was nice. We had a great time. Thanks for letting us stay.

The condo was uncomfortably warm when we arrived. The AC was set on 60 and was running but the unit was not cool. The only thing that made things bearable was a box fan that we ran the entire time we were there. When we opened the refrigerator, there was a puddle on the top shelf because the freezer was defrosting. We requested maintenance, only to have neither issue resolved.

Nice place

Unit was a bit outdated, but we were pleased with over with the complex. A quieter location compared to the north end of the island. Just a quick reminder due to Bonita springs and State Park. We enjoyed our time there.

Gorgeous Views from Condo

The property and condo were clean and very well maintained. The views from our condo were amazing. The unit is on the small side but we didnā€™t mind as we werenā€™t in the condo a whole lot. The beach is just steps away. The reasons Iā€™m rating this property as a three are: 1. We had to drive offsite to a lockbox to get the pool access card and drop it off before departure. 2. When we arrived we were greeted in the parking lot by the security guard who was a bit abrasive. He informed us that if our blinds are not closed promptly at 9pm (for turtle season) that he would be knocking on our door and that we wouldnā€™t want that! However, we visit the area often and are very considerate of the wildlife. In our unit the vertical blinds were missing more than half of the slats and I called the rental office and they said someone would be out to fix them and no one ever came. I even granted permission to enter the unit if we were not there. 3. We had two younger kiddos who absolutely love swimming and the pool closes promptly at 8pm which is inconvenient when it isnā€™t even dark at 8pm in the summer. This complex caters to an older crowd without children.

One problem after another

This property has a beautiful view but it is not maintained well. The managing company (Vtrip) gave misleading and downright incorrect information about the check in, which led to us sitting outside a locked kiosk with no way to get our keys. (Turns out we did not need any keys, but the instructions said to go to the kiosk to get the keys.) the toilet rarely flushed properly. We had to take the top of tank off and manually pull the chain. We complained and a maintenance man was sent out on Monday. After he left it flushed correctly one time and then we had the same problem. There was no real place to eat in the apartment, only a counter facing away from the view. We will definitely not use this company again. Apartment was very small, and the furniture was too large, making the place seem even smaller. Patio chair on the balcony had one leg an inch shorter than the others. The view was great, but that was the only good thing about this place.

Awesome!! Gulf side condo

We had an awesome stay at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club! The unit was clean and everything even better than described. We were told no beach chairs or umbrella was in the unit so we bought chairs & umbrella on the way in. Much to our surprise the unit was equiped with those items and sand toys/noodles. My wife and I had an awesome time and the full time residents were super friendly. This is a great location for adults, but if you have kids or like loud music or activities I would choose a different location. This is a GREAT location if you are looking for peace and quiet without kids. We saw only one young child all week at the facility. Reservation staff and office were super friendly and helpful. We are definately going to be returning as soon as possible.

View was spectacular

We were suppose to pick up pool key but they forgot to leave it in lock box. The floor in the unit was dirty. Next to the couch piles from a broken lamp base. Dishes were dirty. In fact under the oven there was a sheet pan that had been used and never washed. The furniture was dusty. The unit needs a good cleaning. Toaster did not work . They did bring us a new one. Lights and plugs that didnā€™t work. there were only 4 towels for 2 weeks supposedly for 4 people. 1 small bar of soap 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel. What can I say not the best place I have stayed. The view was spectacular Resort needed to be better maintained also

Beach front condo

We enjoyed a great week in this beachfront condo with an amazing few. The unit was nicely furnished and meet our needs and expectations. Would have given 5 stars but one of the elevators was not working which at times made for a longer wait but not terrible. Would be perfect for 2 people -it was a little tight with 3 but we made it work as the view was worth it.

This unit was as advertised.

Comfortable bed. Very clean facility. This was our second stay at Estero Beach & Tennis. We really like this place. The sunset views from this particular unit are stunning. A few minor cosmetic needs but hardly worth noting.

We were disappointed with the management and the unit itself. The first day it was very obvious the condo had not been cleaned and that it was not as nice as depicted in the photos on VRBO. We were able to call the management company and get the place cleaned and the two person crew did an excellent job for us. Their was a broken stool in the bedroom which I pointed out and they did not provide any beach chairs and a very broken down umbrella. Bottom line is there are better units to rent in this complex.

Needs TLC

Overall we had a decent stay at this property but it needs some attention. It does have a beautiful view, updated kitchen (needs new pots/frying pans), really comfy bed/new mattress, decent bedding, nice towels, but no beach towels. The bedroom window was sealed with duck tape, needs an overall cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. The pictures are inaccurate on the website; some are of another property not the one represented. The entry door & floor needed scrubbing and the sofa is ready for the trash/ very uncomfortable. The chair in living room is new; and the patio furniture,and stopper for the sink was replaced during our stay. This unit has potential to be 5 star but needs some attention to detail. Although the floor was dirty, the bathroom was clean and table tops were dust free. The information for check in to the condo was very confusing and several calls to Vac Pros was required before arrival to confirm door codes for lobby and condo, and was still not clear until arrival. The pool tag needs to be retrieved at Vac Pro office on Estero Blvd, this information was not included in correspondence.

The title of this ad says Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Some of the photos are of Estero Beach and Tennis Club BUT some of the photos are NOT. Specifically--the pool is not the Estero Beach and Tennis Club pool. The sign is not Estero Beach and Tennis Club. There is not grill or Tiki hut near the pool. Estero Beach and Tennis Club pool is bigger,

Unit 805A needed improvements. The positives: great views, lovely sunsets from balcony, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and well located to restaurants, Publix and shops. Quiet location. The negatives: saggy chesterfield and a torn chair does nothing for the overall appearance of the place. Picture taken and shown to Vac. Pro office and nothing was done about it. Complaints about this furniture done by other visitors before us. entrance door dirty screen on bedroom window falling off and no lock on same window 2 patio chairs are old and dirty screen to patio door torn Not a luxurious suite as advertised. Nice getaway location for two.

We stayed for a week and it was great. We felt right at home and the place was comfortable especially the bed. The location is super being right on the private beach. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the spacious balcony.

GREAT CONDO GREAT LOCATION

This condo is on the 8th Floor and is accessed by password code so no keys to carryy about or lose. It gets the sun nearly all day long and has direct views up and down the beach and of the fabulous sunsets. It is extremely well equipped but had no welcome pack or information booklet so operating the Tv Oven etc took a bit of trial and error. Furniture is of a good quality and extremly comfortble. We had a fabulous stay. Directly on the beach so quick access. Beach chairs provided and great warm pool area. Mixture of permanent residents and renters. Security on site
