Fantastic VILLA with 2500m2, 6 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed, 3 with 3 single beds each), 5 bathrooms (3 en suite), 1 closet, air conditioning, private pool wrapped in lawn garden, barbecue, fully equipped gym, fully equipped kitchen, Fiber wi-fi, TV, Netflix, swings, trampoline, Woleibol net, football goals, ping pong table, lounge area outside, villa situated in a very quiet and safe, very comfortable, close to all facilities (supermarkets, beaches, golf, restaurants, nightlife, water parks, zoomarineetc ..) 35km from Faro airport.

The mentioned prices are for groups of up to 8 people. For each person above 8 and up to 12 it is charged 25 €/ day per person.
Children up to 2 years old inclusive are free (free of charge applies up to a maximum of 2 children).

Pool heating is not included in the price of your stay. If you wish to enjoy this amenity, an additional fee of €40/day/per stay will be charged and you must request it 5 days before your arrival.

IN THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST CHEK-IN AND CHEK-OUT IS ALWAYS ON SATURDAY.

We had a most wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Swimmingpool is big enough for 2 families (heated in this time of year: end of February), there's a gym, a nice field for football and volleyball. Plus we had delightful breakfasts every morning outside under the porch. It was perfect!The place is so central that most activities are max half hour drive away. Plus the super market is a 8 minute drive.Also a big compliment to the host (very friendly & very helpfull) Hernando! We had a warm welcome, nice conversations, contact via WhatsApp was perfect and his advice for activities in the area are gold.We loved our stay and probably will come back another time!

We recently had a family holiday and we stayed at the beautiful Villa Charme. We had 6 adults and 4 children and there were plenty of space for all of us. My mother and daughter who are both permanent wheelchair users were both very comfortable in the property and they were able to both get around without any issues, there were one or 2 steps which lead to some of the bedrooms but they were not an issue. The outside space of the property was lovely and clean and the facilities were all great. The property had a swimming pool, trampoline, swings and a badminton net, there was plenty to do for the children and we all had a great time!! I would highly recommend this property. The owner kept in great communication with us the entire time and we had no issues.

Absolutely fantastic visit to Villa Charme. Fernando was an excellent host, responding to queries very quickly and offered many excellent recommendations. The villa is situated in a rural area, but very central to all the towns along the Algarve (you will need a car). The villa itself is very spacious and comfortable. The soccer (football) pitch was a big hit for everyone! Highly recommend staying at Villa Charme, whether it's for a family reunion or a getaway with friends.

We have just returned as a family of 10 from staying for 10 days at the superb Fantastic Villa Charme. It has been wonderful. The villa itself is perfect for a large group with everything you could want provided and the pool and poolside gym used every day. Fernando the host could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much effort for him. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants to celebrate one of our parties birthday and also the best beaches to use. Our holiday could not have been better. Highly recommend

Absolutely flawless experience staying at this property with a large group of friends. Throughout the whole booking process and during the stay, Fernando was incredibly hospitable and responsive. All of our questions were answered answered within hours, at any time of day. The villa is also perfectly located for a mix of activities - not too far from the party strip of Albufeira, not too far from Faro, and very close to a number of beautiful beaches. Highly recommend:)

Lovely traditional villa and superb for kids

We've just returned from a week at fernando's villa. There was 6 adults and 6 children. The outdoor area is perfect for the kids and it's all enclosed so you can relax knowing they can't go anywhere. Fernando is more than helpful and responded to any questions within 30 mins. We will certainly return.

Fantastic

We had a great holiday. The villa is ideal for a family group. We were 10 plus a baby. Everything was in good working order. The villa is within easy reach of a number of towns popular with holiday makers. There is a good supermarket five minutes away by car. The weather could not have been better. Amazing home

This place is amazing and Fernando the host is the icing on the cake. We had 2 families totaling 11 people and ghe kids ranged from 2 to 14yrs old. Everyone had a wonderful time with plenty to do inside and outside of the home. The kids loved the heated swimming pool and the soccer goals were used nonstop. There was plenty of space for both families and it had all the amenities you could need. We are so grateful that we found this 💎. Fernando is always available to answer questions and he is so gracious. He even brought us traditional Alentejo sweets at the end of our stay. Book this place today!!

