Compass Point 606 is an interior 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium located on the 6th floor directly on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores . The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of Little Lagoon from the living room and master bedroom which has a queen and twin bed. There is 1 full bath with a tub/shower combo. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Sleeps 5

Compass Point is a 9 story building located 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 about a block from the Beach Road. Compass Point has a lagoon side outdoor pool with lagoon/beach play area and an indoor pool. The property also has a pier, boat launch and limited designated parking for boats. Compass Point has a grilling and picnic area as well as a fish cleaning station. There is a 1 car limit.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Compass point is great place

Third time I’ve stayed at compass point and when I go back there will be a fourth. Perfect location ( except during sand in my boots weekend in which case nowhere near hwy 59 is very good when that’s in town) love this place

Winter Vacation

Wanted to o to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach as we heard it was very nice place. It was a little more busy then we thought but over all very good and we plan on coming back

It will be over by the end of this year.

We love Compass Point

We had a good stay. Love staying at the place. Really the only complaint is there was used contact lenses on the bedside table. The east was fine.

Amazing location/property

Property was just as described and pictured! Management was quick to respond to the A/C not cooling properly. We submitted the maintenance request before heading out to the beach for the day, and it was fixed upon our return later that afternoon. Location was perfect. We very much enjoyed our time and didn’t want to leave. Would definitely book here again!

This location is perfect for my daughters to get out in the lagoon with their paddle boards, swim in the pool, walk along Little Lagoon trail, or head to the ocean. This is our second year staying at this location and in this condo. Will likely return for our future vacations.

Reviewer Comments: the balcony and the view was unbeatable, we sat out every morning watching the fish fly, pools light up so pretty at night and the breeze off the water keeps it nice an cool, anytime we were in the room we sat outside, my kids never even wanted to watch tv the whole trip. washer and dryer def came in handy from all the sand at the beach that comes home with you no matter what you do. the indoor pool was under construction and that was a bummer but no a deal breaker. we still had plenty to do.

The shower doors won’t stay on track. Tiny tv in the bedroom. There’s only maybe 5 tables at the pool, which fill up really quick. You have to be on a mission to be able to grab a chair😂

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at CP before and always had a good experience. Again this time we appreciated the location and view. Unfortunately the entire condo was under construction/repair. From 730 -400 each day there was constant drilling, sanding or some sort of loud grinding noise. It was hard to hear the tv or take a nap ( love vacation naps❤️). The staff we encountered or spoke with were great as usual. The condo though dated was comfortable and very clean. Facility maintenance is needed but wish we knew ahead of time so we could make an informed decision about staying while it was being done. We would highly recommend CP , maybe just call to see if major repairs are being made 🤷🏼‍♀️

Perfect Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 5 and this was perfect for our long weekend! It was a peaceful area...you look out onto the bay off the balcony! I could sit and watch my teens fish and swim from the balcony! It was perfect! The walk to the beach was not far at all and for us, just right! The overall cleanliness of the condo was good. We packed light and ate out so space was good enough for us. If you’re more than 5 people or are planning to stay in more than out, you might like a little more space, but for us it was great and if we revisit the area, we will certainly see if this property is available! Thank you for an enjoyable stay and the affordable rates!!!!

They sent their maintenance person who referred it to a trained professional. They worked on it for hours and the refrigerator did cool but the professional recommended that the refrigerator be replaced. A new refrigerator/freezer was delivered within days.I was very impressed with this service. This unit does have older sofa not that comfortable for sleeping. The indoor pool is closed due to repair issues. Since it is winter I felt the rental price was too high for the condition of the property.
