Getaway to Sunriver and stay in Mink Lane #6. This 3-bedroom vacation home with a loft is the perfect getaway for a family of 8 and still have room to spare.

On the main level, there are two bedrooms both offering queen beds. The master bedroom located upstairs has a king bed. The loft is a perfect area for two older children with a daybed with a hidden trundle.
The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a comfort-height toilet as well as a walk-in shower with safety bars making it easily accessible.

The open kitchen is a great place for family gatherings and great conversations while enjoying a great home-cooked meal. Step outside, and grill your favorite dinner while enjoying the view from the deck

After a long day of exploring the beauty and wonders of Sunriver and its surrounding areas, relax in your private, enclosed hot tub. Better yet, enjoy a good book while nestled in from of the gas fireplace. Each space of this home allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of your busy life. It's time to just relax!!

Mink Lane #6 is nestled in the beauty of the trees and Sunriver’s natural landscape. Enjoy a quick walk to the Sunriver Village Mall which is conveniently located nearby. Explore the many shops and restaurants in the Sunriver Village Mall.

This home comes with 8 UNLIMITED SHARC PASSES INCLUDED!! Enjoy visiting the SHARC, free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

Mink #6 does not allow pets but the owner does occasionally bring their family pet.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was plenty of room for both our families of 4. The back deck is nice. Hardly any mosquitos out. Train is rather loud but goes away quickly. I'd rather deal with the train noise than the mosquitos you get on the other side of Sunriver. SHARC is really easy to get to and we had plenty of passes. I would gladly stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The address was very difficult to find - blocked by the tree.We lost food because fresh vegetables froze in the refrigerator. The blender top would not stay on tight causing liquid to spray out.The cleaning supplies - like a sponge - were scant.We did not realize the property was up a hill and harder to walk to.

Some hiccups, but overall good

We loved the style, size and location of the house. It was also quite clean, except the dustyness of the main bedroom bed. I got the impression that we were the first to stay in the house in at least a month. The main complaint is that the house had an old cigarette smell. Not too overpowering. We were able to get by with some air freshener we bought. When I mentioned it to the host they said it was due to nearby fires that had started after we first got there. I didn’t appreciate that attempt to pass the blame. Also, we were given the wrong WiFi password and had to spend time on hold with the local cable company to get things sorted. The TVs weren’t properly confirmed either, with one requiring us to set up a Roku account before we could even use the VCR connected via A/V cables. Hot tub was clean and the hot tub company was very easy to work with. Sunset Lodging was also great when an unexpected leak started. Overall we had a good time, but had to put a lot more effort in to enjoying the experience than we would have hoped.

Our stay

Check in was very simple enter the code and you are in . We couldn’t find the grill but after calling and asking about it they came and brought us a grill to us for our stay in 15 mins . Few kitchen items where broken tv upstairs had no sound while the kids were trying watch cartoons few things needs updating but overall clean and nice place 12 min walk to the center . I would stay here again .

Great cabin!

Kids absolutely adored the quaint cabin:) squirrels were fun to spot, cabin was accurate to listing, and was a great stay. Would’ve loved for patio and furniture to be swept, outlets not to be loose, and sound on loft tv to work, but overall great experience:)

Comfy, well stocked house.

Worked well for 3 couples over the weekend and nice for one couple the rest of the week. Kitchen is well stocked.

We didn’t have a cookie sheet which ended up changing some dinner plans but that was minor. The house is very close to the train tracks. The noise didn’t bother us much, we thought it was cool to be so close, but it is very easy to get to the train tracks which was a surprise and a concern for us with two small, curious kids. There was some dust and cobwebs around the house but that didn’t affect our overall love for the house and we will definitely be staying there again!

Loved having the SHARC passes and the proximity to the village was excellent! The home is older and there were a few things that weren't up to par (sliding screen door bent and didn't stay on the track, dishwasher leaked water when running, and two sinks didn't drain very well.) The kitchen amenities were good, however.. I would bring a sharper cutting knife next time as we cooked quite a bit and the cutlery was very dull. The house doesn't have AC so it was HOT but fans were provided which were a life saver. Overall great home and we would absolutely stay again!

Great location, cozy home!

We love coming to Sunriver! This property had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and baths and a nice clean hot tub!! The location was amazing for morning coffee runs and afternoon trips to the pool! The house had plenty of space for all ages and activities! Thank you for a wonderful week of fun family time!

One of the beds in the downstairs room was too soft/worn out, guests complained of being sucked into the middle of the mattress during the night, so that could use replacing.all in all, 9/10. Would stay again.

Comfortable House, Lovely Hot Tub

My spouse and I came here for our anniversary. The house is spacious, well lit, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Close to SHARC, shopping, and restaurants.
