Enjoy your coffee while experiencing a spectacular Sunrise over the Ocean and watch the Sunset over the Bay with your glass of wine.....Relax on your private balcony and enjoy the sounds of the ocean and breathe in the fragrance of the sea air. Spacious 1250 square feet of pure luxury, featuring Master Suite with King Size bed and sliders opening to the covered balcony with spectacular views of the beach, ocean and bay. Master Bathroom has 5 Shower Heads surrounded by custom tile and frameless shower door. Guest Bedroom boasts both Queen size bed and 1 twin. Guest Bathroom conveniently located across hall with Granite Vanity and Shower/Tub combination.
Gourmet Kitchen with all the comforts of home including Dacor stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cooking items sure to please any chef. A wonderful Bay view from the kitchen window makes preparing any meal a pleasure.
Dining area has seating for 6 with sunset views in the evening. The living area has plenty of seating including a recliner, leather swivel chair, and sectional sofa. Sliders open to the private balcony which has balcony height table and chairs with seating for 6. And spectacular beach and bay views!! Each room has a WATER view! The family room and both bedrooms have flat screen tvs, ceiling fans, and a DVD player in the family room. Free WiFi is included as well as expanded cable services. A storage room is available for your use stocked with a beach caddy, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys to use on the expansive, pristine beach. OR skip the beach and relax at the beach front pool. Two adult bikes are also provided! With the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk just a mile away to the north and historic Cape May a few minutes south, it doesn't get much better!

Loved it!

This place was great! The location is perfect and the view was amazing. It was well furnished and was very clean too. We really enjoyed our week there and look to come back in the future!

Beautiful property, beautiful beach and everything inbetween. My family had a great time. The condo is gorgeous comfortable and Cindy was amazing to work with! We will definitley be back.

Best Vacation Ever

Very very clean. Unbelievable views of the beach/ ocean and bay. You can watch the sun rise and set from the condo. No need to bring beach gear, included with the reantal. Family friendly. Close to boardwalk and bike path. Beautiful beach condo.

Very pleased with our stay at this vacation condo.

We have stayed at this Condo 3 times with a 4th coming shortly. Condo is beautifully decorated. We purchased a print of a picture in the Condo for our home. Outstanding views with morning sunrises and evening sunsets. Super clean, fully stocked, just steps from the beach. Owner is simply a fabulous person. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Vacation Rental

We have been staying at this beautiful condo for the past 4 years. It is SO CLEAN and has the most gorgeous views! Our children love sitting on the deck looking at the ocean. It is located in a fantastic part of Wildwood Crest! We LOVE this place and we will continue to come back again and again. The owner is such an amazing person. She is so sweet and caring! Very Highly Recommended!

Fantastic summer fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic week with our family! We love the beach in Wildwood Crest and the close proximity to Cape May for excursions and dinner is perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated, well supplied, and immaculate. The host (Cindy) was attentive to every detail and easily contacted, if needed. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the fifth floor balcony and the available beach supplies, including the beach cart, were very much appreciated. The host and the condo are a perfect "10"!

Everything well maintained and extremely clean. Had everything we could want from beach chairs and umbrella , bikes etc. Beautiful view of ocean and bay. Everything you need to cook is there. Cindy the Owner very accommodating to ensure our experience was beyond expectations. Nice pool as well. Would definitely rent again.

Breathtaking views

Immaculate penthouse condo with gorgeous views of the ocean and bay. Extremely attentive and welcoming owners made the entire process a dream. Highly recommended, and looking forward to returning in the future.

Absolutely Perfect

This is a gorgeous condo with lovely water views from every window, easy access to the beach and every comfort of home. The owner Cindy was absolutely fantastic and really helped provide all of the info needed for an efficient check in and check out. I wanted to stay longer and am looking forward to visiting again. It was the off season in September which was wonderful because there were no crowds and yet the beach was still warm and sunny. This place is an easy drive to Cape May but without the Cape May crowds. Perfect location for a nice vacation.

Incredibly nice condo and extremely friendly owner makes for a great combo!

I cannot say enough good things about both the condo and the owner. From the day I sent the reservation request, intracting with the owner was a pleasant experience throughout. All documents to be signed and information were sent well in time, and the check-in process could not have been smoother. The owner paid us a visit to say hello in person, and provided us with a ton of information about the local activities such as the nearby zoo and the local restaurants. The condo itself is in immaculate condition and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The views out of the living room and the master bedroom, both of which overlook the beach, are awesome and we watched the sunrise each day. The windows in the kitchen and the second bedroom look out over the bay and let you view the sunsets. All in all, a highly enjoyable vacation and a condo unit that I would highly recommend with my eyes closed. If we return to the area, this condo will be our first choice for sure.

