Witchhazel 5 is a spacious single-level Sunriver retreat made for easy family time, relaxed evenings, and plenty of room to spread out. With four bedrooms, a large back deck, and thoughtful extras for both kids and adults, this home offers a comfortable setting for a classic Central Oregon getaway.

The living room feels bright and welcoming, with generous seating, a gas fireplace, a new flat-screen TV, and a portable air-conditioning unit for added comfort during warmer days. Nearby, the dining table seats eight, while the well-equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.

Where You'll Sleep
Bedroom One features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom Two offers a queen bed, Bedroom Three includes two twin beds, and Bedroom Four features a pyramid bunk with a twin over queen, creating a flexible setup for families, children, and friends traveling together.

Outside, the expansive back deck gives everyone room to settle in beneath the pines. Built-in benches create an easy gathering place, while the private hot tub offers a quiet way to end the day. The deck also provides extra space for guests traveling with dogs to enjoy the outdoors.

For a little friendly competition, head to the garage for ping pong or foosball. An additional refrigerator is also available there, and five bikes make it easy to explore Sunriver's miles of paved pathways.

Families traveling with little ones will also find a high chair and Pack-n-Play provided for added convenience.

Witchhazel 5 is the kind of home that keeps a Sunriver vacation pleasantly simple: bike rides by day, dinner on the deck, a soak in the hot tub, and plenty of room for everyone to reconnect.

Bringing Your Dog?
Witchhazel 5 welcomes up to two dogs with applicable fees. No other pets are permitted.

Planning a Family Reunion?
Reserve Witchhazel 5 along with nearby Witchhazel 3, Witchhazel 4, and Witchhazel 20, subject to availability, and keep the whole group close while still giving everyone room of their own.

A Note About Summer Comfort
Like many classic Sunriver homes, Witchhazel 5 does not have central air conditioning. A portable A/C unit is provided in the living room for added comfort. Summer days are best enjoyed at an easy Central Oregon pace, with time by the river or lake, followed by cooler evenings, open windows, and quiet time beneath the pines.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