Perfect getaway out of the crowdy area

It was really nice to stay in Fernando’s house. Such a good host and the communication was fantastic. We were with 9 people to celebrate our 25 th wedding anniversary, we could not have picked out a better place than this. All the beaches in the area around the village( max 20 min drive) are so nice and beautiful. Always finding a sheltered place to go to. West coast within an hour drive. Nice beaches towards the east/west, nice cycling road/mtb. Within 20 min. Kiting and surfing. To much to mention. Stay here and your holiday would be a perfect match for relaxing and activity if you want that. Car needed.

Great villa and a great host

In the build up to our stay there was so much uncertainty over travel during the pandemic, whether we would be able to go, how long for and how quarantine rules at either border would affect our trip. During this period, Fernando was incredibly understanding and flexible, at significant risk and cost to himself. I can't speak highly enough about how responsive and fair he was in how he approached this and it was much appreciated. We ended up staying at the villa for 3 weeks and although we had booked for more travellers, there only ended up being 4 of us so we had lots of room! The villa is just as described and the pool and garden is a fantastic area to relax and enjoy your holiday. Villa is well stocked for everything you need and Fernando is clearly willing to help if there is anything you need. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the villa.

Only one word to describe this Villa - AMAZING. We were a group of 12 (6 Adults & 6 Children). The villa was perfect for every age group - sunbeds, bbq, pool, trampoline, football & volleyball posts. Many tranquil days spent by the pool in the south facing garden so the sun is on the sunbed area all day. There was also plenty of spots to sit in the shade if the sun gets a bit hot. We were welcomed with a wonderful basket of fruit, a bottle of wine, bread, butter, cheese, water. Fernando also recommended a boat trip to see the caves and a few restuarants, all of which were fantastic. Whilst you cannot really walk anywhere from the villa, there are plenty of supermarkets nearby and also a large retail park with shops such as Toys R Us, Sports Direct, Timberland etc. The nearest Continente supermarket is also on the retail park, however we used the nearby Aldi for supplies. Will definitely be returning

Unbelievably Welcoming

I cannot say enough about Villa Charme and it's owner operator Fernando. The property is very welcoming, roomy, and well appointed. Fernando is the owner and operator of the property, and his hospitality is unmatched in any of my "for rent by owner" experiences. He was there to greet us, once to check on the pool (scheduled) and make sure everything was up to our expectations (which exceeded all), and then to bid us farewell. We had eleven people (five adults and six children ranging in ages 4-16) meet at Villa Charme from different parts of the world. The house was ample in space, we used the kitchen and bbq frequently to feed the group. The pool, trampoline, and games gave all adequate activities. When not at the house, there are many beaches, towns, restaurants, and excursions a few minutes drive from the property. We had a wonderful week stay at Villa Charme and the Algarve mostly due to Fernando and his unmatched hospitality, local knowledge and recommendations. You cannot go wrong with this choice; so glad we did. Muito obrigado Fernando!

Fantastic villa for family holiday

Fantastic villa, in a quiet and convenient location with a lovely host. We stayed for 7 nights in July/August. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids under 12. Three generations of an Anglo-Portuguese family. The villa was perfect for us. Big garden and outdoor pool meant the kids (and adults) were always happy playing outside. Ping pong table, plenty of board games and satellite TV kept them amused indoors when they needed a break from the sun. Kitchen has everything a large family needs to cook or bbq or bring a take away back to the villa. Plenty of seating inside and outside the villa for eating, relaxing and chatting. Villa location is excellent, within 10 minutes you can drive to the following: algarve shopping centre (massive Continente supermarket for food shop); Guia to pick up frango piri piri takeaway; Salgados Beach (one of best beaches in this part of algarve); marine world. The villa is also literally 1 km from the main motorway that goes east/west along the algarve. But it’s so quiet you wouldn’t notice. This villa is an excellent place for chilling out with family and also great location for exploring the algarve. The owner Fernando was awesome and very welcoming. He met us in person and the villa was stocked up with a huge amount of fresh fruit and a few basic supplies(bottled water, milk, wine, dishwasher tablets, washing powder). He even helped collect some of my family who had broken down a few kms from the villa which we were extremely grateful for. As other reviews mention, Fernando has plenty of restaurant, beach and taxi recommendations. He is charming host and he promptly responded to all queries and messages we sent him during our stay. Honestly, he was a class act that couldn’t do enough to ensure that we had a good stay. This villa and owner are highly recommended. We’d love to come back next year.

