This is a spacious, single level home in the heart of Sunriver. This property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fantastic back deck. The light and bright living room boast a new flat screen TV, portable A/C, a cozy gas fireplace and plenty of seating. The adjacent dining room seats 8 and the kitchen holds all the equipment you'll need to whip up your family favorites.

Bedroom one is an ensuite with a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 holds 2 new Twin beds. Bedroom 4 has a new Pyramid Bunk (Twin over a Queen bed).

The huge deck in back provides a wonderful gathering and relaxing place with built-in benches, a private hot tub, and space for guests to bring their dogs to play too. Owners just added brand new flat screen TVs throughout the home. Foosball, Ping Pong, bikes and an additional fridge are provided in the garage for your enjoyment! Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 bikes provided with this vacation rental house. For your little ones, this home has baby equipment such as a high chair and pack n' play.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

The house was SO clean! Fully stocked kitchen and we loved the added bonus of LOTS of kids toys and books! Our girls had a blast and the hosts were very responsive. Overall wonderful stay!

Perfect location and excellent communication!

My family takes a summer vacation every year and this one was FABULOUS! Thank you for you your excellent response time, even when your offices were closed! The house was perfect, and the deck was spacious and perfect for star-gazing every night.

Lovely home!

The house was spacious and clean and the deck was enormous! We had a fun weekend of cooking and eating outside, playing games, and riding the provided bikes around Sunriver. Communication with our hosts was efficient and smooth. We would love to stay again.

Cozy home in Sunriver

Home had everything you needed (especially in the kitchen :) plenty of space for hangout in living room and dining room. Rooms were extra equipped with linens and pillows which was helpful.

Great stay at Sunriver

We loved the room set up, deck, and hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed. Check in & check out was super easy. No AC was clearly stated, but it does get warm. Thankfully each room had a fan provided in the closet! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our baseball trip to bend

This house was perfect for our trip to Bend for baseball. Had a minor hicup when we checked in, but they solved it in person within five minutes – it was fairly incredible response time! Great house!

The groom, best man (myself, and 2 groomsman stayed there for our trip. We had a great time doing things in the Bend/Sisters area. House was set up well and had everything we needed. Thank you!

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay. Was larger in person than pictures seemed. The deck was especially nice, it was oversized with three different searing areas and a nice hot tub. The house does get pretty hot on warm days. There is skylights throughout that pour in the sundloght during the day, making it hard to cool down rhe house.

Great House

We had a large group of friends and split our group between two homes. This house was great. The hot tub was perfect. So many beds! Great choice for a place to stay. Only issue was a super late check in time (5) and super early check out (10). Other than that, perfect!

Relax vocation

We LOVE this property during my birthday weekends!! Location is prefect for biking and easy stroll to get coffee in the morning. We also love the cozy vibe while spent time together near the fire place. Hottub is also one of our favorite during our stay, water temp has setup right before our arrival and warm up after star gazing in the backyard. The property manager has keep us in touch to accommodated our needs and ensure our stays are smooth. Thank you for this amazing experience and clean property, can't wait to return next time.

Length of stay

Frustrating not checking in till 5:00 and then checking out by 10:00. Not even a full 48 hour stay but paid for two full days.

Convenient place to stay when skiing

Staying in Sunriver is very convenient when skiing at Mt Bachelor. It is nice to come back to the house and hp in the hot tub. Having a full kitchen is also convenient for making meals without waiting in long lines at restaurants. Coffee is right here in the morning. Other good features: washer/dryer for wet ski clothes, space to gather for dining and games, plenty of space people to read or do work. A minor flaw: the gas fireplace did not emit any heat when turned on.

Awesome Spot!

This was a great house! Great kitchen and plenty of space for a bunch of guys on a weekend getaway. We love the big deck and hot tub as well as the kitchen and grill! My only complaint was that the bikes were not in good shape. Three of the seven bikes were not rideable. Bent wheel, loose chain, and no tools to adjust seats. Other than that the house was clean and had everything we needed!

Nice place to stay

The place was nice, roomy enough for 2 families to spend the weekend together. I was disappointed in the lack of household items. This was my first stay booking through Vrbo, we usually book through a different rental app & never have we been to a place that didn’t have coffee, salt, sugar, or several other amenities available to us. The fireplace also didn’t work & it was a bummer this place doesn’t come with Sharc passes. The house was nice & it worked well, but I don’t think I would rent from this property management company again.

Hagerty stay

Excellent time had by all. Plenty of space for 7 of us to sleep, relax, recreate. Played ping pong and foosball, other games at large dining room table. Plenty of frig/freezer space for several couples.It would've been nice to shovel/sand icy driveway. No snow prior for weeks, along w/ shovel deck. The garbage/recycling location was confusing...never did find it.Towels could've been a little nicer. A remodel to master bathroom would be nice...the kiddie toilet is a big small and tight for someone who is 6 ft tall.We'll likely stay there again next year.

Great place to stay.

Very nice house, great location, plenty of room, cable tv, ping pong, wonderful huge deck. Overall very nice place to stay. Only mild suggestions: toilets need to be replaced, and the bikes aren't real practical--all except one adult bike was one-speed, which don't work on hills. We ended up renting an adult bike. Good selection for kids, but not for adults. Again, minor thing.
