Live in the lap of luxury at this upscale Moab condo with high-end finishes and amenities, such as our HOT SPRINGS GRANDEE PRIVATE HOT TUB, with sculpted seating for seven! Plenty of room for everyone to not only stay but stay comfortably, thanks to large rooms and numerous beds. Sleeps 8-10 guests. Start and end your day on the huge wrap-around second-story deck, taking in the incredible views!

Living Areas
Fully-furnished kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, and built-in microwave. You’ll have everything you need to serve up your meals with utensils, plates, cookware, and serving dishes all provided.

Cozy living room, gas fireplace. Large 46” LCD flat-screen TV, gathered on the plush sofa. Televisions include YouTube TV and Netflix programming.

Washer and dryer on the main floor. Other helpful amenities include free Wi-Fi, a code entry system, a BBQ grill, and a 2-car garage.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The 2nd bedroom features a king bed while the large 3rd bedroom offers one full-size bed, and one full over full bunk bed.; both rooms share a full bathroom. If you need even more room, pull out the sofa bed in the downstairs living area.

Master bedroom with pillow-top king bed. Views of the LaSal and Canyon Mountains from your bedroom. Master en-suite’s large walk-in glass shower.

During the warmer months, hang out at the community pool with a hot tub, a 5-minute walk from the condo. The condo is stocked with pool towels for guests to use.

We highly recommend the area's number one adventure, T-REX 4x4 tours, provided by the Moab Tourism Center.

The house is only 5 minutes from the city limits of Moab. The vast beauty of Arches National Park is 10 - 15 minutes away.

Perfect place to stay with a large group of friends!
My friends and I came to Moab for a weekend of mountain biking and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The private hot tub was amazing as was all of the outdoor furniture- perfect place to hang out and enjoy a morning cup of coffee- the views from the house are pretty sweet! The community pool was a perfect place to cool off in the afternoon heat..Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice and clean place. Bring everything you need. There was no salt and pepper. Which isn’t a big deal. Just bring the things you need. Don’t plan on them having it. The community pool was dirty and worn down.

Unlike many places I have stayed in, it is nicer and bigger than what photos show. Owner responded to my texts within one minute. It’s a duplex but I never heard neighbors.

Everything was wonderful. Clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Barbecue grill was extremely nice. Outdoor space also was amazing. Great views too!!!

We loved our stay in Moab South Valley! Our kids especially loved the badminton set. It was perfect for our families vacation and we plan on staying again for our next trip to Moab!

Thanksgiving Hiking Weekend
Had a great Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving family meal. The place was extremely clean and well taken care of. We had a great weekend of hiking at Canyonlands and Arches.

Moab Duplex has everything you need😁
We rented both sides of the duplex for two nights. It is a few miles outside of Moab located in a quiet new subdivision. There was construction going on right outside of the units, but it didn’t bother us. The place was stalked to the hilt. It has everything you need for cooking. There were only two complaints: 1) The wash clothes and towels are kind of stiff. 2) The host was not about to budge on an earlier check in, and it would have really been beneficial in our circumstance. The checkout was at 10:30, and someone, (the host or housekeeper), showed up knocking on our door, at 10:15 am and said “ oh you’re still here” even though our vehicle was still parked right outside... Kinda rude we thought. Beds were comfortable, it was clean, and it was just perfect for our stay, I would definitely recommend it.

Just unhappy with the TVs / the shower would drain and there wasn't enough soap to hand wash dishes.
I wasn't happy about the TV's in all the rooms had to watch the same Channel. and also there wasn't any water in the pool or hot tub. For as much none. It cost to stay there those things should be working right. Plus it should have a better wifi.. it's lousy wifi

Great place to stay!!
The property itself was clean, well maintained and still looked brand new. Kitchen and bathrooms had new appliances and fixtures. Beds were comfortable and linens clean...HOWEVER...there are NOT 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms. They are doubles. Luckily we didn’t need to double up. Would be fine if kids were sharing. Rossana was great to communicate with . Her quick responses were very much appreciated. Would def book again!

OK but Could be Better
We just completed a tour of Utah National Parks and Moab was one our last stops. We rented Southgate #4, because if had 3 bedrooms, fit our budget and looked new from the website photos. Pros - it is pretty new; part of a small cul-de-sac development, about 6 miles south of Moab. There was very little/no traffic noise. The condo was modern, with open floor plan and dining table large enough for our group. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs, along with 2 bathrooms (1 master, 1 shared), as well as a 1/2 bath downstairs, with came in handy. Nice patio with large table/chairs, as well as a ceiling fan for those warm evenings. Washer/dryer came was nice to have, too. Cons - the main complaint I have is that the owner(s) take a hands-off approach to managing the condo. My calls were never answered and communication was only via text and e-mail. This became an issue when we went for a swim in the community pool and found it covered and locked. One of the reasons we chose this condo was for the pool (it was over 100 degrees). I tried calling Rossana but the call went directly to voice mail. I then texted her and received a text reply, saying she had no control over the pool and that the HOA and pool manager were responsible. We waited for some resolution, never received a call but eventually received an e-mail from her husband, saying the filter pump was broken and wouldn't be fixed for 2 days. He suggested we go to the public pool in Moab, 7 miles away. We did and it is, actually, an awesome aquatic center. Other issues include: the condo is not big; we could not all sit and watch TV in the living room, as there was only seating for 3-4 people. Many of the doors squeek, which is annoying late at night. There were only 2 wine glasses. The place mats were filthy. One of the blind wands in the living room was missing, making it difficult to open/close the blinds. The patio table/chairs looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a long time. I've rented dozens of VRBO homes over the years. Southgate #4 has potential but just needs more attention from the owners and a more hands-on approach to management.

Great condo outside of town
Rossana was an excellent hostess. Great communicator and very helpful. This location is great if you don't mind being outside of the town. Pool area is also nice. Condo seems new and has great furnishings. Kitchen items were adequate.

Great condo for family
Newer condo. Great place to stay with family. They even had toys in the closet my son could play with. All the beds including the pull out couch was comfortable. Overall we recommend choosing this condo for your stay in moab. Due to the fact that this condo is newer they have limited items in the kicthen. Such as there were no hot pads.
