This inviting Sunriver vacation rental home is nestled in the trees, perfect for relaxing in nature. This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 10 and features reverse living, offering a bright, open main level with vaulted ceilings and beautiful natural light. The main floor includes a fully stocked kitchen, a welcoming dining area, and a cozy living room —perfect for gathering after a day of adventure.

With a spacious great room, four tastefully appointed bedrooms, a bonus den with sofa bed, and 3.5 recently remodeled bathrooms, there's plenty of room to spread out. Guests will enjoy the open floor plan of the upper level; a massive wood-burning fireplace stands as the centerpiece to a large dining area, easily accommodating ten to twelve, an upgraded kitchen, pantry and buffet and the comfortable living room.

On the main level you'll find the primary bedroom featuring a comfortable King-sized bed, a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a private deck.

Downstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, and another with a twin-over-twin bunk—ideal for kids or extra guests. A second living space downstairs offers a comfy family room with a TV, giving everyone plenty of space to spread out and relax.

Step outside to enjoy your private hot tub under the stars, or take the bikes out and explore Sunriver’s 40+ miles of paved trails. The home also includes a ping pong table, high chair, and Pack-n-Play—making it easy for families to settle in and feel at home.

When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer, set off on foot or hop on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental.

*Please note the homeowner keeps a car in the garage.*

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Wonderful stay

We loved the house! Very well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, fun to have bikes and the nice hot tub after long rides and hikes, and it was so pleasant to enjoy the sunset from the roomy deck overlooking the golf course. Lovely, clean and welcoming home!

Fantastic

Great spot

Home was in perfect condition with lots of cooking accessories. Ping pong table and bikes were a hit. We had 9 people and it was a good fit

Great family stay

This was perfect house for family with 6 adults and 4 children. The house had everything; a well stocked kitchen, laundry room, BBQ, outdoor porch, hot tub, 4 bikes, ping pong table and even band aids for scraped knees. We would stay again!

Beautiful home, poorly maintained. :(

This home is beautiful. Its located on the Resort and even on the golf course where we are literally about 75' away from the course itself. Lots of amenities listed and well stocked. That being said... for a $1.5M home on the golf course, it was mind boggling the condition that we found the home in when we walked in. First of all, the management company said that we couldn't check in until 6 PM due to shortages in staff. Fine, ok. Then when we did get there, we immediately saw that the place had not been cleaned as one would expect. It seems that they only worried about the things one could see, rather than doing a proper cleaning of such a beautiful home. The kitchen counters had sticky crap on it, the walls in the kitchen had what looked like either coffee or soda splattered on them. There were cobwebs EVERYWHERE and in every room. The air intake grate for the heating system was absolutely COVERED in dust bunnies. The ceiling fan blades were also covered in dust bunnies and those could be seen from anywhere. My wife and I walked into our bedroom (master bedroom) and immediately knew this was going to be a rough stay as the King size bed had a visible and large hump in the middle of it. I first thought this might have been two twins pushed together, but nope, it was the King mattress that was essentially shot. Great!!! The hot tub was in such a disgusting condition that they had to have the hot tub place come out, empty the tub out, replace the filter, which looked like it had NEVER been changed, and refill the tub. It was all sooo nasty that I requested that a representative from Bennington come out and take a look for themselves. I'm not going to name any names here, but when you have every member of your family taking pics of things that are not clean, that has to tell you something. Bennington was very apologetic about the condition of the home and even though this was a beautiful home in a great location, I think that a HUGE disservice was done to the home owners. Bennington gave us a food allowance for our trouble, but looking back at it, we feel like we were just another renter coming through and not to be bothered with. Unfortunate... All in all, this gets a 2 star and I'm being generous. BTW, we took a TON of pictures to document things in the event that something was to come back on us, that's how bad it was... Not the way we wanted to spend Spring Break with the kids.

Perfect!

We stayed here during our kid's spring break and the house was perfect for us. The layout was really nice. The house had everything we needed plus some. The hot tub was lovely and the views of the golf course were picturesque. Can't really think of any negatives. Infact, we had such a good time we even extended our trip a couple more nights. Thanks for a great experience and a wonderful memory for our family.

Great stay at 6 Cherrywood lane!

Property was as shown in the listing. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Lots of towels, dishes, and cookware. One star deduction for not doing a through enough cleaning between the departing guests that morning and us (one room had bad diaper smell, found a dirty sock in the window sill, and the couch/loveseat had fleas) Other than that, GREAT property and would stay there again.

Great Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the 3000sq foot house (5 Cherrywood) was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely more than enough space. Clean and well stocked- I have never seen so many dishes , pots and pans, and multiple appliances available. Wow. The bed was very comfortable and since I'm always cold, the extra blankets on the shelf in the closet was well appreciated. The hot tub was perfect-in fact, so much so, guess who got home and started the conversation with her husband on why we needed one? There was enough parking space in the driveways and although available, we never did get to the 8 bicycles in the garage...