Wonderful Place in Wildwood Crest

This is one of the nicest rental we have stayed at. Everything was wonderful, from the checkin process to checkout. The location is great and the view was amazing. The owner’s were very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

Wonderful condo — great location — awesome views!!!

Perfect condo whether just for 2 or extra guests. Cleanliness is a priority for us and this condo is spotless. The owners are a lovely couple - very responsive to emails - who take great care in providing a great experience for their guests. The views from this end unit are fantastic — such a bonus to have both ocean and marsh views. Can’t wait to become repeat guests when we return next year!!!!!

Great property

Clean, close to the beach, and well stocked property. Pool is perhaps a bit small if you have older kids (fine for my kids under 10). Views are great. Unit is an end unit on the top floor so more light than other units - you'll have views of the bay and then on one side the beach (although the unit does not directly face the beach, the views are still excellent).

Perfect place for a week’s beach getaway!

This condo is perfectly located and beautifully decorated. Owner had thought of everything to make your vacation special. The water view from every window is spectacular- you can watch the sunrise and sunset without ever leaving the condo! But leave the condo and walk on the most beautiful beach on the Jersey shore - you’ll be glad you did!

Beautiful Picturesque Condo

We enjoyed a great week at this beautiful condo despite rainy weather. The view of the ocean and bay were awesome. The place is tastefully decorated and the king bed was excellent allowing a solid night's sleep. Everything is in close proximity to the complex but but still a quite relaxing area. Nice to have beach chairs/umbrella and beach cart available! Definite plus.

Cindy was wonderful and extremely responsive and accomdating. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more! We couldn’t be happier with our vacation. We are from the Chicago area and we’re visiting family in Maryland so decided to extend our stay and head to the coast. We had never been to the beaches in this area. We easily covered the Cape May area as well as Lewes and Rehobeth Beach, Delaware via the Ferry. I would highly recommend Wildwood Crest and this unit for anyone visiting the area! relaxing 2 weeks at the beach

We had a lovely time at the Jersey Shore in Cindy's rental. The condo is beautifully but comfortably decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, including things like paper towels, dish soap and clothes detergent. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is an easy walk, and the condo is outfitted with beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach tote. The pool is nice if a bit small. It was a great trip for us and our young grandson and his parents. Thanks!

Wonderful Vacation Condo

We stayed at this condo for a week in August 2016 and had an absolutely wonderful time. First, the owner is fantastic! She is very nice, easy to work with, and extremely responsive. Further, the owner has provided just about every amenity you would need for a week at the beach. From kitchen items to beach accessories, anytime we looked for something, it was there. Secondly, the condo itself is great! Its location, just steps from the beach, made it so convenient for us to run back to condo for lunch, to grab cold drinks, etc. Also, the condo was very nicely furnished, extremely clean, and quite comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fabulous views from the balcony. We frequently dined or just relaxed out there. Additionally, being able to go down to the pool was a great opportunity to take a break from the beach. We would highly recommend this condo to those looking for a great beach vacation. We had an awesome time during our visit and made some great family memories. We look forward to going back soon.

The best!

My extended family has been staying in the Crest for over 60+ years occupying many different condos in the vicinity over that time. We have stayed at this condo for 4 summers now and couldn't be more happy. Her condo is meticulous and smells so clean from the moment you walk in. The condo has all amenities (plus some!) that are needed for a relaxing vacation to make you feel right at home. The panorama from the balcony is breathtaking as you can capture not only a glorious ocean view but also a gorgeous view of the bay. The complex overall is fantastic. If you desire to refrain from the beach, you can relax at a great pool and turn your head to get an ocean view! Parking garage is motion activated at night, secure, and safe. The owner is excellent to work with, so very kind, and has excellent/on-point local recommendations!!!! Looking forward to our return next year!

Royal Beach is a beautiful community located just steps away from one of the finest beaches on the east coast. The pool is just steps from the sand and always inviting. Our unit is on the top floor, very private, extremely comfortable, and has panoramic views of the island! It doesn't get much better than this! We love it here and hope you will too!
