Surf Court 63 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. This property is 1.5 blocks from the beach and also from Van der Meer Tennis Center. King bed in master bedroom, 2 new (Sept 2021) queen bed in bedroom two, living room sleeper sofa. Vacationers seeking a good value and don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean (.21miles/5 minutes) and like parking at the front door of their condo will feel at home here. A spiral staircase from the living room balcony provides easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large recently renovated swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the Low Country Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Surf Court 63 has been remodeled with a new master bathroom and updated kitchen with a new (Oct. 2021) refrigerator with ice maker. This unit provides a quiet environment perfect for work from home renters with fast and stable wifi.

Close to beach and Coligny. Will definitely stay again. Been coming to HHI for 20 years and this was one of the best places we stayed.

Great condo

The location is excellent—a short walking distance to the beach and to Coligny Circle with lots of dining and shopping.The condo was clean and spacious and the pool was close by. The only drawback was that the balcony was small (just room for 2 chairs)We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our third trip and stay at a Seashore Vacation rental in HHI this year. We've also rented other Surf Court condos for the last three years. The staff and condos are top notch. We look forward to many more trips and bookings with Seashore and our fav places to stay in Surf Court.

It is situated near far corner of Surf Court complex... short walk through parking lot and you cross street to enter walkway to the beach. If planning to prepare any meals- kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans & utensils... be sure to bring salt/pepper ....any spices you might need.

Wonderful Condo

This condo is in a great location! We loved the pool, ease of getting to the beach, and biking to Coligny and other places. The place was clean as just as described. We would definitely stay here again!

Summer trip to Hilton Head 2023

This property is perfectly located with easy 10 minute walk to the beach and shopping center. Very clean, quiet and comfortable place. My family really enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider staying here again. The property managers are very professional and flexible. The surrounding area is tranquil and beach is beautiful. Lots of things to see and do in the surrounding area too.

It’s OK

Reviewer Comments: Overall surfcourt was ok, we’ve stayed there a few times in a different room, the bathrooms were clean, only carpet was on the stairs which was nice, the upstairs hallway slanted, kitchen could use some deep cleaning, trash cans had food and paper stuck on the bottom, lid was dirty and food stuck in ice in the freezer, and the towel and dish cloth has seen better days, also a hose in the storage area and some type of grill would have made it much nicer, overall ok, probably would not stay in this unit again by

Good trip

The condo worked out well for us four women. We had enough room to spread out and relax in. I felt very safe staying there and it was very close to Coligny and the beach. The pool was nice so was the back yard. They did have some beach supplies in the closet.

Excellent Location

My husband, two kids and I stayed here for our spring break week! The property was close to everything (especially beach access)! We were fully packed and on the beach in less than 10 minutes everyday. A short walk/bike ride from Coligny (shops, dining, etc) and even shorter walk to an amazing playground! I am a clean freak, so finding some dirty spots on the bedding freaked me about a bit; however, to be fair to Buddy and the team I didn’t speak up about it and allow them to fix the issue. I’m sure they would have had we asked. Tons of beach equipment, boogie boards, chairs etc. We would definitely come back again! Thank you!

Cozy, comfortable getaway

Surf Court 63 was clean and comfortable. I was there for a weekend as a travel nurse, and two of my teenage daughters plus two of their friends came with me. Perfect layout for our needs. The master bedroom was super nice, and with the wood blinds closed, it was plenty dark for sleeping during the day after working night shift. Short walk to the beach.

The condo was roomy enough for 4 adults. A short 4minute walk to the beach. A clean, quiet unit was a great value for a week long stay.

Beautiful condo, great location!

What a great property! Very nicely decorated with plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out. We found the beds and the living room furniture very comfortable, and having 3 bathrooms was great too. The location of this condo was fantastic. It’s about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and an easy 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for tons of shops and restaurants. Working with the property manager was easy and we had a smooth check-in process. We highly recommend this condo!

Restful and gorgeous experience

We loved how quiet our place was.We we’re able to relax and enjoy restful nights on the comfy beds. The pool was recently updated. We walked to the beach at least 2 times a day and went to Coligny Park each night. We would definitely go back. We ate out as well as cooked.The kitchen provided all of our needed utensils. The courtyard was a pleasant place to sit, drink coffee in the mornings, and listen to the birds.
