Fantastic 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully fenced for your privacy, villa located in the Whitney Villas section of the Village of Dunedin (Dun-Eden). Close to the new Brownwood Square and a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter. One block from the community pool.
I have tried to think of everything needed to make your visit as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities to make this home feel like your home away from home. From bakeware and small appliances to plates, wine glasses, and silverware, it is all here.

The living room has a new (March 2025) reclining leather couch, plush end chair, and a 50-inch LED TV with a preferred cable package by Spectrum.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a comfy king-sized bed, 32-inch LED TV, remote controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large closet, and remote remote-controlled ceiling fan.

Also, we know that sometimes you just need to print out some directions, coupons or reservations, so we include a computer, printer, and 100 megabit wireless internet for your pleasure.

If you like to dine outside, we have included an outdoor dining set and bench for you to use in the screened in lanai, and a charcoal grill.

Lastly, I have fully stocked the home with everything you would need to enjoy your time vacation in comfort with paper goods, iron, ironing board, laundry and dish supplies, Pickle Ball set, his and hers bicycles, and a 2021 upgraded gas golf cart!

If you want to see one of the newer side of The Villages, then this home is for you. It is only a short cart ride to Brownwood, the Manatee recreation center, the beautiful Eisenhower recreation center (which is something everyone needs to see; the military memorabilia housed in Eisenhower is amazing and inspiring), shopping at Pinellas Plaza and Colony Plaza (with a Publix and Winn Dixie), Evens Prairie Country Club, Bonifay Country Club, Belle Glade Country Club and numerous executive courses (with new ones being built right now); even better, the home is walking distance to two community pools with bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and more! All executive courses and Championship courses can be reached by golf cart. With your temporary resident ID card, you can play for free on any of the executive courses or pay a nominal fee for the championship courses.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, internet, trash, lawn service, and phone service are included.

Pet free so perfect for those who may have allergies.

30 day minimum stay February and March every year.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years and older.

The place was very nice and had everything you would need for a long stay. The host is wonderful to work with. The place was very clean, Furnishings are newer and very comfortable. There is a cart for you to use, which unfortunately we did not get to use due to the extreme cold weather conditions during our stay, but we do hope to stay again and hopefully during a time we will be able to enjoy all the amenities the place has to offer. Highly recommend this rental.

Nice house, clean, and well appointed. 3 miles from Brownwood, 6 miles from Fort Sumter Landing, and 10 miles from Spanish Springs. Includes an almost new golf cart. Carol, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Three months in Disneyland for adults!

Clean and neat inside and out. Plenty of room for 2 or 4 adults. The beds were comfortable, and all rooms were well appointed. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. It is in a central location with good access to activities, restaurants, golf, shopping, etc. We are looking forward to returning in 2025, and beyond.

Golf in the THE VILLAGES, FL.

We came to play golf and weā€™re not disappointed! We have friends that live here and certainly enjoyed meeting up with them for golf and played a lot of cards. The House was perfectā€¦clean and was well equipped! The golf cart was included and we used it daily! Our weather was alittle cool but we enjoyed our time anyway. The neighborhood was very nice! I would recommend highly!

Beautiful rental

Carol really does make this a home from home. She has thought of nearly everything needed. Very quite area we loved the peace and quiet! Visited the squares at night for the entertainment they were fabulous also. It was so comfortable to live in for the fortnight we didn't really want to leave. We have never rented a home that was so well stocked with everything. Thank you for allowing us Scottish to rent your home we loved it.

Best equipped vacation rental ever!

We've experienced dozens of vacation rentals over the past 25 years - we've never found one as well provided as this one. Everything you can imagine has been made available by the owner. And the home is spacious for a 2BR, very comfortable, and very nicely furnished. The photos in the listing don't really do it justice. We found the location to be very convenient for access to the various areas of the Villages for dining, entertainment, etc. Overall great experience!

Our villa was spotless with many amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We had an abundance of paper products for personal use. We also had the use of a computer and printer, which we appreciated. The caretaker couple responded immediately to our requests. My husband and I have stayed in many properties during our MN winters, and this was by far the best. Weā€™re we to rate it, weā€™d give it a 10+.

Perfect Vacation

Great location, very clean and very well stocked with paper goods, kitchen utensils, towels, etc. The golf cart and bikes were great! We loved eating breakfast on the screened in porch and just hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in years! I chose this property because of its location. This property is close to many golf courses, recreation centers, and the town square, Brownwood. The pool is just around the corner.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

When I saw this home I knew that it would be a fantastic home for my guests. Many properties in The Villages are not fenced, which can make privacy a bit of an issue. This home, and all the villas for that matter, has a tall fence that surrounds the backyard for privacy. Additionally, the guest bedroom and bathroom can be partitioned off for a little interior privacy when family or a friend comes to visit. But what I also love about Zydeco is the openness of the floor plan. When you open the front door you are greeted with a good sized kitchen that overlooks the dining area and the family room. This is coupled with the vaulted ceilings which makes this home feel much larger than it is. When looking at properties I noticed many homes in The Villages felt so constrained by low ceilings.
