The Space:

This updated, comfortable home will be the perfect place for your next vacation to Sunriver. The homes downstairs offers large living, dining and kitchen area, ideal for sharing time and meals together. Upstairs, you will find spacious bedrooms, two of which have their own en suite bathrooms. The outdoor deck area with its BBQ is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Central Oregon sunshine. This home has a private hot tub and access to SHARC and other resort amenities.



What's nearby:

This home is just a short walk away from the Village at Sunriver with its variety of shopping, restaurant, and entertainment options and also Sunriver's SHARC recreation center which offers outdoor and indoor pools plus a fitness center. Just behind the home is a bike path that will provide you with access to 40 miles of hiking and biking opportunities. Mt. Bachelor with its wide variety of winter and summer outdoor activities is just a 30-minute drive away.

**Parking, Prohibited Vehicles and Lot Appearance**

Boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, commercial vehicles, flat bed pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (including campers), disabled, or similar vehicles shall not be parked on any Fremont Crossing lot or driveway other than inside an enclosed garage, screen from view. No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Association at rental guest's expense. No other materials, trash, garbage, refuse containers, or unattractive materials shall be permitted on any Lot, Common Area, or the streets.

Great layout in a great location!

Property has a great layout with two master bedrooms. Location is top notch with its walking distance to Village Mall and SHARC. Really enjoyed the place, but it does need some updating.

A disappointing experience in one of our favorite places!

We appreciate the location of this house, as it’s extremely walkable to the village. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and customer service both left us underwhelmed and disappointed. This was our group’s 3rd time staying at this house and unfortunately it may be our last.

Great location and spacious condo

We really enjoyed this condo, it is an end unit and very spacious. It backs up to one of the more main roads in sunriver but you don’t hear any traffic noise. The closeness to the village and SHARC is absolutely wonderful. The property management company was very helpful, you just have to call the local number that they give you in one of their emails and not the 1800 number. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, perfect location

2nd stay in this house. Love it! Perfect for a girls trip. Great location, walking distance to the village and to SHARC. Only feedback is the spa hadn’t been cleaned and we needed kitchen towels and cleaning spray, which they quickly fixed and brought over. Great service and house is very well stocked. Love this place. Will be back next year. (Inflation was definitely felt. Cost us $400 more this year for the same week)

Great Location, Perfect for Smaller Group

The location of this house is fantastic! Easy walk to the Village, SHARC, etc. House was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults, 2 adult size teens), with plenty of space for everyone. House is very well appointed with everything you may need. The only issue was the bike situation was not ideal...4 bikes are included but the mountain bike is too small for an adult and is in bad shape. The other bikes are cruisers and work fine. I would recommend this house again as a great Sunriver solution for a smaller group or family!

Recent stay

Great location. Less than 5 minute walk to the village and less than 10 minutes to get to The Sharc. The 8 passes were a plus and we enjoyed our time swimming as a family there. I appreciated that there was a high chair, pack and play, as well as a baby gate available that are not listed as amenities. The home and stay overall was pleasant, loved the area, bbq and hot tub. There are adult bikes available, they are dated (3, one had a gear break halfway down the street and was not usable afterwards). Home is visibly clean but could use a deep clean and things were noticed once we had been there a day. Lots of room for family meals and gaming. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils.

Beware of Homeowner Association

I love the 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The large dining table was great, and we appreciated a TV in each room. The hot tub cleanliness was not maintained and became cloudy during our stay. The living room TV is outdated and we were not able to have a family movie night. The neighbors were not friendly and the association rules did not match the posted Sunriver rules so we were reminded many times by unfriendly neighbors that our luggage trailer should not be seen, even in the garage. Vacasa is nearly impossible to communicate with and not a single phone call was answered, and emails took weeks for responses. We will not rent through Vacasa again, and will not rent at Freemont Crossing again due to neighbors making our stay uncomfortable.

Very nice rental

We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. This rental property was in walking distance to both the village and the sharc. It was very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the comfy couches and movies provided. My only suggestion for the cleaning crew is to wash the end tables in the bedrooms (not just dust them), as there was something spilled on several of them. I washed the ones in my bedroom and also had to spot clean the carpet in that room as something was spilling there and I didn't want to walk barefoot on it. Three of the bikes worked great for adults. The fourth bike was a lady killer, but I think would work great for a tween sized person? Bring your own bikes if you have more than 3 adults. This rental comes with 8 sharc passes. Great place to stay!

summer fun in August

Love the place. Very clean overall. Only found a few cans out near the hot tub and some fake nails on a window seal my daughter decided to put on her own nails. It was funny, but gross at the same time. Space is perfect for 1-2 family's. Safe biking around the neighborhood, super close to village and SHARC. We were close enough to walk to each location. We had 4 lights out when we got in, called VACASA and they fixed them in like 15 minutes. Rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Only complaint we had which is minor is the AC was locked to 72 the lowest. So the bedrooms were in the mid to low 80s the entire trip when it was 90 degrees outside. Little warm to sleep in but nothing crazy. Hot tub was bomb and the grill was clean and easy to use

Loved how close this property was to the Village. The house itself is perfect for a family or two. Huge dining table, plenty of bathrooms and big beds!

This house far exceeded my expectations. We’ve always had a family house to stay at in sunriver and this year we had to rent for the first time in 12 years. Love the location of this house, it’s right on the village so your steps away. This house had everything you need in the kitchen, very spacious and cozy. The bedrooms were perfect, two master suites and a third bedroom with its own separate bathroom. Great for a girls trip, family getaway, or a couples vacation. I will be using this house time and time again for my trips to Sunriver. I highly recommend for any getaway to Sunriver.

Comfortable, spacious, convenience

We loved staying at this home! It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable (often my biggest challenge with vacation rentals), the hot tub was nice, and it was in walking distance to both the SHARC and the Village. The bikes and SHARC passes were both perks of staying here, and the huge dining table gave us lots of space for puzzles on a rainy day, as did the additional small 4-top in the living room (we love games). Overall, we'd keep coming back here again and again! Only suggestion for improvement would be fixing/replacing several of the blinds that no longer open.
