Nice stay, great views, good sized condo

We had a nice stay and the condo is a great size with amazing views. Some updating needed but nice and clean. Tv in family room needs replacing due to sound fading. New carpet in the bedrooms would make a big impact as it is older and worn. Overall good stay and value for was accurate.

Fantastic Place

This property is beautiful and I will plan to stay again. The only snag was a tv remote missing in the master bedroom and we could not get in touch with anyone to solve the problem.

Great vacation for extended family.

This is a great property with an amazing view of the Gulf, fantastic pools on the gulf side with a great view of the ocean and the big pools in the courtyard area. Just wish for an extra bathroom for the 4th bedroom. Appliances worked but needed some cleaning and a fair amount of wear and tear on living couches. But it was a fantastic time for our whole family of young children and adults! Also rent beach chairs early to get front row at beach, its gets really crowded in the summer.

October 2018 Stay

The condo was exactly as we expected, spacious, very clean, perfectly decorated and perfect for us! We traveled with five small children all under the age of five. I would love to say it was the best trip but we ran into a few unfortunate events. First, when we arrived it was Red Tide therefore we could not be on the beach or outside without coughing, sneezing, watery eyes and dead fish all over the beach. Second, we had to be evacuated due to Hurricane Michael. My advice would be to purchase the travelers insurance. We purchased two other coverage policies but not travelers therefore we took a loss on our room. Our five night beach trip, a first beach trip for a few of our crew, ended up only two nights and we never got to get in the water, very sad about that. We do hope to come back and definitely would love to stay in this same condo again! I

really worn condo

360 Blue is terrible at communication. The phone number on VRBO is disconnected. No one responded to email sent before the stay. I called VRBO, they got a rep on the phone, but still never responded to my email. The email they send is good which made check in easy. If you need a person or help, forget about it. The HVAC is not working properly. There were 3 dehumidifiers and a mobile air conditioner in the unit and the master bedroom never got cool. We had to empty 2 of the dehumidifiers 3 times a day. There is a sign on the thermostat to not put the air below 72. The unit is worn with original carpet. The couch smells funny. The cabinet above the fridge is missing. In general if something went wrong, they didn't fix it properly it looks like they did a cheap Band-Aid fix on everything. The location is great but this unit needs some attention. The beach is easy to get to and pools are nice. I recommend finding a different unit in the same complex.

Nice place but needs some definite improvements

This is the third time we have stayed at the Adagio. We love the location and the enjoy having the pools and the size of the units. While upon first inspection, the condo looked very clean. There were nice touches like the welcome box in kitchen and bathrooms. However, on the second night we saw a huge cockroach in the kitchen. It scurried under the wine fridge. We found a smaller one in the kitchen drawer two days later. We did have some issues with two of the televisions not working in the rooms and they made that right. But the thing that needs even more attention is the fact that on the fourth night we came back from dinner only to be locked out of our unit. We entered our door code several times with no luck. We called the number provided by 360 Blue if there are issues, specifically if customers get locked out of their rooms. I called no less than 15x and left three voicemails. We never got a return phone call until the following morning . That is unacceptable to me. Finally, after over an hour and with the Adagio guard trying to help us to the best of his ability (he was limited because this was not an Adagio owned property), my husband used a credit card to get into our room. It took 30 seconds to enter the room with a credit card! While that was our saving grace that night, it worried us about leaving our belongings in the room while at the beach or away. We most likely won’t stay at a 360 Blue rental again. They need to work on the issues listed.

Spring Break 2022

The property was clean but a bit worn in some areas. The view of the gulf and location to it are premium! There was some confusion on hot tub age limits based on the rules we were provided and the signs posted at the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property and stay there again.

Great stay for a long weekend

Great place to stay!

We loved the location and property. The beach was fantastic and an easy walk. One suggestion- the washing machine is making crazy noises. It still works fine but it very, very noisy.

Great stay. First time renting through 360 Blue. They were great. Addressed my concerns immediately. This condo is in a perfect location. Convenient to the pool and great views. Showing a little wear and could use some new carpet in the master bedroom. All in all things were great. Can’t wait to be back in this area next February.

Thank you so much! We had a wonderful girls weekend in this gorgeous condo! We felt very safe at Adagio. The front gate added that extra level of security we wanted. The owners have done a wonderful job. The property is managed by 360 Blue. They do a fabulous job making sure the guests have everything they need. The condo was very clean, the beds & the linens were nice & very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to cook. The only complaints we had were a few of the dishes in the cabinets were not very clean. The tub in the front king bedroom bathroom was very slick. The floor of the tile walk in shower in the master bedroom was also slick. We had to be very careful. The washing machine was very loud when it was running. It worked fine, but that might need to be checked out. It could be a belt or a bearing going bad. The other front bedroom full size bed frame was broken, but the mattress was very comfortable. Overall we were extremely pleased & hope to stay there again next year!

Beautiful property with amazing views. The only downside was MANY of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. We realized when we opened the dishwasher that the soap packet was still in tact, meaning the dishes were not washed prior to our arrival. We had to hand wash everything we wanted to use which was very annoying when you’re on vacation and pay for the cleaning fee. I expect way more out of a 360 Blue property!

Such an awesome week at the Adagio. The unit was clean, well-appointed and spacious. The best part, however, was the view from the balcony, which showcased gorgeous sunsets each night over the ocean. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space for our large family. We will definitely be going back. The 360 Blue staff was extremely accommodating and quick to offer assistance.

We have been going to the coast from PC to Orange Beach for 30 years. This was excellent. The space, the pool overlooking the beach while we drink coffee in the morning and cocktails at sunset. We will be back. Well done to both the owners and 360 staff. Thank you!

I really liked the condo and it had everything needed! It’s a great loacation! They were great about accommodating allergies. The only problem it had was mildew in the bathroom shower and hall tub. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want to deal with amy chemical smells and it wasn’t bothering us. I know it’s hard to control with all the humidity. The beds were really comfortable and it was a relaxing place! Loved it!
