The condos we very clean. Good beds. Spacious rooms for the whole family! We truly enjoyed our stay with Eden Crest. We were a big group of elders and it could benefit with a walk in shower. Hard for elders to get in and out of tub! But, overall it was fantastic! Thank You for Your Hospitality! Hope to come back again!

Excellent Cabin

Went with my family and friends 15 in total. Had ample room, the location was great. Some minor problems like no hot water the first day but other than that it was great

Weekend Getaway

We didn’t like going downstairs but once we got in the unit it was nice. We heard a dog barking all night next door to us. Overall nice condo. Would stay again.

Great Time

This was a family get away. There were 12 of us in all ranging from ages 6 - 80. The rental was clean and in a safe location. We had a spacious area for all of us and very close to down town pigeon forge yet far enough away for a peaceful restful stay. We will definitely use this facility again.

Ripoff!!!!!

Disgusting! Overpriced and 1970s decor. No wifi or anything from this century but charged an arm and a leg. Don't stay here!!!! Sleep in your car!!!!!

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at the Poplar Point Condo. We take great exception to the comment that it is disgusting. We are aware that the unit has older furnishings in it but the photos online clearly show that. The chalet was cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival to insure it meets our high standards. There is internet so we are sorry that you had issues using it. Had you let us know during your stay we would have gladly assisted you in getting logged on. You will also be happy to hear that the new owners of resort are remodeling all of the chalets and have already begun replacing furnishings. When all of the remodeling is complete the photos will be updated online. If newer amenities are something you need just let our Vacation Planners know and they will help you find the right vacation home to meet your needs based on availability. We would be happy to assist you in the future and are confident that we can make your next vacation spectacular.

The unit met our needs as far as sleeping arrangements. Plenty of space. Needs updates some repairs. You could hear everything. Neighbors above were EXTREMELY noisy. Sounded like a heard of elephants. Could hear conversations in unit next to us. Room with alone queen bed was unstable.

We are saddened to hear that the condo was not to your liking. It seems that you would be much better suited to a individual cabin that you would be able to enjoy more privacy. Beautiful unit

Our stay was great. We were only there a few hours because we only stayed one night. The placebwas really nice. My only complaint would be the noise. It was extremely noisy. You could hear everything that went on in the other units. However, it really did not bother us too much. We were all so tired. We all fell in bed asleep. But, they did wake us up earlier than we would have prefered the next morningbwith the noise.

The cabin was in a great location and easily accessible. The cabin was basically clean but there was some mold in the bathroom and spider webs behind the doors. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The first night we stayed the occupants above us were so loud with dragging chairs across the floor and children running until after midnight that we didn't get much sleep because they also got up early and started all over again. I think it would help with the chairs dragging across the floor if those felt pads were put on the dining room chairs. Those chairs are so heavy and this way they would slide across the floor with no sound.

I received 2 separate calls telling me the property we chose was going to be changed or unavailable. This is not acceptable. Then we had no wifi, unable to watch TV. There were not enough linens for the beds or towels for showers. We had to make some of the beds ourselves. The pans in the kitchen were awful & not enough to make food for 12 people. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. The dryer needs repairs, it makes such a horrible noise we could not use it. There was a terrible hair clog in the main bathroom drain that my son removed so we could shower in there. I had hoped to find the place to be our home away from home as we come down at least once a year. I can say that this will not be it.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not exceed your expectations. We are very surprised by the factual inaccuracies made in this review. You stayed in the condo that you booked online. We do not make the bunk beds up in the units as they are not always utilized. This helps cut down on unnecessary laundry services. We have no record of you mentioning any issues regarding the kitchen stock., The dryer, or any clogged drains. We have housekeeping and maintenance on staff seven days a week. We will quickly address any issues quickly and promptly if they are reported. We are terribly sorry to hear about the problems you encountered during this stay and have shared your feedback with our management team. Please know we will work hard to correct the issues you have brought to our attention. We will always strive to provide our guests with a great vacation experience and continue to make improvements whenever we fall short of that goal. It is unfortunate that these small irritations have caused you to consider not using our rental in the future. We have a great team that strives to provide each guest with a wonderful vacation experience. We are human so we can make mistakes but our intentions are sincere. We hope that you consider visiting with us again in the future.