Maravilhoso!

Uma estadia inesquecível num pequeno paraíso! Uma casa magnífica, com muito carácter e charme, como o próprio nome indica! Todas as condições estão reunidas para desfrutar intensamente em família: piscina, barbecue, sala de máquina, grande e lindo jardim com balizas para jogos de futebol, uma rede de volley, trampolim e mesa de pingue-pongue! As praias ficam próximas e os comércios também. E acima de tudo, um anfitrião fora de série, muito simpático e sempre disponível para aconselhar e ajudar! Em síntese, uma experiência para repetir!

A beautiful oasis of a villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Charm, our party was made up of three families, 6 adult, 6 children. The villa is beautiful, the photos really don't do it justice. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, we never once felt cramped or like we didn't have our own space. There is a large garden round the back of the villa that held a dads versus kids football match every night. There was plenty there for the kids to enjoy, with the trampoline, garden and pool. Fernando was a great host, he gave directions to our transfer and was waiting for us on arrival with a basket of fruit and a lovely bottle of red wine. He sorted taxis for days out and was always at the end of the phone for recommendations. You definitely need a car whilst you are there as there is nothing within walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and again.

Large family of 8 people very nice stay

We are a large family of 8 people that spend a week at this villa. We enjoyed this villa a lot that is very nice and fresh and did spend a lot of time just hanging around the pool and spend time with each other. Fernando is a very nice guy that is very helpfull and takes care of any problems that migth occur. We would really recomend this villa for other people

We stayed at Villa Charme, and it was brilliant from day one, and we were absolutely gutted to leave! Fernando was a fantastic host and genuinely made the trip that much better. He is incredibly nice, helpful, and very conversational, happy to have a chat or share some local tips. It was reassuring knowing he was just a whatsapp away if we needed anything at all.We were a family of 6 adults and 2 children, and the villa offered plenty of room for us to spread out, with enough activities to keep everyone entertained. The kids (and adults!) loved spending the days by the pool, and we ended up having a BBQ almost every night, dining alfresco on the veranda. Inside, the bedrooms are all a great size with lots of storage space, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped for everything you might need.The outdoor area is genuinely impressive, between the pool, the BBQ area (complete with a hammock that everyone fought over!), and the massive green space, it was the perfect setup for our group. While you do ideally need a car to get around, the local shops are just down the road and the beach isn't much further. It’s a great central location that still gives you the complete privacy and calm of the villa.We are already counting down the days until we can hopefully come back!

Fantastische Villa für den Familienurlaub

Wir reisten mit zwei Familien (insgesamt 11 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) an. Die Villa Charme hatte alles zu bieten, was man sich für den Urlaub wünschen konnte. Fernando war ein sehr entgegenkommender und überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Check-in sowie Check-out liefen ganz problemlos ab. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls super, man erreicht in wenigen Fahrminuten schöne Strände sowie kleinere sehenswerte Städte. Wir können die Villa Charme wärmstens empfehlen und bedanken uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Fernando!

Villa Charme doet zijn naam eer aan!

We waren met onze familie in de leeftijd van 85 tot 6 maanden. De ontvangst door Fernando was al direct zodanig dat we ons gelijk thuis voelden. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk zwembad en van alle faciliteiten voorzien om de dag met elkaar door te brengen. Ook een prima uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen of naar attracties te gaan. We hebben met elkaar mooie herinneringen om op terug te kijken. Nogmaals bedankt Fernando!
