This lovely, single-level home is full of natural light and tastefully furnished. Located on the quiet north end of town.

The light-filled living room invites you to relax by the cozy gas fireplace or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV. The dining area off the kitchen gives access to the back deck and private hot tub. The dining area has seating for 8. Everything you need for your next culinary creation can be found in the well-equipped kitchen.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, access to the deck, and an attached, private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a Queen Bed and a twin bed, plus a private bathroom, perfect for a small family. Bedroom three also has a queen bed and a twin bed with access to the hall guest bathroom with a shower over tub. All bedrooms have Smart TVS with Roku.

When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the adjacent path on foot, or hop on one of the adult bicycles waiting for you in the garage for the ride to Fort Rock Park to enjoy the playground, large open field, picnic benches, tennis, and basketball courts. Ping Pong is also available in the garage for family fun!

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 3, Nine Iron, 10 Nine Iron or 17 Nine Iron Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

Went to Sunriver tennis tournament .

Excellent location for our stay. Went to Sunriver tennis tournament that weekend and the house was a few minutes away from the main courts. The house was very clean and so was the hot tub and grill. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great and gave us good privacy.

The house was incredibly clean. That's always so important to us. We had an issue with the TV and when I contacted the office, the response was IMMEDIATE. Bennington Properties was the best property management company we've ever dealt with. We are 110% satisfied.

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

House was perfect for our 4 adult family. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect as each bedroom had their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable too! Reclining sofas were a nice perk! We had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean, kitchen well stocked and ping pong table and bikes worked great. We will definitely consider staying again!

Excellent unit. Everything was very clean. Some very old appliances. dryer worked, but slow. TV didn't work in the front bedroom and they were not able to get it fixed.

Great getaway

Great place for 3 couples. Had a great time with our young adult kids and their others. Nice quiet side of the resort. Close to Benham falls. Lots of bike riding and fun ping pong table. Empty gas canisters for BBQ replaced quickly with a call. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the living room area with stone fireplace as it was very cozy at night. The large table in the middle was perfect for a puzzle. The kitchen was very well-stocked and quite large. Beds were all comfortable. Property management team was very responsive to all questions and fixed the light that was out over the dining table quickly. Overall, a great experience. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay. the home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The one level was important to us as we had small children. The 3 bathrooms were a life saver with such a large number of people staying in the house. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this property.

Second year staying at this house and we love it. Already reserved for next year! Best living room furniture in over 20 years of coming to Sunriver. One level which we need as we are all aging. Easy for mom and 5 daughters to get around, cook, play games, laugh, relax, and make memories. Thanks for sharing your home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at this Bennington property. The location was fantastic with easy access to the paved/mountain bike trails to Lava Lands and the Deschutes River. The house was very well stocked and all of the little touches from Bennington made for a great stay. The home is on the Northeast side of Sun River which seemed to be much quitter than near the village center. I highly recommend this home for families with kids, dogs people who want easy access to the mountain bike trails.

A fantastic place to stay!!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay here. The house was beautiful and in a lovely wooded setting with plenty of trails for walking, biking, etc. Most importantly, the house was exactly as advertised - which is not always the case! The property managers were amazing and kept us informed every step of the way. The check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. They were also extremely responsive - even for a very minor issue such as a light bulb being burned out, they immediately sent someone over and took care of it. We were all very impressed with the property management company. The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-stalked. It had a ping-pong table and bikes in the garage for guests to use. There was a cable TV in every bedroom and in the living room. When I return to Bend in the future, I will not even look for other properties -- I will stay here because it was such a thoroughly enjoyable and problem-free experience. I would give it six stars, if I could.