Conference travel

Our condo was not ready for us when we arrived. But we did get a notice from leasing agent that entry was going to be delayed. When we got there a large trash bag full of trash which smelled bad was at our front door which stayed there for two days. We were in the basement unit which smelled musky. Bunk beds did not have bed spreads. Just a baggy with sheets on top of mattress. Bedding needs to be undated. No big pots so if you are cooking for a group you need to bring your own. Neighbors who came on our last night there were very loud. Our kids joked about us staying in the dungeon. We stayed at this facility before in one of the cabins and it was extremely nice so we were disappointed when we got here. Property managers were very nice. Needless to say we won't be booking the condos in the future if the cabins are not available. Location is very good in proximity to everything.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your condo choice. As you may or may not know each of our condos are privately owned. We have mentioned to the owner the concerns about the cabin needing updates to furnishing, carpets and bedding. Each owner personally chooses the décor and amenities that they feel will be the most inviting experience for guests. Kitchens are equipped with basic pots and pans. Good for very brief stay, wouldn’t stay longer

This property was fine for a one night stop over stay because we weren’t there long; however, I would not stay there longer. Eden crest was great to deal with and had wonderful customer service over the phone, unfortunately the property itself was beyond underwhelming. It was not clean. It merely looked picked up. Beds were made etc. but the floors were dirty and over all it needed a good cleaning. Spider webs cover the ceilings and hang over the beds. There is filth in the corners etc. to get to the unit you have to go down a musty putrid smelling, basement like area. when we got to our room we had no cell service and were given no WiFi information. One of the beds was so broken no one could sleep on it. The water was also a tepid temperature, we all took cold showers. While Eden Crest Rentals was friendly enough in communication we will never stay in this property again.

We take cleaning extremely seriously and would have sent the cleaners back to address any issues or concerns. The cleaners will return to address any issues or oversights if they are reported when you check-in.When any unforeseen issues or maintenance concerns arise we will always move quickly to address them as soon as possible. Horrible place to stay- bed bugs!

Since one of our friends were planning to bring their pet we decided on staying at this property looking at pictures and their recent reviews. What we got into was this dingy old basement like living space. Wood panels in one of the bathrooms was rotting, no hot water(cabin fits 14 but hot water runs out after 4-5 people shower!) cobwebs in the pantry, jacuzzi didn’t work. As soon as we step in, kids complained something was biting them. We thought May be mosquitoes. Then my niece who slept on one of the bunk beds said she felt like a bed bug bit her but didn’t have proof! But later in the day she got hives all over where she was bitten and it was quite a lot. We called property mgmt. and they confirmed the place had bed bugs after an inspection. We stayed the remaining night half awake cause there was no other option, most people had driven down from Illinois.They did a treatment apparently but now we have several cars, everything that went into the place to sanitize before we start our work week. Such a horrific experience.

Family Reunion and 60th Birthday

Fun Vacation for our family's reunion. We will stay here again. Great property less than 2 miles from Dollywood. We rental both 12E and 12F. The condos are setup the same with four rooms and 3 bathrooms each. The customer service was great, a table broke during the week and the handyman was there in the morning. We needed the trash picked up mid-week; just called the resort number and it was gone the next day. While the condos were not elegant they were clean, everything worked, and bedroom configuration worked for our reunion. Getting the two condos allowed us to spread out a little more, plus gave us two hot tubs, so the young people had their own. The two condos, 12E and 12F are located downstairs in a walkout configuration. This is both great and a slight challenge. Great in that the hot tubs and porches are located on the backside of the building, which is the shadier side of the building, this cooler and much quieter. The slight challenge are the entrances to the condos, from the parking lot, are through the rooms with the 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a sidewalk around to the porches in the back, but there is no key to the door in the back. So if you have small kids sleeping in the bunkbeds and you have older folks staying out late, you just need to do a little prior playing to leave the porch door unlock so they will not come through the bunkroom after the kids go to bed. Overall it was a great family reunion and 60th birthday party vacation. The close location to Dollywood, the amount of parking, the friendly customer service, the cleanliness; all make up for the keypad entrance being in the bunkbed room.

Overall great

The location, size, amenities, and communication was amazing. The only downfall is it seems youth groups like to stay here too. The level above us was so noisy, moving furniture, stomping, and being loud in the parking lot till 1am. That got old. But the property was very nice aside from the thin walls/floor. 😁

It saddens us to hear about the noise disturbance. We are sorry that your neighbors were so disrespectful. Typically most guests are courteous of their neighbors. In the future, if you ever have an issue with noisy neighbors we would encourage you to call the police. While we cannot do anything to address other cabin rental company guests the police authority is far greater than any management company is in these types of situations. We are truly sorry for any inconveniences you experienced and look forward to seeing you again soon for a far more peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Pleasant get away

Overall our stay was good. We did find mold in one of the shower stalls. Noise from the other families above and across from us was a little difficult at times. We would certainly stay with the property for future trips .

Had a great stay. It was a short stay but a good time.

Renting the property was simple on vrbo and management was good for answering any questions that we may have had

Water running from the ceiling, mold on the ceiling and bathroom filthy carpet, kitchen floor filthy

There were lots issue with our stay-hard to sleep when other tenants made impossible to sleep by running or moving furniture at 2 am. Water came running from ceiling . We could not locate an emergency contact number for help. There was mold growing on the ceiling. Called the office the next a.m. and asked about the mold. Was told maintenance would be right over to repair, never showed up. We paid $1200 for 5 days! We expected better. Musty smelling, the steps up to the front door were really dirty. We will be reporting the issues to the BBB.

Huge.

Clean, huge, not to far from the parkway. Overall a great experience.
