This gorgeous one bedroom plus den (second bedroom), two full bathroom condo is located in the premier resort development of Seapointe Village situated on a private beach. There is no comparison to this location anywhere in NJ and most of the Northeast coast The property is a gated community with 24 hour security and is beautifully maintained with gorgeous gardens, water falls, fountains, family fire pits, tennis/pickle ball, basketball and a playground for small children. There are four outdoor pools plus one indoor pool. There are several kiddie pool areas. The indoor pool has a large hot tub and there are four additional large hot tubs outside. All pools are heated. There is a fitness center and a small sauna room and steam room also. Several outdoor showers coming off the beach and around the complex to rinse sand from your feet and items.
To one side of the property is a wildlife reserve with nature trails. To the other side of the property is a high end hotel with restaurant and casual, fun family beach bar/restaurant. There is ice cream, mini golf, bike rental, pizza, a convenience store and liquor store within walking distance. Charming Historic Cape May is a 10 minute drive and the Wildwood Boardwalk is also a 5-10 minute drive.
The unit itself is impeccably clean and updated with brand new kitchen with quartz countertops. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom attached. The den has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The second bathroom has a washer and dryer. The sofa opens up to a queen size bed. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a pretty good peek of the ocean, watching the sailboats and para sailers go by. Or you can look out below and watch the families enjoying themselves in the famous bubble pool, or going down the slide, or swimming under the bridge. Gas grills are located in multiple locations within the development.

Please contact host for individual outdoor pool hours 2026 during the off season.

First experience was a great experience

Wonderful property for kids. Really enjoyed the activity set up for kids to meet up with newly made friends to play pick up basketball or pickleball. Beach was very easy to get to which was convenient as well. Personally, the owner of our unit was great which really helped us prepare for the trip and enjoy it. Highly recommend.

We feel so fortunate to have found Seapointe Village...it had everything you could want for a family vacation. The condo was perfection and was overlooking multiple pools..from the private beach to the multiple fire pits and indoor pools we were in heaven!!

Great Vacation Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the host was a pleasure to work with. Condo development is very nice with close proximity to pools, the beach, and ICONA right next door. Condo itself was very clean and exactly what we were hoping for. We will return.

Seapointe Village is a lovely location and this particular condo was bright and beautifully appointed with everything for a great stay. The host is most friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this destination.

It was a beautiful condo, very updated, decorated nicely and clean. It has a beautiful view overlooking all the pools and at night the pools are lit up different colors which our son loved! We gad a great family week vacation here! Highly recommend!

Nice Get Away

We really enjoyed our time in this space. It was enough room for my husband and I with our two young children. The centre court pool was a major hot with our kids and so was the boardwalk. Would highly recommend!

We Will Be Back

Great week in Wildwood with husband and two kids!!! Hadn’t been here in years. Close to Cape May, Wildwood, Stone Harbor and Avalon. Lots to do!!! This property was just as pictured and described. Extremely clean. Absolutely no issues. Seamless arrival and departure. Owner was extremely responsive! We will be back!!!

Best Beach Vacation!

Center court location of the property was perfect for my family. Close to the large outdoor & indoor pools, and of course the beautiful, clean Diamond beach, appropriate name for this little slice of heaven in New Jersey. In addition to location, this property was very clean and had all the amenities that gave the condo a safe, homey, family friendly atmosphere. After staying here this year, I would not rent anyplace else.

Perfection by the sea!

Everything about this listing is exactly as advertised. Awesome location! Walking distance to beach/restaurants/shops and only steps to the pool. Couldn’t have asked for a better host than Maryellen. I only wish I could give her more stars. We will definitely be returning.

Best stay EVER

This was a 50th birthday gift for 2 family members. We had an amazing time and the host was extremely kind and communicated above and beyond our expectations!! The unit was everything that was promised and then some!! The property was beautiful and very relaxing! We will be returning!! Great place for all ages!

Beautiful place

The owner of our unit a nd Seapointe village resort.....Top notch. A+ Impressed with the entire process, the interaction with the owner, the ease of the rental, the complex is amazing. The easy access to the beach the grille on the beach is awesome The resort feeling with lively flowers and landscaping. The pool availability was terrific. Having 4 pools to hang out for all ages. We enjoyed our stay 💯% . Would visit again.

Relaxing, perfect beach condo

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! Maryellen was wonderful to work with, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. The condo was perfect - it was clean and cozy and had plenty of space for me, my husband and my baby. Sea Pointe village is gorgeous and we can’t say enough about the facilities. The pools are wonderful for kids, and the grills and fire pits around the property were so nice. It’s really easy to walk to the beach, and the beach is gorgeous!! We’d highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Property

Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the area. Condo was close to everything we wanted to do…boardwalk, Cape May, restaurants, mini golf, the beach, Dance Competition. The property was beautiful including the grounds, the pools, the private beach. Love how the condo overlooked the center court pools which the children said were the best pools on the property. Loved how the beach had a snack shack for lunch, snacks and ice cream. Security on the property was impeccable…felt very safe. The owner was incredible to communicate with, answered all my questions in a timely manner, and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised; the perfect stay!

Location can't be beat for the beach! The apartment is large, clean, and bright, and everything you need is within reach - bath and pool towels provided, televisions and comfy beds, beach/pool passes and a full kitchen. I have VERY tall (5'7") 11 year olds, one might have to sleep on the sofa bed next year because the twin bed has been a little tight for them, but it is comfortable and well made. Maryellen was so communicative, and everything was as advertised. Easy clean up instructions and overall five stars across the board! The only negative is the other renters camping out at the beautiful pools and claiming every chair before the pool even technically opens - but that's not the fault of the apartment. We will be renting From Maryellen again - what a beautiful place!!

I'm from the Lehigh Valley. When my children were young, we spent many happy summers staying at the small resort hotels in Wildwood and Wildwood Crest. Over time, I was fortunate enough to own a condo at Seapointe Village. Now that my children are grown and their time at the condo is more limited, I truly enjoy sharing it with other families and hearing about the memories they create during their stay.

I chose this neighborhood because Seapointe Village truly feels like a resort. It's perfectly situated between Cape May - with it's Victorian charm, fine dining, and rich history - and Wildwood, known for its family-friendly restaurants, boardwalk and beach events. You truly get the best of both worlds, with a gorgeous beach and plenty of pools - because summer wouldn't be complete without a pool!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

What I love most about my unit is how bright and fresh it feels. From the balcony, I enjoy watching families - from babies to grandparents - having so much fun in what I believe are the best pools in all of Seapointe Village. It truly warms my heart. There's also a lovely peek of the ocean, and the beach is just a perfect 10 minute walk away.
